KOOKOS'PIZZA

Tried calling in a lunch order at 11: 15 and can't get through. First try I was hung up on and the second time no one picked up. Guess I'll go down a hundred yards to swan pizza. They picked up right away!

I ordered pick up and it’s a good thing because that took almost an hour. I sat and waited in the store the entire time and listened to the worker get instructions over the phone on how to make my pizza. I was informed from the worker it is their first day and is working alone. I ordered 3 pizzas from the chef’s special. All 3 pizza’s were dry and tasteless. I do not recommend, especially the Donair as it has zero sauce on it. The box the pizza came in would have had more flavour and less dry

I almost tried all the pizzas, haha and never get disappointed.
Highly recommended.

Ordered 2 small pizzas and one large at 6: 00. Showed up after 20 minutes, not ready. Quoted another 30 minutes. Went and got groceries. Came back, only one is done, 20 more minutes. Came back after another 25 minutes, 2 are done. They say one didn't meet their standards and had to be redone. 20 more minutes. Pizzas werent ready until 7: 35. One of the small pizzas was just cheese. No toppings. By the time we got home one pizza was cold. Not mildly warm, cold. Had to heat in the oven. Gave 3 star because the pizza at least tastes very good. Not worth waiting almost 2 hours for though.
I do appreciate having high standards for the pizza, but please consider that it's important to have high standards for customer service and customer experience.

I tried donair pizza it was so delicious I will highly recommend to try the chef's special donair pizza prices are reasonable.
