I highly recommend MyCar as well. If you travel to the U. S often, it works great. Some don’t function out of country.

Purchased a mycar car starter from here. It is the worst. Don't let them talk into buying this terrible product and just go with the fob.

Great service. Had a stereo in my car that was on the fritz. Took it in and Jay pointed me in the right direction. Got my car hooked up with a touch screen set up equipped with apple car play. Will definitely go back for any car audio/accessory piece.

Best guy to deal with in city accomodated me for walkin that too near their closing time.diagnosed the problem got me new remote and its programming done barely took 10 mins. Prices are really reasonable highly recommended.

This place has a very good selection of high end audio. I posted on fb for reccomendations and this place was highly reviewed.

I called and asked how much it would cost to sync my car starter and they said $55. I also inquired about getting a spare and it roughly cost $155 with programming.

I brought my vehicle in and my module was out of date and the software wouldn't work with the fob any longer. They said I would need another module for $100. So I booked another appointment.

When I dropped my vehicle off they said it would be 1 hour of labour plus parts. When I arrived I got a bill for $370. They told me it was a nightmare (they already looked it previously) and it took 3 hours to do. To make up for the extra time they didn't install a new module and subtracted that cost and charged me for two hours. I asked about it and got a fairly rude response and was told I "could have been charged for when I first came in too".

I'm not sure what the moral high ground is here as I did offer to pay for the time spent initially when I came in. I would have thought when they looked at it previously they would have had a game plan and it would have been easier.

I don't think anyone did anything particularly wrong but I certainly didn't feel good walking out of the store. Didn't get a new module, my fob now worked with old system, and buying a fob no longer included programming. Consequently I will not be a returning customer.

Poor attitude. I was asking for a subwoofer system in my vehicle and the person was saying that I didn’t know what I was saying. I am new to getting a sound system and was only asking for a quote for subwoofers. I won’t go there anymore.

Great customer service and super fast! I needed to get my car starter fixed and they fixed it in less than an hour without even having an appointment! And it was really reasonably priced! Im very pleased with their work and highly recommend them!

Great customer service. Was able to get me in and replace my broken remote starter in the middle of the cold snap.

So this is basically a copy and paste of my review from facebook, I figured I better post one here as well since these guys deserve all the praise they can get.

I just had Jay at KustomEis here (the owner) install some new subs, custom stealth box for the subs, focal speakers, door acoustics for the front doors with the focals, and two amps to power it all.and wow, just wow.blew me away once I got back in my truck and started going through some of my favourite tracks.

Highly recommend these guys, this is my second time coming here and haven't felt anything but pure happiness/satisfaction.also, Jay stayed super late to get my job done in one day, thanks again Jay. Will be seeing you again in the future!
