I locked my keys in my truck, they where there within 15-20min and had my door open in less than 5min. Very friendly and very good price, especially for after hours.

Kyle was awesome! He dropped what he was doing to come out in -40 weather late in the evening to help me out after I locked myself out of my house! Very friendly, reasonable rates and had my door unlocked in less than 5 minutes! Even gave me helpful tips. Stellar guy!

Would give him zero stars if I could. No showed me 5 times after saying on way. Never been so disrespected in my life. Totally unreliable. Have loss of income from waiting on him. Please save yourself stress and go else where.

Door was jammed at my parents house.it was new years eve and my brother and i couldnt get into the house. I called everyone that i could, even the supposed 24 hr locksmiths. Kyle turn's up in a cab at around 11: 00 PM and was able to get the job done in about 10-15 minutes. Top notch service!

I ended up not needing his service as I could replace the locks for $25 rather than having a new key made, but I indicated if he could rekey for $30 I would be interested (no idea what it costs to rekey) I was told he wouldn’t get out of bed for $20. His response was unprofessional and I told him that because of his unprofessional response that he lost future business from me. And he Kept going on and on and on about customers not always right and that they are rarely right and he gets treated like garbage daily by customers and to not tell him what to do and how to do it… ‍️

Awesome experiences with Kyle, always answers and comes immediately. Always texting updates of when he is coming and how long he would be. Would recommend 100% for his work and customer service

Kyle is the greatest locksmith I have ever known in Regina. My nephew got locked in the room and he hurriedly came to my place to get him out. He did the job perfectly and nothing was damaged. I called all the other locksmith and nobody cared and said to just call 911 or kick the door. This guy cares a lot and prioritize when you are in great need. The price he charge is very reasonable. I have saved his number and whenever there’s an emergency he will be the first person that I will ask for help. Don’t even bother calling the other locksmith in Regina they will just make you wait for hours and hours, thank you again Kyle for the service especially in times of emergencies, ME and my family appreciates all your help. 10stars for this guy

I had a dead bolt issue on this extremely cold day and needed help asap. Kyle came within a couple of hours, was efficient and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier. Will definitely call again with any future lock smith needs.

I must have caught him on a bad night but he was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and treated me like a terrible inconvenience. He was three hours later than he said he would be and didn't think to let me know the timeline had changed. It was probably the worst service experience I've ever had but in the end he did get me into my house so I have to be grateful for that.

Kyle responded immediately to our call for help to free up our Ridgeline ignition switch. His determination to fix the problem was greatly appreciated! We'll definitely be using his services for future lock issues.

I had kyle's locksmith help me with my vehicle a while back but forgot to leave a review. I used their services twice and both times my car issues were very difficult but kyle took the time to help me with my car.

Called Kyle early on Friday. He was able to come and change re-key our 4 locks same day. Punctual, said he was coming at 3 and was there on time. Fair Price. Will use again in the future.

Our house key broke in half on Sunday night and Kyle helped cut us a new pair of keys. The key worked perfectly and handled in a timely manner. Very professional and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommended.

Very expensive that guy! I paid for change my lock $130 that’s insane! He is good at his work but very expensive I’ll never chose him again, I found other one old school guy an cheap

Came out to the car and noted a call out fee. No guarantee if his machine does not work, which it did not in my situation, he will ding you for that fee still which by the way was 100 dollars. Might be best to just pay the tow to have the dealership look at it.

Exterior door frame on my townhouse shifted enough to keep the door latch stuck and I was unable to open the door. Kyle provided a fast service and was very informative regarding what happened and what to do to resolve it once the weather warms. Great and quick service!

I’d like to give this company a good review-but they never gave me the opportunity. I called 3 times for after hours service- 6pm. The first 2 phone calls were answered and immediately hung up on me with out saying anything. I waited 20 minutes before calling again-this time someone answered, and yelled call me later and hung up. Fortunately a competitor answered on the first call and provided me great service. Would not recommend Kyles based on this experience.

After asking for a quote, I politely declined in favour of another company. Kyle harrassed me for days later via message saying he was cheapest. He was the same price as Regina lock and key that I decided to go with. I was happy with my choice. Regkna lock and key was Very professional, courteous, on time, changed my 2 home locks with 4 keys in under 20mins. Even after I had the work done, Kyle sent me more messages saying he hoped I liked my more expensive service.but it was the same price. ‍️

Great, quick friendly service. I have used Kyle three times in the recent past. I had him assist with my vehicle ignition when the tumbler on my Honda quit working, and more recently when I locked myself out of my new home twice in one week, once late on a Friday.
