At least the price of a lockout was better than the competition, still kinda high but as good as it gets.

GOD AWFUL BUSINESS TRIED GETTING A TOW AND THE LADY THERE TOLD ME TO CALL SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO DEAL WITH IT. TOLD HER EXACTLY WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS AND SHE SAID SHE DIDNT WANT TO HAVE TO GO TO IT. TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO THERE. I USED GATEWAY NORTH TOWING AND THEY WERE GREAT GO TO THEM.

So it was 11 pm and one of our semi trailer got stuck in the snow on shoulder/Ditch. I called them and they quoted me $900+Tax including 200+ kms distance and i said OK. They came in right away and rescued the truck. Next day i got the invoice saying they are giving me discount of $150 as the job went easy when they got there. Good part is I didn’t even ask for the discount. I really appreciate it. Recommending them to everyone.

If possible I would give zero stars. Horrible customer service. The lady was so rude didn’t even let me finish my conversation on phone and hung up on me and told me call somewhere else. Extremely disappointed and disrespectful. I called after she hung up but didn’t answer the call.

First of all, there are no words to describe the services they have given me. They assisted me well, they find a truck for me to rent on a short period of time and most of all, instead of charging me 3 days for the truck I rented, they charged me only for one day. Good customer service and accommodating staff are the reason why businesses like this should be recognize. Thank you again Lakeland Towing.

Wow is all i can say. $50 for an intown unlock? Wow. Criminal. They came quickly I'll give them that but not worth $50.and i had to tell him how to unlock it.lol

We were given excellent, professional service by Lakeland Towing. They delivered a large piece of equipment for us, 50 Kms outside of P. A.on a rollback truck. Lakeland did it quickly with ease and zero issues. Great rates as well. Thank you Susan!

Got stuck in Prince Albert the other day. Called them up and they arrived pretty quick! Thanks for the prompt service! Will call again if needed.

After almost 2 hours of their operator working at unlocking a vehicle, I suggested to try the other door since the drivers door is stiff even with they key. Instead he just kept working at the same door and nothing. Eventually he was told to leave and a new company was hired. The new company was there in 20 minutes. Had the door open and were on our way within 25 minutes. I won’t be using this company again.
