I had a fantastic experience at Lakeside Medical Clinic. I went to the walk-in clinic. The doctors here are truly exceptional—knowledgeable, caring, and absolutely awesome. Their expertise and genuine concern made my visit reassuring and comforting. The staff members are equally great—friendly, respectful, and always ready to assist. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking professional care and a welcoming environment.

Been to many walk ins in the city. Length was a bit of a wait but well worth it, first time I've felt the doctor actually listened and cared well worth the wait. I will never visit another walk in, even though this is on the other side of town for me. The quality of care is amazing, thank you doctor russell for actually listening, caring and helping! You guys are awesome. Suprised with the amount of negative reviews it's always going to be a wait time for any clinic they are all overwhelmed just greatful they seem to actually care here

They still won't take a 6 year old for an ear infection, All the other clinics are closed and they denied my son as we walk in the door. I will never go there again frankly they can shove their clinic up their.

I love the “new” building. I have always been treated with respect and kindness by all staff since the move (however there was a staff member who I had previously experienced multiple awful interactions with, as a new mom with a newborn, and I always wish I had noted her name and given feedback at that time.haven’t seen her since so hoping she’s gone.). I LOVE our family doctor. The urgent care area is a nice addition and have had a good experience the one time we have used it. The physician waiting areas are spacious and welcoming and that has been helpful with small children.

Worst god damn clinic ever. My boyfriend has been stuck there for 4 hours with a swollen neck, can barely swallow, has body aches and it took them 2 hours to get him into a room and has been waiting for a diagnosis and a doctors note for an additional 2 hours. What the hell is wrong with our health care system. It sucks so much. Will NEVER go here, do not go here unless u have 5 hours of time to waste

My experience was a phone in appointment so there was zero wait time. I think for drop-in appointments there can be a significant wait.

I am a patient of this clinic. I’ve received care in both the walk in clinic and with my family members physician. During Covid, they had us wait in the vehicle to help prevent the spread of the virus which made sense. It’s also completely reasonable that there are wait times.
We’re not the only patients being seen and emergency’s take priority over minor treatment. I also have never had a problem getting through to reception calling in advance and convenient they have the Medeo app to book in with your GP. Finally, I have yet to encounter a rude receptionist on any of the floors. Keep up the good work:)

Lakeside is the worst urgent care I have ever been to. They are a prime example of what is wrong with human medicine. I am a veterinarian and recently saw Dr. Classen for chronic Lyme disease that was causing unbearable joint pain. I had a history of bullseye rash that confirms infection that occurred when I was a child and the infection often persists after treatment. I've had recurrence once before this. I gave Dr. Classen a typed up medical history. He refused to read the paper I gave him. Most MDs should only be so lucky to have a pre-written history given to them. He asked me why I came to urgent care for chronic issues, and I explained to him that I am a surgeon and keep impossibly long hours, and my primary MD just left the practice, so I currently have no primary. He performed only a blood pressure and no exam despite my complaint of joint effusion and pain. He then told me he didn't know about Lyme disease and asked ME what the dose of doxycycline in humans is because he also didn't know. He begrudgingly sent me for blood work and promised to call with results early next week. It has been 2 weeks and not a word from him. When I asked a receptionist there to print my results for me, she refused, and she also fought with me when I asked her to leave a message for Classen asking him to return my call. My husband finally went to the clinic to get the lab results. Instead of lab results, they printed my own medical history for him, including a referral letter where Classen told an infectious disease specialist that I "identify" as having Lyme, which implies I am being a hypochondriac. This resulted in my referral for joint capsule biopsies and CSF tap being rejected. If I behaved this way in my profession, I would be fired and berated by pet owners. Why is it acceptable for MDs to do such a poor job and for their staff to be equally rude and incompetent? My husband and I will now have to return a third time in an attempt to get my lab results. Do not go to this urgent care. You'd be better off waiting hours in an ER. At least an ER won't refuse to see you.

The receptionists are so inconsiderate. They have zero respect for the clients that come in. I could heard then gossip about the walk in clients as I was sitting in the waiting room. Extremely unprofessional and immature. When they call you up they act cold and rude. The doctors here are amazing but the staff make me question coming back

Very friendly and helpful reception. Amazing doctors. My five-year was charmed, haven't even cried during quite painful strep throat swab. Waiting times vary, but always reasonable.

The nice part about this place is you can go shopping at Once upon a child and grab a cold drink at the convenience store around the corner, when your asked to stay in your vehicle for 2.5 hours.

Your comments about a 2 tiered system on TV were noted.
A physician's duty is to heal people, not just wealthy people. Patients paying to jump ahead in a que leaves the rest not properly cared for. That, my friend, is the U. S.system.
You have options. You could fight hard with the provincial government to create a functioning universal health care system. Or You can take your defeated attitude and go to U. S. A.to be very rich.

I am not sure if this is a flaw of Sask Health Care or if its a flaw as to how Lakeside is managed. My mom who is 80 yrs old just had colonostomy surgery and the hospital mentioned that she should recieve followup care from her primary doctor.however, the eariest appt with primary doctor at Lakeside is 6 weeks away. I had to resort to using their walk-in service so that my mom can get the care she needs. Honestly, there should be a mechanism whereby you can access your primary physician early after you have recieved major surgery.disappointed

The staff is great and I understand with the shortage of Doctor's wait times can be extra long, but you'll find that anywhere. Also with Doctor's seeing so many patients I totally understand the wait time to see your Doctor, makes sense why they have walk in open everyday. I know this clinic gets over 300 calls a day and that can make the phones busy, but I know the staff here is always trying their best. I haven't met any Doctor that works here who I didn't like. Of course I have a few favs Dr. Barnardo, Dr. Perkins Dr. Ogieglo, Dr. Prisciak, Dr. Schubert, Dr. Leakos, Dr. Zerajic and Dr. HAVER! I'm so blessed to have found such a great Doctor's office.

Dr. Otani works here and she's the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of having. Aside from that the clinic is clean, staff are friendly and the walk in is so handy.

I've been going to Lakeside Medical Clinic for years. The family physician who delivered me retired and I saw a few physicians I felt ok about. But fortunately I was able to get into Dr. Susan Wagner and she has been so wonderful. She listens. She does not rush you. She asks important questions. I really feel like she cares about and addresses all of my concerns. I cannot say enough about her and again I am so very fortunate to be her patient.
On another note I have to speak on Dr. Cole Picot. I waited in the walk-in for 2 hours (which given my reason-insomnia and seeking a Rx sleep aid-made sense). Dr. Picot was so empathetic and asked about a variety of mental health supports in my life. Something Dr. Wagner does very well too. This recent visit just had me see how walk-in physicians have to toe-the-line especially with mental health care. Also the Frontline staff are top-notch, very professional. These are very important people as well even if we strangely do not know their names.

Just an aside.but an important one.upon looking up the physicians names on your site I see the 6 partners are males. Why are there no females?

Never waited this long to see the doctor. RUH emergency is much faster than this place. Won’t recommend at all. Terrible experience. ZERO star basically not ONE

A decent place for walk ins, they’re very busy but the wait times are posted on their website. Though I’ve tended to wait longer than whats posted, that’s kind of expected for healthcare.

One doctor for 50 patients! I waited for 3 hours before seeing a doctor for my 9 months old baby and after waiting 3 hours they took me inside the room and I waited another 30 minutes!
Bad bad experience. I don’t recommend it

Choose a different Walk in clinic! It is quicker driving to Warman for their walk in. There are other walk in clinics with much shorter wait times. I had to wait over 3 hrs at this clinic!

Walked in last Sun; The waiting area and exam rooms were very clean. The doctor was nice but he didn't do a through check up and now I again have to see a doctor after 1 week as I'm still sick. "

Doctor said I have heat rash because I work in construction. I don't wear coveralls that restrict air flow. It's been winter so if anything I've been too cold. And the past couple weeks has been slow at work. And im not a sweaty person. But he didn't really listen to any of that. Ended up waisting my time there
