Amazing place to swim if you are going for leisure swim and want to use the driving boards. Make sure to call ahead to know if the deep tank is booked.

Beautiful facility. Olympic diving platforms, beautifully designed roof and interior, a 5 M deep pool, raised hot tub, crystal clear water, and friendly and approachable staff have genuinely made this one of my favourite pools I've ever been too. If it had a slide it would be #1. Wonderful and will certainly return someday soon.

Poor signage not well marked in pool area doesn't indicate or tell you what the boundaries I was to asked move then I see someone else seating at that same spot instructor didn't say anything shouldn't discriminate shame on

3 towers to jump off of and lots of diving boards big pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, sauna, lane swim. They got a weight room here that isn't too bad either can get a good pump

The change rooms need more frequent cleaning in the pool but in the track side of the facility the change rooms are amazing I like that the lockers do just eat your money but just hold it.

The showers don't have curtains and basically no privacy.
They have toys there, but they didn't allow us or other families with kids to use them. It was not busy at all, and one of the lifeguards said we could use the toys, but the other one came to pick them up and said they were not allowed in the pool.
If they are not allowed, why would they have them?

The staff is mostly friendly! I enjoy swimming lanes and the tracks. Great spot to work up a sweat and relax.

Great place for fitness. Lots of parking. Even if the lot is full, there's plenty of space inside (big track). Dual cardio & resistance areas as well as giant aquatic

Tiny saunas in the changerooms bumps down my score as this is a huge pool facility. Hot tub was big, lap pool, diving boards, etc all very good and enough lifeguards to keep an eye on everyone. I really like getting the steam room and sauna in so only having a very small sauna was a bit disappointing but still good

Absolutely infatuated with this place since I started going years ago to help my fatty liver disease, Always a good time spent here. Highly recommended as an entry point into starting fitness goals.

Great pool. Lots of different depths. Hot tub, diving boards, and kiddie pool. They even have a dry sauna in the change area. You can bring your own lock or pay to use their lockers.

Nice facility. They just desperately need a squat rack and deadlift in the gym. Do that and I know a ton of people that would be happy. Nice staff

It is a fun place to enjoy a good time with friends and family. Plus you can even burn some calories while working out and even well swimming!

Not bad. This pool isn't as good as the other 2 Regina leisure centres for kids as there are no slides or sprayers at all, but my 6 year old & I still had fun swimming. The hot tub is the perfect temperature & the locker rooms were relatively clean, but the actual change rooms are miniscule. We couldn't even change together in one without getting soaked or rubbing up against the walls or curtain (that wouldn't stay closed). This place needs an upgrade though.maybe some waterslides or something?

Great pool. Waters a good temperature not too warm and just a little cool. Change rooms have warm showers and lots of lockers. Each locker is only 25 cents and you get the key on a safety pin.

We had a horrible experience here! First of all we came from out of town thinking it was leisure swim because that's what the lady told us when we called. Maybe she was new or made a mistake I don't know? When we arrived there with 4 adults and 4 kids we paid for a family pass to get in. We weren't told it was only lane swimming when we paid! I noticed there were only lanes open so I went out front to ask what was going on. They told me it was lame swim. I assumed we could still swim in the lanes since they took our money and let us in already. 5 mins after we got into the water a very rude guy came and kicked us out of the pool. I asked him for a refund and he gave me attitude right away saying that he told me it was kane swim. Why didn't they tell us that before we paid and took all of our kids in the pool? My 3 year old had a huge meltdown that we had to leave and she was screaming so loud. Everyone stared at me while I had to carry my daughter out of there. I had to wait with my daughter at the front because my partner had my shoes n keys. The whole time my toddler was screaming. The guy who kicked us out of the pool was smiling and laughing as he was talking to the other staff about us. So unprofessional on his part! I was so humiliated I will never go there again!

Great place for all your fitness needs under one roof!

It’s been 4 months of restrictions on racquet sports. Looking forward to be back whenever I can.

This place has just about every option for exercise. It being connected to the Fieldhouse (indoor track and various sport courts) makes it very convenient. Good sized whirlpool and kiddie pools. Olympic size lane pool and the diving tower brings a lot of kids/adults, looking for a thrill.

Excellent facilities. I'm personally disappointed that children are now allowed in the hot tub. That is a new policy. However, I'm often there during the day when children are elsewhere.

A good place if you just want to swim lengths of dive off the boards. Not impressed with any of the city pools. For family fun, a few hotels have better options

Daily drop ins are pretty cheap. They have a track swimming pool, basketball court, badminton court and a gym upstairs. Overall a good place.

Superb facilities. 200 meter indoor track. Badminton, tennis and basketball courts. All courts are reservable online or over the phone. Gym and group classes. Day pass or membership. Had a cafeteria too. Great place for workout or pool day.

One piece of exercise equipment was out of service for repair.

Love the pool, but very crowded for morning aquacize class. Possibly another venue could offer a class at same time to split the crowd. Some serious cleaning in shower room is required.

It's always been good from the early hours of the gym being open to them usually making the best day for all visitors if a area is free they'll usually let you set up b-ball net or kindly ask ppl to shuffle courts around so everyone is happy locker rooms and showers and sauna always clean

Very reasonable prices, family friendly, and wonderful hours of operation. I think ive come here twice a month for quite a long time. Would not consider going to another spot in town. I hope I can find a place like this in Victoria when I move.

It was adult swim and it was relatively clean, very quiet and the whirlpool was hot and therapeutic.

Confusing place at first to figure out how to use the swimming lanes, but the friendly life guards on staff were very helpful and explained everything. I like the pools, lots of space and great place to swim

Undoubtedly best swimming pool of the city. Staff are so nice! Plenty of parking.

Men's changing room got some up-gradation.

Change rooms are usually dirtier then expected. The lockers also mess up often and takes multiple times to try and open the sliding mechanism.

Nice pool with hot tub, good sized track. Weight room is mostly machines - could not find free weights for bench press, dead lifts or squats.

It is a decent place to go to, they have weights, a running track. And they have swim lanes in the mornings!

They’ve fixed the air quality numerous times but it only stays like that for a period of about a week, then after any amount of activity it starts to mess with my lungs and I can no longer breath and run the risk of passing out, with such an amazing facility you’d think they could have some sort of better filtration system

I've been going to Lawson since 2002, they have made many good changes and always have nice staff. They could use more compound lift machines like Bech press, squat rack, deadlift ramp etc.the price is the best in the city for a gym, and as a bonus there's a hottub, full size track, and saunas as well.

The Lawson Aquatic and Fitness Sportplex in an excellent facility for 95% of individuals & families. The pricing is very reasonable, the staff are friendly. You can run your own game, or join any of the many classes they provide. All levels and ages. It opens early enough that those who want to hit the gym prior to work in the morning, can. The locker rooms and bathrooms are clean. The showers are clean. There is a cafeteria type area where coffee and snacks/food can be purchased, and good conversations can happen. There are all levels of fitness, so you don’t have to feel embarrassed about where you fit in. There is ample parking that is free.

The Lawson pool shares entrance ways with the Field house. Once inside the pool is on the south west and the circular track is on the east. Both have weight machine areas. All the leisure centres can be accessed with a monthly pass. Any drop in class can be taken if there is space. Anything from aquasize to zumba can be available. The lawson pool has their weight room upstairs seperate from the pool entrance but you can view the pool from there. The pool is a cold water pool. After a walk through the doorless shower area the first part of the pool in front of you is the leisure pool that deepens to a about 5 feet.there is a bulkhead that seperates that to the lap area. Another bulkhead and rhe deep end. Where the waterpolo teams have tournaments. It is partially open for laps and the deepes part is for the multi teired high diving boards that reach to the high roof. On the east side of the pool is a swirl pool hot tub and a toddlers paddling pool with warmer water. There are his and her sauna in the respective changerooms.

Haven't been there in a while. When I went it was very clean, friendly staff who are able to answer any questions. If you want a fun place to go to on a day when it's cold and rainy or snowing (or to take a birthday party) go and have lots of fun. Trust me they will enjoy it (especially if they love to swim)

Going on Tuesday was great. The tot pool was wonderful it's a good depth for my toddler but the ledge going all the way across was great for the 1 year old as well. The only downside is the lack of family changerooms and the family changeroom smelt horrible! I also like that the hot tub was raised. It made it so we could watch some water polo.

Nothing is ever available. The facility booking is a total joke, and nearly unexplainable. I could never recommend a membership if you are expecting the pool or courts to be available.

Come on Regina time to renovate and/or build a new facility. You are cramming way too much in such a small area. Also clean your boards. It is gross when you are walking in others hair and gum.

My fave place in Regina! Friendly, helpful staff help my daughter and I as I transfer fr my wh/chair to the lift. Then i am slowly lowered into the lane swim. The water felt colder than last time, but once i am used to it, cold water works like a pain killer. I float more than actual swim strokes. If i could bottle feelings of weightlessness and freedom from daily pain, it would be heaven. No matter the weather!
