Legends Medical Clinic

I attended as walk-in yesterday. It was my first time in this clinic. I cannot say anything negative about my experience. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The MOAs were friendly, the assistant who took my O2 levels/temperature was friendly, fast and efficient. I was put into an exam room that was the cleanest clinic I've ever seen in my life, I could even smell the cleaner. I was quickly greeted by Dr. J. Ness. Wow, what a phenomenal physician. He was so personable, caring, understanding, friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. I seriously want him as a family doctor. I know my current physician will be retiring soon. To go from one excellent doctor to another would be fantastic. I appreciate all the hard work everyone at the clinic does. I changed jobs out of SHA recently, so I understand the abuse they get from patients/general public. Please be kind to others and be patient, health care is a difficult job. Kudos to every worker at the clinic!

Those who work in medical care are facing a critical climate here in Saskatchewan. The staff consistently put out the absolute best they can for patients here; despite this mess we are in. We are so lucky to have you! Keep up the great work!

I saw Dr Galasso and was impressed because she was extremely caring and professional. She made my visit at the clinic very positive and gave me precious advice. Our community is fortunate to has such a wonderful person to take care of us.

Despite the major physician shortage in our community, the Legends Clinic has strived to maintain a warm, welcoming, and exceptionally caring environment for their patients and walk-ins! When my son hurt his arm at school earlier I was sure that we'd have to spend the rest of the day in Saskatoon trying to get an Xray, but decided to pop in and check if they could see him today. Not only were we warmly greeted by reception, but we had the pleasure of seeing the newest physician within 10 minutes (excellent, thorough and kind doctor), and were sent for an on-sight x-ray within 15 minutes!
I've been seeing a lot of negative posts by (some rightfully) frustrated community members lately, and imagine that the staff here has been dealing with a lot of backlash and turmoil due to issues that are outside of their control. I just wanted to give them a massive shout-out for continuing to serve our city with top-tier service, warmth, and kindness despite that!

Saskatchewan has the best medical services ever! Staff are friendly and professional! Diagnosis, thorough! I am so pleased with services at Legends Medical. I see some people complain about the wait. Move out of province for a awhile. I moved back after nearly 20 years in BC. Medical services and wait times are heaven and hell difference. Sask being heaven, BC being hell. Thanks Legends Medical! You rock!

The very best clinic and staff. Doctors are AMAZING. Love that they have a blood clinic here as well. Can not say enough good things about these folks.

I got HFMD from my 3yo and it hit me insanely hard. I’m on day 6 and my feet are swollen, blistered and tender, I also have it in my nose, ears and on my hands. I’ve been in excruciating pain. Over the last 4 days I’ve been to 3 walk ins: erindale - doctor told me because im pregnant just to ice my feet. Kenderdine- doctor made me feel terrible for asking about pain management and told me I was prioritizing my baby (as I sobbed in pain with my two other kids in the room) finally sighing and prescribing me naproxen - which turns out to be dangerous for unborn children. Finally today I was able to go to legends, yea the wait was a bit long (we also only have 5 doctors for all of Warman and 4 of them are at legends- so it’s busy), but I was able to see doctor Ness and it was game changing. He was so sympathetic to my pain, didn’t make me feel like a terrible mother for wanting pain management, was thorough about researching which medication would be the safest and included me in the care plan, talking through each medication with me. If you want someone competent and compassionate- go to dr ness.

They open at 9 am and walk in time is immediately 2 hours. Unsympathetic receptionist. Would not recommend
