Shopping was fine however when the delivery happened they tore holes in the couch from not placing protection over door latch! Sad after purchasing over 4000$ in furniture. So typical of Prince Albert service. And also had to return to deliver all throw pillows! Like geez man just real deadly! I'm not impressed Leon's!

Just got a bed from a guy named Tyler there! And he upsold me to a nicer bed then the one I wanted! Very glad he did gave great insight! Also got it to me fast then expected all around great experience! Go see Tyler he can help ya

Bought a washer there today and the delivery guys left the machine in the middle of the laundry room. Asked them to come back because of a torn rotator cuff, to help with installation. They stood around and said they don't install anything. They shook the washer and said that it's level and walked out. Delivery guys know nothing about the product they move. Still have a couch to be delivered and I have no faith in the delivery guys

So we bought a whoolpool washer and dryer the washer after 3 months is not working no power we call no replacement and it's not getting fixed it's been 1 mouth now with no washer thanks Leon's furniture for bad service

Ordered a couch and love seat from Leon’s. My salesman Brady was awesome and answered my many questions and really worked around my schedule and my budget. Delivery was excellent. Great communication in regards to when they were coming, put right in my basement and legs put on couches. Much better sales and service from Leon’s than I’ve gotten in the past from other furniture stores in PA

I don't remember consenting to SPAM PHONECALLS! You have to listen through the whole advertisement before they say the number to stop the calls. I don't know what CENTURY they live in, but I will not return to this store in the 21st. They were fine to deal with, even though the mattress was overpriced.

I did call and left a message never to call me again. Then around Black Friday 2022 I was called again! Unbelievable. Expecting an important call, and I hear about your black Friday deals! You can be fined for spam emails, but these calls are way more offensive. NEVER SHOPPING WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.

My concern is the way we were explained billing which did not agree with our verbal agreement. We were told we would not be charged the tax on one piece of furniture. The fact was the sales person did a discount on the purchase price and then placed tax on the discounted price. This was not the agreement. When my wife went into question she was treated with disrespect by the sales person. The pricing was never settled to our satisfaction and we will not shop at Leon’s again.

We recently purchased a Maytag stove from Lindy. Exceptional service yet again. Lindy was excellent to deal with, listened to what we could afford and what options we were looking for. Found us the perfect stove for a great price. Our experience was nothing short of amazing from first visit in the store right down to the delivery. Delivery guys were super friendly, brought us our stove at a time when it was convenient for us and were excellent to deal with. Lindy is our go to guy for all things appliances and furniture. We will definitely be back next time we need something. Keep up the good work!
