Good selection of furniture and appliances. However, we were put off by the way the sales people pounce on you, as soon as you walk through the door. They also tried to include the extended warranty in the sale, without actually asking if we wanted it… buyer beware!

My bed came with absolutely no hardware and no instructions. Had to argue with the store to get the parts I needed. The slats wouldn't work and I've been trying to figure out what to do for 2 weeks. I was given no instructions with this and was refused any by the store. If I had them I'd have known what was missing. The plastic clips with the pegs for the slats were also not included. Now I have to hope the store will even give me some because they have less than cared about my situation. Basically, the frame I received was only that. It was the headboard, footboard, slats and side rails in a box and nothing else at all. The treatment from the store and Leon's customer service overall has been abysmal and the worst customer experience I've ever had. It has been a complete nightmare for me since I received it on Oct 4. It's now Nov 16 and I'm still unable to use my bed because of all this. Things should not have been missing and that should have been checked over. This manufacturer is ridiculous. Completely outrageous and no one at Leon's seems the slightest bit alarmed and concerned that this came with absolutely no parts to put together.

I really like the Leon's on Hoffer Drive. First off, their staff are courteous. Second, their display and staging is so eye-catching. They're the only furniture store in this entire city whose staging is convincing enough to make me want to actually purchase an item (or two, because those prices, Aha!). A special shout out to the man (Mike) who attended to us. Thanks for not breathing down our necks and letting us take time to make our decisions. It was obvious our satisfaction mattered to you, and you weren't just in a hurry to make a sale. In doing this you have gained a loyal customer in me, (and my mom!), and we will definitely return for all our furniture/decor needs. Definitely recommend!

Furniture good quality almost.
Ordering is very easy they take the money right away but forgot to deliver until you remind them three times and your stuff will get delivered only 5 hours late after the delivery window email or text notification, mattress people don't throw out air bags yet you might need them for 5 hours late delivery.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The original crib we ordered 10 weeks ago was cancelled on us and once we ordered a second crib they said it will take 3-4 weeks from Edmonton, now just for them to tell us that they don’t know when it will be here. The salesperson that originally gave us all of this information won’t talk to us directly on the phone just passes messages through whoever takes the call. I will never purchase from here again or even recommend them to anyone I know.

Been to this place multiple times for multiple different items and everytime there's no stock it's always 4 to 6 weeks to get the item, they had there sale so I went on the day it started so I can get the items we wanted but everything had to be ordered from different places at different times they say the items are in Saskatoon but they don't deliver to regina doesn't make sense its just a bait and switch thing. I bet if I went through the whole flyer everything would have to be ordered what furniture store doesn't have inventory for there customers?

Update- today bought a bedframe got it home open it up and everything is busted side rails are crushed beyond repair phone customer service and the person says just to email them and they will get back to me what's the point of customer service if they don't want to do there job very poor experience today.

We ordered a dishwasher thru Lisa at Leons over a month ago and was told it would be here mid-September. I called today to inquire as to an arrival date but was told it will now not be here until November. We would never have purchased it from Leons if we had known it was going to be November. There are other companies that actually have items in stock and can deliver in a timely fashion. In addition, we have been trying to deal with Leons extended warranty company on another appliance we bought a few years ago and we are getting jerked around on that issue as well. I do not recommend Leons or their warranty provider King and State.

Worse experience ever! I have bought a few things from Leon’s before n they never disappointed except this time. I have ordered a dresser n mirror way back in January, it took about 7-8 months to come in. I waited so long for it to come, then it comes after all that time with damage and scratches n drawers not closing. I called them they said to send pics of the damage to their email and all so I did. And was told I have to wait for the to get an answer from the manufacture. I have waited 3 weeks for them to get back to me and nothing. So I decided to call n ask for my refund cuz that is ridiculous n not professional at all. Waiting almost a year for a dresser then comes with damage and gotta wait again for manufacture reply! Like even when I called to cancel it n honestly just get my money back they said I have to wait a week for them to come pick it up. I am very disappointed and will never ever buy from Leon’s. They didn’t even try apologizing for their mistake and long wait. I do not recommend Leon’s to anyone and I will make sure to spread that around fam n friends. Never was I disappointed at any place like thisNEVER BUY FROM LEONS! If only there was a 0 star Cuz they deserve that big time 0 for me!

Unfortunately I have to change my previous 5* review. My husband and I came in looking for 2 storage beds for our kids for our upcoming move to our new home. We looked around at other businesses but Leon's was the only one with beds we liked that were able to deliver in the timeframe we needed. Well we are now 6 days away from moving and when we called to verify delivery we are told that the beds were actually special order and would not be in for MONTHS! This has wasted a month of our time while we thought we were getting what we needed. Now we are going to have to find something else as our kids need beds! Not happy.: (

The salesperson made a promise that our furniture would arrive in 4-6 weeks because they had enough stock. It took 15 weeks to arrive.

Questionable business practices and dishonest sales people. Don't support this company.

We did find some couches we liked. Big showroom with good options. We were also looking at appliances and bedroom furniture but we saw one salesperson for the whole store and he was helping a couple for the first bit we were in there. When he was free he walked by us twice with not even a greeting. We saw tons of people in the back by the open office. Apparently they want everyone to shop online as the customer service was non existent. Guess we will be doing that but from another store.

Boy was i wrong about this place bought a hisence deep freeze from leons 2 weeks ago. Started thawing our food. Hisence said 2 to 3 business days to have someone look at it but in the meantime they could do nothing untill it was investigated. Leon said not our problem its 2 weeks old deal with hisence. Also wouldn't even call us back had to call them twice. Take your money and to heck with you never buying anything from them again

Went in for a double bed frame and the employee that was “helping” me ran me through the whole store point and say this or that comes in double then took off without asking if i seen anything I like. I recommend not to go there just for the service you can get better service at The Brick

We were told our couch would be here 16-20 weeks. We were prepared for our couch to be here by the end of June and now we have been told the couch would be here mid to late August. 7 months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a couch.

Went to Leon’s on May 1,2021. Was helped out by Lisa G. She was fantastic. Asked me what I was interested in looking at and guided me through the store to look at the items that I needed to purchase. She went above and beyond to be accommodating. She was the first salesperson from Leon’s that actually took the time to help me out instead of walking away. Management, please take note on how good she is. She could train some of your other staff that don’t take the time to ask what you’re looking for! Great job Lisa!

Worst Furniture store.
It has been 4 months since I ordered my 2 sofas with no hope for delivery. When I called the store they said I need to wait for another 8 weeks. The store neither deliver the sofas nor return my money.

Do not buy anything from Leon's and do not buy their extended warranty! They will not honor it and it will take months with an appliance that does not work only to be told it is unrepairable and only to give you credit and NOT replace it like they say they will. Customer service is terrible and do not call back or they just say they will put you on to someone else who doesn't actually call you back. They do nothing to help, nor care about their customers. Obviously I will NEVER be shopping there again. What a disapointment.

I ordered different furniture 3 months ago -based on the sales agent recommendation in terms of availability in their inventory and delivery.

I've followed up with them 4 times over the call and one time in the store two weeks ago - Store manager did not bother to call me back at all.

For the last time I called them as they had to get my orders delivered within 2-week time frame. I was told rudely either I have to wait or get my money back.

This is the way I was treated with such a dishonest, unreliable, and unprofessional business.

If you plan to buy furniture do not fall into their tricks. They have no customer care or commitment for their deals. Just a waste of money and time.

I wish there was a proper authority in SK to supervise such businesses and protect customers for their actions and the way they conduct their business.

Never buy anything from this dodgy disrespectful business.

Poor customer service, we purchased furnitures and they have not delivered it after few months. It was supposed to be delivered 4-6 weeks as at the time of purchase I double-checked and insisted to the sale agent tell me which one is now ready to ship and he introduced me a few that they had in their inventory.

I wish I could give zero star to them. When you call customer service, they dont bother give you a proper answer - what you will hear is cancel your order or wait.

Dont waste your money and time where they have zero respect and accountability for their deals.

So unreliable, poor customer service, and customer after care. Not committed to their deals and delivery. Hanging customer once the deal is done. Not a professional company and there is no authority to supervise such companies.

On May 23rd, my husband and I went to Leon's to purchase a sectional and kitchen table. The lady that helped us at the store was friendly and knowledgeable. She sold us a warranty and explained that if there were any issues with our items, someone would come to the house to fix them, and if necessary, the warranty would cover replacement if the items could not be repaired. We received our furniture, on July 4th, we noticed right away that the table was damaged. The cable that goes in the sliding mechanism to pull the table out for the leaf, was dangling from the table. We tried phoning the store numerous times and it constantly rang busy. After five hours of trying to phone the store, while assembling our furniture, we finally decided to drive to the store and discuss our issue with the damaged table. One of the ladies at the customer service counter, the only one who acknowledged me when i approached, led me to another room and told us that the phones were not working which is why the phone was busy. She looked at the pictures I had taken of the damaged item, and asked if we needed any chairs replaced. I told her that one chair was wobbly, but our main concern was the table. She said that the computers were down at the moment, but she would issue an exchange to be done for the table TOP and leaf, as well as for one chair. She said it should take around 2 weeks to arrive as the item would be coming from Edmonton (an 11 hour drive from our location).
Two weeks later, on July 17th, I tried phoning the store for an update as we were heading out of town for the weekend and had not received any information about the table. There was no answer. I followed up by sending an email, to which i never received any reply. July 18th I tried phoning the store again, but again, there was no answer. On July 22nd, i tried phoning the store again, and again it went to voicemail. I left a message, providing the order number, the item information and my contact info. I asked that a manager contact me with an update as I have not been receiving replies to my messages - I did not receive a reply. On July 22nd I contacted head office - this information was not easy to find, I ended up going onto the Leon's website and using the chat box to ask for the contact information for head office - the receptionist asked me what the issue was, so I provided her with the information and she asked which location, it did not seem like the receptionist was surprised when i responded "regina". I was put through to a voicemail at head office, and within an hour, someone phoned me back and apologized for the issues. I was told the items were at the Regina location and that head office would have Regina contact me for delivery arrangements.
On July 23rd, someone phoned and spoke to my husband about the delivery of our replacement table. My husband asked if they could deliver on the 24th or 25th and he was told there was nothing available until Tuesday the 28th. My husband asked if they could deliver after 2pm on Tuesday and the person said they would check into it. When they called back, I answered the phone and was informed, understandably, that they cannot guarantee delivery times. I asked when the next Saturday appointment was available and she said this Saturday. So, it was finally arranged that we would receive our replacements on Saturday July 26th.
Our furniture arrived on July 26th, it was not just the table top and leaf (and chair) as had been discussed at the store, instead, it was a whole table again. So, we had to reassemble the entire table - again. However, there are multiple chips and scratches on the replacement table.
I will state, the delivery people were great, and the help from head office was appreciated as well. As for the Regina Leon's store, i would not recommend anyone shop there, nor try to contact the store as nobody answers the phone and nobody returns emails or phone calls.

I bought a sectional over 6 weeks ago and still haven't recieved. Try to call the store but people answer and hang up. Definitely reccomend buying your furniture else where, brick doesn't make you wait months to get your furniture

There's a decent selection, and a lot of it is available to be seen in the store. The sales staff are friendly, but it's difficult to walk around without feeling like you're being hunted for a commission. The prices for some of the furniture seem like they were pulled out of a hat, leaving you with some really good deals, or awful rip-offs.

My real issue with Leon's is when something isn't available in the store, there is no actual date set for when you'll receive it. I received a damaged coffee table, and I was told not to return it because they would be able to get me a replacement within two weeks. It's been over a month, and they still have no clue if/when that coffee table will be in stock again.

Over all, this store seems to be a good option if you're not wanting to spend thousands of dollars for a single couch, but do yourself a favor, and get clear confirmation that what you're buying is in the store

We purchased what was to have been a high end living room furniture set from Leon's in Regina, it is not.

It was essentially the priciest set on the floor. After 2 years the sofa, which is rarely used, had a tear between the cushions. We had purchased the extended warranty, it was of no use.

All involved have wiped their hands of any responsibility. Leon's and the warranty provider have all passed it off.

Over the years I have spent thousands at Leon's, they will not receive another cent. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

Run the other way.

Went in on Black Friday to buy a mattress, sales people where prompt and polite. Only down side is a 2 to 4 week for it to come from main warehouse.then another possible 10 days for delivery? Something is not right.
Emailed them about the issue, no reply back go figure! Probably wont ever buy from them again.

I bought a sofa las than 1.5 years ago and it started to fade and had some springs breaking down and coming out. I bought insurance for it as well, however for my surprise when I went to the store to have it replaced, they wanted to charge more than 300 extras to replace it. What a heck of insurance and company is this one? !?

Love their products. Dealing with Ajay and he was the best salesman I’ve ever met. First time my parents went to look around and I wasn’t there with them. They barely known English, then Ajay downloaded a translation app to communicate with my parents, explained everything patiently. Two days later my parents went there again with me, and Ajay remembered every single product that my parents was interested in, and pointed them out for me. We got a lot of satisfied furnitures here. Will definitely recommend this place to others.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD.
THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS!

I am so upset and frustrated with the experience we had at this business I'm shaking so bad that I could cry.

My husband and I are doing renovations, our couch is old and we thought we could use a new couch, we saw there was an anniversary sale at Leon's and thought let's go check it out.

We were both wearing work clothes as we were out getting other items for our renovations and when we walked in instantly I knew we would have a bad experience.

4 sales people turned their back to us when we walked in.we almost made it to the back of the store before we were acknowledged.

Ajay, the associate that walked up to us looked extremely disinterested in assisting us. Showed us the cheapest couch set they had and walked away on the phone.

We were ready to buy the love seat as it was quite comfortable and would go with the other furniture we have in our living room.

We went to speak to a manager and Ajay came running up saying a customer called.

I worked retail for over 15 years myself and I was always told the customer in store comes priority over a call in customer.

I will be making sure none of my friends and family ever give this business any of their money.

Extremely disappointing experience.

Maybe train your staff not to be discriminator against customers walking in no matter what they look like.

Walk into the store & a pungent deodorizer hit you. It is so strong it hurts your lungs! Also no other customers were in the store. I had to say hello a few times to even get a sales person. Hmmm. Rider game on blaring. I love the Riders too but. Work. Salesman was pleasant enough, but again his cologne met us way before he did. Have you heard of people's right to have air to breath without perfumes etc. The sales person had no idea about the recliner we were talking about. Told him several times it's in the flyer. We left due to ; unable to breath, knowledge base not there. Wow. I knew more than the salesperson. Sad Leon's sad.

They do not even deserve the one star.customer service is rude and the extended warrenty they sold me when I call say closed for new years.its April.so now I have wet clothes and a washer filled with water sitting for what will be 3 days. Oh and they will not pay a tech to come here cuz they pass the blame to extended warrenty. But they did try and refund me the extended warrenty.ya ok then I have none.shame on you Leon's I will never purchase from you again. And they told me if I get someone to come look at it will void my warranty! Perfect basement should smell great soon. And the manager wouldnt even handle the call!

The service was great in that I received the help I needed when I wanted it but the space I wanted when I wanted it as well. The salesman was very helpful but he said something that actually unnerved me. He offered to come in on his day off in order to sell me some furniture. At first, this seems like either he is the most eager/engaged employee who must really believe in his product and really wants to make sure I walk away with the couch I deserve or, the furniture business pays so bad that this guy can’t take a day off.

I thought to myself.but then why he not just have my name on file then and I can come back when I’m ready to buy the couch and he can get his commission? Then it hit me that he fears another employee would steal his sale and commission if he wasn’t there to make sure he got it.

After all, he should get it as he spent the hour with me measuring and debating what luxury fabrics best suit the abode of a colour blind fashion impaired male from the Xenial generation.so in that context it should be a slam dunk that he should naturally get the commission right? Nope, turns out I wouldn’t even be asked if anyone else helped me or even how I knew exactly what I wanted in returnIng to the store. So no.there will be no couch for me on this fine day.
