Ignorance. Obviously this is a place that profiles against Natives. Never had an issue until tonight, August 28/23. The closing employee profiled my wife as she is Native American and myself for having long hair. The actions of the female employee was disgusting. Her tone and actions just wreaked of ignorance towards appearance. I would never recommend this place to anyone with employees that act in such a disrespectful demeanor. Not even deserving of 1 star.

I was suffering from a stabbing pain on my back all the way through my chest for about 4 months.
I got to notice a big difference after just the first massage I got here.
So happy I landed on the best hands here in Regina!

Excellent trainers. Fantastic gym. Their physiotherapists are great at working out long term issues.
