Waited half an hour for my doctor just to find out he wasn’t coming last time I went. Then he and I were supposed to have a phone call today and he didn’t call me as well when I tried calling the clinic 30 minutes after we were supposed to start my appointment no one at reception could answer my call or returned my voicemail at all. Wouldn’t recommend this clinic.

Dr. Mcdonald is my GP at this clinic and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. When my (since childhood) doctor was retiring, he recommended Dr. McDonald as his replacement. I'm so happy he did. I feel listened to, understood and he helps to work with you for a solution. Always polite, professional and discreet no matter the ailment. I will be staying on as a patient for a very, very very long time without a doubt.

I saw Dr Alabi and and he had absolute 0 compassion for me and my medical problems. He completely ignored my concerns and refused to entertain any possible conditions other than depression and anxiety. One of my main concerns was my memory impairment and when I missed an appointment because I forgot he reminded me that I was nothing more than a paycheque to him and the staff and that missing appointments means they don’t get to feed their families. Completely unprofessional and after every appointment I would go home to cry because nothing would come out of these sessions. Do not see this doctor if you are looking for real help with mental health

Dr. Ahmadouh is the best psychiatrist in town. He's genuinely kind and spends time with his patients. I always feel like I've been listened to when I see him

Dr. Ahmodu has been my psychiatrist for almost 2 years and makes me feel very comfortable. I was even able to come out as transgender to him and he was very respectful, immediately updating my name on file and pronouns:) He has been super respectful and has helped me with impulsivity and other BPD issues

They don't care about their patients here or helping their patients with mental health disorders. If you are seeking help for a family member regarding mental health please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They will do the least amount of care they can get away with.

Called my doctor today to renew some prescriptions and the lady I talked to was very dismissive towards me. Told me I need to contact my pharmacy when it was my pharmacy that told me to contact my doctor. I have been with Dr. McDonald for years before he was at LifeCrest. He is a super doctor but the front room staff could be alittle bit better on their manners especially from the one I spoke with today (July 9th).

Recently I got diagnosed with Melanoma and Dr. Rajkumar was my Surgeon. Dr. Rajkumar is very genuine and helpful in every way. I called him many times to ask many questions and even repeatedly, Dr. Rajkumar got back to me every time within 5 minutes of leaving a message for him which I am so greatful for. He was concerned about my mental health as well, listened to me very patiently and said call him in the office if I have any questions.

Great Dr Office. Dr McDonald is very helpful and caring. Took his time explaining everything and truly cares about the patients. Not at all like some Dr offices where your just a number and in and out. Reception and young lady (Ruth) where extremely helpful caring. 10 out of 10. For sure.

When I visited Dr. Ahmodu a few weeks ago, he was incredibly dismissive of my mental issues and struggles, which is something i figured a psychiatrist would be able to listen to without being judgemental. It took a lot of courage to reach out for help, and a long wait to get in. I was let down severely.

Very unprofessional. Needs to look into better training for de-escalation. Receptionists should be trained how to handle situations with suicidal patients. And the psychiatrists need to brush up on their bed side manner.

I've only had one appointment with my psychiatrist so far and he seems pretty good. The new medication regiment is helping. I had a long wait but was able to get on a cancellation list and see the psychiatrist right away so that was positive.
Since that first appointment though I've had a really rough experience getting in touch with the clinic for anything. It takes several attempts of calling for them to answer their phone and when they do they put you on hold and forget about you. They don't respond to messages left on their machine either. I had passed along a request to my psychiatrist and haven't had a single update about it.

Beautiful clinic, very friendly and helpful receptionist. Finally found a psychiatrist who detected my problems.very detailed, took his time. I feel much better started these pills. Thank you!

They give you hope, a one shining ray of light for you to hold onto and rip it away with no remorse.

I am able to return to work after years of struggling, thanks to this psychiatrist! I have nothing to say about this clinic than to praise them, the doctors and staff are great!

Clinic is clean and comfortable. I feel listened to. The receptionist is an absolute ray of sunshine!

Not a medi clinic. They have no medical doctors only brain doctors so do not go there thinking you will get service like all other medi clinics. False advertising and do not waste your time or money parking they dissapoint.
