My school had our graduation photos taken today by 2 women from lifetouch and I was the last student before their lunch break. They sped through the photos as fast as they could and when I asked to see them the woman who was taking them just said “I already submitted them”. This is the one school photo that I value as it’s my final year and I wanted to make sure that I liked the photos… It really felt like they didn’t value me or their job. Now if I don’t like my photos then I have to go back and pay to have them retaken

More than one month in advance I called to book my grad photos and got several confirmation emails. When arrived to the place I was told that the photos are taken in different place - city this day. No apologies. Just was asked to rebook for the next month. Terrible service. Very dissapointed.

It's very bad service. Every year my kids have a Picture Day and they haven't photos with classmates. It's very bad photograph. Not recommended

If there's a different place to get your pictures done then get them done else where, waited almost a WHOLE YEAR and they never sent me any type of proof for the photo's I got done just for them to tell me they are EXPIRED, I've called and emailed several times and still NOTHING.

They are alright. I don't know if its the photographer or the kid but my kid always has the funniest expressions on his face for his school photos.

Unresponsive on queries of order status. We ordered a digital copy and no response or whatsoever. Very unprofessional.
Personally I wouldn't recommend going for their services, if there is even one.

Been waiting for my receipt for over a week. The school couldn't give out receipts so I called your office in Regina, remember? Where is it huh?

The quality of the photos is there with many backgrounds to choose from, some aren't so great as the angle and lighting just doesn't work, so just don't choose them. The pictures came home from school all bent and creased, called the 1-800 number and without question or hesitation, they are sending a new copy to my house, was a quick, friendly and great customer experience.

As per any school pictures, a little over priced, and the website is a bit clunky (would be great to see the actual backgrounds I picked in the order history), but non the less a good experience.
