Hyundai Lloydminster is the best dealership I’ve been to. Made everything very easy, and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again

Everyone was very helpful, especially Brook. She was very helpful with the vehicle hunt and when I told her I needed a kidney transplant she offered her kidney to me. When my home burned down she offered to let me stay at her place. She is the greatest salesperson in the cosmos and I would have bought from ford if it weren’t for her amazing service.

We were assisted by Mark at the Hyundai Lloydminster location. He was very comprehensive and helpful. He took his time teaching me about every aspect of my car and didn’t rush through it. It was overall a great experience thanks to him and we will definitely be using Hyundai again in the future. Thank you Lloydminster Hyundai staff for being very welcoming and kind.

Do not ever go to this location to buy, everyone there is completely unprofessional. The manager is a complete wimp and refuses to even talk to you when you have a complaint. The little girl that sold me the vehicle snarled when we noticed something wrong. Whoever detailed completely messed up all the plastic but there’s “no proof” that it was her since it wasn’t new. These guys are a joke! Spend 40k and instantly regret apparently they don’t deal with warranty unless it’s a Hyundai regardless if you bought it there. Had it for 6 months and the exterior is falling apart.

This was my best buying experience. I have purchased 3 cars over the years and I can say that this was by far the most seamless buying experience. The sale manger (cod), and auto finance (sarah) were professional, very accommodating & knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Hyundai I will be a customer for life.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in my life, I’ll never buy another Hyundai… and I sure won’t do business with a place that can’t be bothered to return customer phone calls… Avoid this place at all costs.

Why is my 21 Elantra got non working air conditioning? Why are struts and other suspension making noise at 15,000 Km? Why is the service department so awful to deal with?
Why are there so many issues with a brand new car? Why is Hyundai so greasy to deal with? When was the last time Lloydminster Hyundai was sued? Sells me a car with defective air conditioning and then charges me air conditioner tax. I’ll see you in court Ryan

Why did you show me payments that didn’t have tax included?

Why was I told not to wash my car in winter? Because it was having electrical issues? So it can come back in 3 years with rust issues?

Thank you to the amazing staff everyone from service to sales helped us out when we were in quite the pickle. From braking down 2 hours into a 35 hour road trip they rushed our car into service and even though we didn’t get the answers we were hoping for we couldn’t have been more happy with how it ended up. Jeff was an amazing sales rep and helped us get set up with a new vehicle. Then again with us being crunched for time service got the inspection done in what felt like minutes and got us back on the road! We couldn’t be more grateful with all of the help and support from everyone. Thank you all!

I can not say enough good things about Lloydminster Hyundai, I have now purchased 2 vehicles through them and have had great experiences both times. Jeff the salesman is a pleasure to deal with, he’s friendly and very easy to talk to. He takes time to answer questions and made sure I left there feeling great about my purchase. Jeff and Cole made sure I got a fair price with payments that worked with my budget. Sarah in financing went through everything with me and made sure I understood price, payments and other options I could add on, she too is friendly and easy to deal with.
