Hi Professional Drivers,
Don’t come before 1 hr from the appointments time as they will not allow you to check in or enter to wait inside.
I was arrived just 3 hrs before my appointment time but denied to check in for unloading or waiting inside the facility.
Security staff is good and polite

Bad place for live unloading. Had an appointment for 7am. Checked in at 6.45am. And they unloaded at 11.45. Had a very bad experience

Overnight and day parking available on dock when you arrive on appointment time. Nice people and without logic answers for waiting time.

I would say 5 star for politeness and 0 stars for waiting. They take ages to unload 2-3 skids.

They will literally take 8-10 hours to unload a trailer. Really do not recommend unless you don't mind waiting half a day.

The place is an absolute joke They hate truck drivers it took 5 hours to get unloaded And I've told dispatch never send me there again

I've only been here a couple times but terrible experience. More than 1 occasion where dispatch told me time appt. Booked only to arrive at Distribution centre and told differently. It seems like they change appt. Times to suit their needs.

Expect to wait in the dock for a very long time. Other than that it's a nice facility with friendly security. Reciever says they will call you when the trailer is empty but they never do. So if you're unloading at night you have to wake up to check if the light is green every hour or so.

If you’re Caucasian don’t waste your time.
My son has the highest percentage of the new trainees and he and another Caucasian were let go today!

Office 2 has an Indian guy that is extremely rude and unprofessional. He ignores you as you walk in, doesn't even reply to your greetings, and be talking Punjabi or Hindu on the phone the whole time forgetting the reason why he is there at the window.

Great place.got in 3 hours before delivery with 18 pallets.got the door and unloaded in 30 mins

4 skids more than 3 hours and I was sitting on drive seat and light never turned red then I visit the office and they said ur load is done so don't trust on door light

Security staff not too helpful today.
Made me wait unnecessarily.
No common sense today, and no, they weren't busy.

Arrived 1.5 hours before the appointment time, took only 1 hour to unload fully loaded trailer.
Positive experience.

If your unloading on Sunday do not believe your appointment given. They will only allow you in at 7: 30am. Receiving opens at 8am.

Its ok as our company has contract with them but I heard from drivers of other companies that its not a very friendly place

Efficient LOBLAWS Distribution I have seen so far. Shippers were fast to unload. Got paper work right away. Clean and spacious facility.

Working with some of the people in that company is always great, the experience in itself, you need to be working at a faster-than-lightspeed just to even prove your worth just to remain employed.

Staff seem to just exist.fines of up to $1000 if you're late for an appointment time but they have no problem making drivers wait 2-4hrs.
The nicest thing I can say is that the yard is always clean

First time dropped here and very happy with them. In and out in one hour. Friendly staff and clean facility. Lots of room for backup. Clean washroom for drivers. Wish I can give them more than 5 stars.

We all understand a mighty big operation is not easy to run, but maybe they can go and ask Costco how to do it. 4 hours for 7 skids is not a impressive job.

Worst people in Canada.my appointment was at 1am, I got there by 1: 15am.the supervisor told me to rebook the appointment after 24 hours as I was late by 15 minutes & most importantly they do not have any urgency to get this specific load. And there are times when I reach before time and they take a minimum of 6 hours to unload 1 trailer.no respect for drivers.they take drivers for granted.

This place used to be very busy and a real gongshow! Slow and painfull!
now its nowhere as busy as it was a few years back!
they also seem to unload trucks a little faster!
all in all not a bad place now to deliver to!

I can not put zero start because it s not possible. I arrived on time for my appointment at 3am on friday night at shipper office 2.4h waiting to be unloaded totally unprofessional!

The most hated place to come for delivery! Office 2 is full with lazy manners, unknowable, without sense of humanity, waiting for unloading 6,7,8,9,10.hours, like we truckers are without home and family!

Show up 30 minutes ahead of the appointment, finally get a door 20 minutes after appointment. 3 hours later still in a door, I brought one skid. This place needs to get it's act together

If you dont have a lime green or an orange hi vis best make sure you have one or they dont let you in

This place is easily one of the most inefficient places that we deliver to 5 to 8 hours to unload is normal wow!

Highway Semi-Drivers!

Please be on time for your appointment, otherwise they will waste your day for it.

Once on dock they might take some time to turn the dock light red, but after that they are quick to load/unload.

Office and Security Staff was friendly.

Spacious docks and clean washroom.

Bad company because if it is late for the appointment will be a big problem but the driver is waiting hours inside the company is not a problem. This is insignificance and vileness

I would give them 0 stars if possible, worst customer service and sucks at appointment times. Rude supervisor. Get a life

Getting better with there appointments but this is not for the public it's a food terminal for semis.

Had a 2AM appointment to unload, got here at 12AM, got backed into a dock in ten minutes, it's going on 6 am sun coming up, waste of time scheduling a appointment, then have to be backed into a dock for 10 hours, SUCKEEEEE

This is a transportation hub and a Loblaw warehouse. If you don't work there and you have no any business with warehouses, so you have nothing to do there ;)

You have to have a appointment and then bring a lot of time, because they are slow, I from the appointment time to get out of there is it at the best 3 hours, or way later
