This is a great spot for shopping. They offer fantastic deals, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.

I wouldn't recommend going to this place for your pictures. The photos were quite off the requirements, and the staff were not too keen on helping out.

Pharmacist has no integrity! My 9 months old got sick last month with high fever and unfortunately we didn’t have baby Tylenol at home. If you are a parent, you know baby Tylenol has been running out of stock everywhere and it’s very hard to get a bottle. I saw on their website that this location has it in stock so my husband ran out hoping to get one bottle before it closes for the day. When he got there, the pharmacist told my husband that they didn’t have any, he led my husband to check on the shelves (which of course, was empty). And when my husband showed him that their website indicated that they have it in stock, he still didn’t want to check behind their counter and repeatedly said they didn’t have any, and said the website sometimes is wrong. The very next morning I ordered one bottle on their website for an in store pick up, and the medicine was ready to pick up within an hour! I realized that the pharmacist was clearly lying about not having the medicine and for some reason hoarding them! It’s very upsetting and concerning to know that a pharmacist would do this instead of helping patients, especially in this case it is about a very young baby!

My daughter goes here for her Jaffa cake’s. Only place we seem to ever find those little treats

Strange! The store is huge and lots of people in. There is just one each toilets; for males and one for females.
However, both are closed and have not been working.

Sorry managerial folks! This situation needs to be dealt with, urgently.

This place has probably the best and affordable photo center in Saskatoon. We recently visited this place to take some professional photos and were amazed with the friendly staff (photographer) and his skills. We, particularly, interacted with Dominic at the store who helped us take and print our professional photos. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

Stopped by for passport photos for my 9 month old and my wife. Was completed in minutes with great customer service!

I purchased a Canon printer at the Regina store. Moved to Saskatoon for Uni and I was having trouble getting the scanner to work. Shoutout to Braeden today for helping me get the software setup on my computer so the scanner function would work correctly. Now that is great service, Thank you!

Not good over the phone customer service, got put on hold for 7 minutes then the call just ended.disappointing!

This store has everything you need, at a good quality level. The staff are friendly and helpful if you want assistance. The products are regularly updated. A overall pleasant place to shop.

First off I want to start by saying that I haven’t had a bad interaction with any staff members. They are all quite helpful. The issue I have been having is with the who ever is in charge of processing the film. Multiple times I have received my film photos with scratches on both my negatives and scans. This is not from my camera. It is likely caused by not letting the film dry thoroughly. This has happened to at least three film rolls. Last month I gave them a roll of Lomochrome Purple (regular C41 film) and it was processed incorrectly, ruining the colour on multiple photos. I believe they offer a same day service but personally I have only received my shots back on the same day only once or twice. Typically up to three days.
Again, the staff have been nice to me and helpful. I hesitate posting this review because I hate being that person but honestly I’m getting frustrated. I believe LD can do better.

I haven’t even taken my laptop in for a repair yet and they already have GREAT and professional customer service here in the tech department. The guy told me everything I needed to know over the phone about my repair and gave me the best advice even when they were closing in 5mins. Totally recommend!

Just got my COVID vaccine and the two ladies that did it were phenomenal. They were so friendly and efficient that this thing I had been dreading became the highlight of my day!

Unfortunately this was immediately sullied when I went to the electronics section for a charger they had contacted me was ready to be picked up under Apple care.
When I went in I was greeted by employees who clearly didn’t want to be there let alone have anything to do with me. After 20 minutes of them not helping I asked the assistant manager Scott if he could sort out the issue. They apparently had no records (not sure what I signed) which makes sense now that all of the employees there have no clue what’s going on. Bad system, bad training of bored staff.
Couldn’t point me in the direction of a new one guys?

My experiences there were good until I visited the photo lab and had my photos taken there. The staff was kind of indifferent and rude. I felt awkward standing there waiting for my photos. I still like this London drugs but don't think I'll ever go to the photo lab again.

8th st branch service is the best! Pharmacist Theresa is awesome and she has been very helpful if you have questions about your prescription she is always happy to answer your inquiries.her big smile and kindness will help you feel better if you are sick lol! Great job Theresa and the management and the rest staff of London drugs on 8th street your store is the best pharmacy store in Saskatoon. Keep it up! Thank you!

Great place to develop film! They develop it quickly too. Can be a bit pricy but I would recommend them.

Serena in customer service was very accommodating and she did a very flawless refund to my purchases and re-entering all of them for me to get started collecting rewards. Very satisfied customer here.

Excellent service from the photo lab. When the Lawson location hadn't even started my order over 24 hours after submitting it, I cancelled it, reordered at 8th St and it was done in less than 20 minutes. I'll never order anywhere else.
