I went to LD south location and Namrata helped me to get the best product for my skin. I appreciate outstanding customer service.she asked me questions about my skin concerns and went over different product patiently with me.she went above and beyond to help me and made sure that she is suggesting the right product for my sensitive skin.
Namrata is very knowledgeable, and I will surely recommend her.

I went there to buy a gift. There was a lady named Amanda (one of managers). She was very helpful for suggestive service and gave her time to made my purchase better or accordingly my budget. I really appreciate. Really thanks for such a great service.

I was purchasing a product from London Drugs at 11: 50 am on April 5th, 2023. When I approached the till I saw and over heard two workers following a women who was wearing a black hood out the door. These two coworkers were talking about the clothing this women was wearing in a extremely judgmental manner. One of the women workers approached the till so I could pay. She required identification due to me purchasing a product that contained nicotine. I provided identification and she continued to question my date of birth (I am 22 years old and am legally able to buy products that contains nicotine). She then questioned me if I was a frequent shopper. I replied by saying "yes, I pick up my prescriptions from the pharmacy here" The employee then rudely handed me my receipt. I feel this behaviour and comments were unnecessary and extremely judgmental from an employee.

I went to the store last week since I was having a battery problem with my phone. The man named Samar gave me excellent advice on how to schedule an appointment with a technician and how to resolve the problem. Also, Micheal, a member of the technical department, followed the right procedures and assisted me in getting my phone fixed as quickly as possible. THANK YOU FOR SUCH A USEFUL SERVICE, YOU GUYS.

Worst Management ever! Cannot give accurate answer as to when order will be ready for pick up. We've been waiting for an order for more than the promised time already.

Naoka, in electronics, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with an exchange I did not have the receipt for.

I bought a speaker that did not work but I wanted to exchange it for the exact same model and colour. Naoka helped me track down the purchase to locate my receipt, and because this location did not have the same colour speaker, Naoka found a different location with the product in stock & called to request they hold it for me to pick up. She explained to the other associate that I do not have my receipt, but that she in fact verified my purchase.

Horrible experience. Low staff and stood ignored at customer service for 10 min. One person at till not another employee to be found in store.

Pharmacy always understaffed, otherwise good. And still slow again. If you need efficient service, this place is actually awful. Because this pharmacy tried to call me after I entered this review, you should know that they had four or five people working behind the counter, and none of them were capable of serving anyone. Rather, they just wait around and debated, with one customer, whether the generics are appropriate, loudly. An embarrassing pharmacy to visit for all involved. There is a simple solution, however: allow people to pick up their prescriptions while you are serving someone who is taking an unusually long time.

Some how it has been happening lately, their discount or sales prices does not match, cashiers always have to go check or ask manager to over write. So if you are not careful you will end up paying more than you suppose too…
