Edited to add: Manger replied to my review. Called him as requested, and he was professional, ensured follow-up would occur and offered to find the item and set aside for me.

Drove quite a distance to this store because it said they had a good stock of an item that is only carried by two stores in Regina. I went to the area where they should be and found an employee unboxing items there. I asked her where they would be located, and she was completely rude to me, stated, "I have no idea, we only have TEN more pallets to go through! I have no idea where they are. " She then walked away from me, as I continued to stand there. Another employee standing there just looked at me like I was crazy to ask such a thing because they were clearly too busy to help a customer. The staff here need some serious training in the customer service department. So disappointing.

Went to the Dr. Office next door, and for convenience I figured I would just pick it up here at London Drugs, as the Pilot Butte Pharmacy is closed today. Never again. Took an hour. I’ve never had a wait like this before. And then to call to ask a question, it was one of those stupid long automated answering machines. Then hold for another 9 minutes. Wow.

Since I can’t reply to London Drugs’ comment, I’ll do it here. I’ve contacted several businesses in the past via the phone numbers they leave on here and in the end nothing really happens. These replies are pretty much just an attempt at damage control.

The long-winded automated answering machines aren’t going away, and whatever process or procedure your pharmacy uses isn’t going to change based on some guy’s review.

I had really good customer service in the electronics department the other day. I had to bring back a new DVD Player that wasn’t working and they exchanged it quickly for a better one without hassle. I think Shane served me, again thanks for the good customer service as I don’t see it often anywhere these days.

Worst customer service experience from PHOTO LAB.
I didn't expect these kind of customer service from London Drugs east.
Customers coming to a reputable company like London Drugs, we have some expectations.but London drugs east fails to meet the customer expectations in terms of service quality.
Anyway, I'm not recommending London Drugs PHOTO LAB.
This is my first and last vist to London Drugs. Thanks a lot to spoil my evening.

Received worst service from the front desk of photo studio. First time feeling racially discriminated in Canada in 5 years. Very disappointed.

I can’t stand this location. I used to live in the south end and that London drugs was amazing to deal with, since I moved to the east I transferred to this location and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Staff is always rude, getting a prescription refilled sometimes takes over 24 hours, I’ve gone to pick up prescriptions after 24 hours and staff has told me “oops we thought you meant tomorrow” and then I had to sit and wait over half an hour. I’ve had prescriptions lost at this location, and given a lower dose of medications then I was supposed to. I’ve transferred my medications now to another pharmacy. They used to have one amazing pharmacist there and that was the only reason I was staying, but I haven’t seen her in ages.

My stop at this location started out very positive but unfortunately ended as a very disappointing experience this evening.

I stopped in because I had a set of photos that I wanted to get printed at their one hour photo lab. I used the self serve kiosk, selected my photos and then selected the time I wanted them to be ready by. The photo cashier was helpful and asked if I needed any help. My photos processed at 5: 45 and had a 7pm pickup time. I live outside the city and didn’t want to drive back so I decided to wait.

Because I had an hour, I proceeded to look around the store and pick up a few items. My checkout attendant was wonderful, so cheerful, there was one item they didn’t have and he told me where in the east end (at another store) that I could pick it up at.

I took my items to my car and went back to the photo lab to wait. Through out the hour wait, I was approached 3x by friendly people asking if I needed help. I told each of them, that I was waiting to pick up my photos.

At my pickup time, I gave the attendant my ticket. He told me my photos were not ready yet, I asked him approx how much longer I needed to wait. He went to the back to check.

In a few minutes, he returned to tell me that the photos would not be ready until tomorrow. I asked what happened and if there was a reason, as I had just waited for an hour at the desk. He then told me that “NO ONE was working in the lab” and my photos had not begun to be processed.

I had waited at the desk, for an hour, spoke to 3 different photo employees only to be told that no one was actually working on them. I was very disappointed.

Before leaving, I stopped by customer service and spoke with the manager to tell them the situation. The manager ended up being the same friendly cashier from before. After my explanation, I asked if there was anything that could be done. (In my head, i was thinking a GC, store credit, anything to show that my business is valued in the store). I also had just spent 60$ on other items. I understand that mistakes happen, but i felt my ask my justified. The only option was an $8.00 refund to cover the cost of my photos.
He said there is always a photo person working in the lab until 9 each night and didn’t know that no one was working.

I found his answer frustrating because the photos were actually a gift for someone else I was meeting up with this evening. As frustrated as I was I knew there was was nothing I could do.

Moral of this story is, fingers crossed that the work gets done tomorrow. Next time, I will be taking my photo business elsewhere.

If you decide to go, I would recommend asking the attendants working if there is someone working in the lab, so you don’t get stuck waiting like I did.

Edit: thank you for the reply and for going into the store to do my photos. It is appreciated. I tried calling the number at 9: 50 and clicked on option 2. I wasn’t able to reach anyone.

We went to get the passport photo for my infant and Mr Singh on the photo booth was so helpful. Very much impressed with his professionalism.

Went to the pharmacy here and the pharmacist Kim, was so rude and ignorant. Wouldn’t refill my prescription, demanding what I wanted it for. Then proceeded to spew even more rude comments. Will not go back again
