After a disappointing and unpleasant experience with the Shoppers drug mart pharmacy I went to London Drugs and met Janice B - the most wonderful pharmacist I have ever met - friendly, courteous, sympathetic to my needs and willing to go the extra mile. She took my poor experience from SDM and turned my London Drugs pharmacy experience into a positive and welcoming time. This is what customer service looks like - Janice (If you read this) thank you! From the bottom of my heart! High five good deed of the day to you! I will be moving all my prescriptions from the SDM S! T show and taking them where I know I will be respected! Woot Woot!

Husband took his iPhone in under Apple Care, the older man behind the desk assured that he would be called if the phone would need to be wiped if the back needed replacing.my husband was NOT called and updated on any further work that needed to be done on it nor was he asked if would like his phone backed up and was not called when it was even done. We have lost a ton of photos and data on the phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE

I was at the Lawson Hts location yesterday late morning to check why my Slim Folio on my Ipad was not working (keypad attachment). The young man pushed a couple buttons, nothing happened. I asked if perhaps the batteries were dead; but I was not sure where on the keypad they were. He went into the Authorized Personal only, where repairs are done. I could hear him talking to a man. The fellow that was first helping me came out and said that they do not work on these and that it has a Lifetime Waranty anyways. Oh. I didnt know that
Yes, he said I could just call the Company and they would replace it. So I thanked him and left.
BUT I was on the other side of the city and went to the other London Drugs.the fellow there was helpful, checked and changed batteries. The old batteries still good. I knew the batteries had juice but try new ones
Still no good. He spent quite a lot of ime with me and advised me the warranty was for ONE year not lifetime!
Anyways.the complaint here is that the fellow behind closed doors at Lawson Hts is not teaching that young guy ggoodcustomerservice or produ t knowledge. I bought a new keypad at the 8th Street Location

I love London Drugs they have a little bit of everything for everyone. I do all my photo lab and home entertainment shopping here. Great place to check out and fast service. Better then Wal Mart for sure.

Went to the pharmacy and was asking for a product and showed the pharmacist which medicine I was going to put in it and they said “I cannot comment or suggest anything about your medication” which I wasn’t asking for in the first place and I understand, they continue to trash my medication I need saying only children and elderly people should be using this and how I was possibly putting myself in harms way and told me that my doctor was unreliable and I should go see a new one and many more rude things. I left without purchasing anything and feeling horrible. No pharmacist should be commenting on a persons health or medication especially when they don’t know anything about the person.

Had a great experience shopping here today! The young gentleman who helped me in deciding on the best air Fryer for me was so kind. He also helped me pick out the "perfect" decorative solar light to be gIven as a gift. Great service like this does not go unnoticed!

Shout out to Laurie for going above and beyond to help us get a shelf that was out of stock at another location!

The staff at the electronics department are really helpful; they excel at their job in spite of Chris (likely in charge of the electronics department), who treats the staff in a very disrespectful way.
Chris is very condescending to both staff and customers.
Hopefully, he'll be more professional in the future but he seems like a lost cause.
To the rest of the staff: thank you.

The younger sales person at perfumes are not helpful. Giving us some attitude after flirting with his coworker.

There is so rarely more than one till open and there is always a long line up. It’s always easy to find staff in the electronic area but never anywhere else
store is getting overfull, unorganized and dirty

I have been to the photography department several times. KHUSH T. (the assistant manager) ; has AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE & is always helpful and is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! Thank you so much!

A photographer who took passport pictures, I think his name was Kurt, gave amazing customer service, I printed pictures for almost 3 hours, and he helped me patiently throughout the process, being pleasant at all times.

Takes forever to get online pick up delivered to my car. Went inside the store and had to wait another 10 min just to be taken care of.
