Lowe's Regina is a fantastic home improvement store. I recently visited the store to purchase some kitchen appliances and had a great experience. The staff at Lowe's Regina were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted me in finding the exact products I needed and provided valuable advice on the installation process.

The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a wide variety of products available. From hardware and tools to appliances and home decor, Lowe's Regina had everything I was looking for. The prices were reasonable, and there were also frequent sales and promotions that offered even more savings.

Open early, and open late. Very convenient before or after work. Staff are bright eyed and bushy tailed even at 6: 00 am. Helpful and friendly. They will ask you if you need any help, instead of staring at their price scanner and ignoring you. Great service!

I was in Lowe's this evening when I experienced severe dizziness. I sat down on the floor and the amazing staff came right away to offer assistance. Thanks to the terrific staff who offered me assistance.

Waste of time. Nothing is organized can't find a thing I store.if you ask someone it's not there department. Went in looking for stucco wire left 45min later with nothing couldn't find it.you should be able to ask at a order desk and get what your looking for

I first spoke to Yogesh, who worked in bath and plumbing, on the phone. He was very helpful and provided thorough information on the product I was inquiring about. When I arrived at the store, he served me immediately and helped load my purchase into my vehicle. Great service!

There was bad experience with packing, I asked guys 3 times did they secure everything inside before wrapping it and they told me “yes”. As you can see on the pic they didn’t. So check your package right at the store.

Sorry, not this particular store, but the company as a whole is terrible. Zero quality customer service when trying to deal with a purchased item that's beyond late and only offer a 10% discount on a future order worth no more than $100, but would have to call and be put on hold for 20 minutes before getting a discount hold for said future purchase.

Was there to buy some kinda bolts and I asked one of the rep for help and he was busy talking to some random guy (not employee) he just said no we don’t have it didn’t even try to look n help me, like seriously. How did I find the bolts later. Useless

Terrible experience. I needed 4 ceiling tiles and they only sell them by the box. Way more than I needed. Manager would not sell individually.

I used Lowes to change my laminate countertops to granite. I do not recommend using Lowes for that service. Lowes uses Floform for installation. If any conflict happens with Floform, Lowes does not really care and is not helpful at all. Lowes does not offer plumbing services to finish the job and if you ask for a plumber, Lowes charge $80 for a quote. I recommend hiring a contractor to be responsible for everything. It might be more money but less headache as when things go wrong, Lowes will not solve the problem.

You really need to watch the prices here; they can be competitive but they can also be surprisingly high. Other than that, if you purchase appliances from them, good luck trying to get any kind of assistance at all even if it's just barely beyond the coverage date. They will treat you like you're a nobody. You will be shi* out of luck! Been there, done that.

Good hardware store. They have some good staff sometimes but don't always know where things are or whether they have it. I tried to buy some items that they no longer had in stock and kept sending me to the wrong aisles to find it

Bought a vanity ($900) a couple weeks ago and when I was ready to install it yesterday I opened the box to find that it was damaged. I don’t own a truck so it was a hassle getting the vanity home in the first place. So I tried calling the store to hopefully come up with a solution. I was transferred to the manager and was greeted with hostility right from the start. The manager was very adamant that this wasn’t his problem and that I’m essentially SOL and I need to find a way to get it back to the store. I suggested that since they offer a delivery service the driver could come grab the damaged vanity and come back with the new one. That was when the manager hung up the phone. Very frustrated and disappointed with the customer service. I hope people use this as a cautionary tale. I’ve dealt with Home Depot for most of my Reno’s and they are extremely accommodating and care about their customers. This would’ve been a nonissue if I would’ve went through Home Depot.

If you want assistance this isn't the place to go. Staff is more interested in talking to eachother rather than assisting customers.
Prices are overblown for the quality of items.

It's a great store if you already know what you're looking for, but if you need any help you will rarely find anybody working their departments, which is only made worse by being able to hear the employees socializing and laughing in the distance. Altogether a very aggravating experience almost every time I have to come here. Wish Home Depot would open a store in the south.

Bought a kit for taps & faucet. Take it back as the faucet is bubbled. This man walks up & starts saying "I don't believe you, you didn't buy that from here" even though the receipt is right in front of him. Absolutely disgusted from the lack of manners and respect here. DO NOT RECOMMEND. This isnt the first time we've been treated like this here.

Bought an appliance set in Sept 2021. Dishwasher died due to a factory defect in Feb 2022. Samsung authorized it to be replaced. Despite 22 emails to the store trying to get this resolved, absolutely nothing. Called yesterday to say it coild FINALLY be replaced after 7 months, then called an hour later to let us know that wasn't true but we could exchange it and pay the difference to get a more expensive dishwasher. Recommend to NEVER buy appliances from lose it has been an absolute garbage experience seeking any resolution.

Was at customer service watching a customer getting waited on by a female who continued to anore the customer she was helping to laugh and talk to another co-worker male and another female in a different language laughing the whole time I felt so bad for the customer she was suppose to be helping he looked so out of place, it's so darn rude to do this to someone especially speaking in their different language. Management needs to look at this, rude

This place doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered an oven online at this place 2 months ago. They postponed the order 3 times. I had to call in just to find out that the product is out of stock. Lowe’s did not bother informing us that the product was no longer being sold. I called in wanting a refund with the base price along with the interest. The manager refused to give the refund of the interest taken out of my credit card. The shop manager blatantly told me that I’m responsible of my own finances. He was super rude and never bothered listening to what I have to say. The audacity of the shop manager telling me that the delayed product and accumulated interest was entirely my fault was outrageous. The customer service is beyond unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would never set a foot on this place ever again. If you have to buy appliances just go to Home Depot. Home Depot’s customer service is thousand times better than Lowes.

We were shopping for appliances for our new house and stopped by Lowe's to see what they had. Tammara was very friendly, down to earth and helpful. We ended up finding a better fridge at another big (orange) home improvement store. But after they dropped the ball on the delivery date (February? !) we returned to Lowe's Tammara was still very helpful and we ended up buying 3 appliances here and cancelling our order at the other store. We are very happy with the service here.

Lowe’s manger would not price match a Rona product. Lowe’s lost out on 2000 dollar sale for a 100.00 Price reduction what a jerk. Same manufacturer product description and he would not price match

Finally when we found the item a very young lady came and talked to us about the item. We finally purchased it.

Had an order placed here and despite the fact they couldn't fulfill that order they waited two months and only when I called and pestered them multiple times did they stop lying and admit they simply have a policy that they don't ship mirrors due to them being fragile. Life lesson learned multiple times now. Never doing any business with Lowes at any location again.

Good prices and selection. They often have amazing sales. Better than anywhere else. Staff is generally very helpful as well.

Bought a fridge many issues. Even the online supervisor told me how impossible and hard to deal with the assistant manager is. Will see if the store manager Robyn Chrétien calls me tomorrow if not they will have to come get the fridge and give me my money back.

I order zero gravity chairs from Lowe's in April. The package tracking number still shows the chairs have not shipped. When I followed up, it took the company almost 10 days to respond and was told the product was shipped May 1,2021 but they would trace the shipment. That trace would take up to 21 days.

I had a similar experience with curbside delivery order in 2020 but thought I would give Lowe's a second chance. I won't be giving them a third. You would think a company that has had to downsize would put a little more effort into customer service to keep to their existing customer base.

I brought in a receipt to show the competitors price that we paid that same day and they refuse to honor their price match policy. It took over three employees and in a manager to deal with the issue and they still refused it at the end. They won't use receipts as proof they only wanted to do what's online which is not what we pay as a long time contractor. I do not recommend this place at all.

Would be a 5 star review, but when shopping today there was a person NOT wearing a mask. When asked the staff about it, was told they can't refuse entry if someone refuses to wear a mask. I disagree. The mandate is put in place for public safety and should be enforced

I work for Lowe's sister company, always enjoy my trips to Lowe's so easy to navigate, well organized and mostly polite staff. I wish my company would follow the same standards as Lowe's.
Since RONA all Canadian, and its parent company is 99% American. I would like our company to this for our stores or even better, promote higher standards then our parent company.

Just a thought for our parent company show us off don't sweep us under.

But our companies have a lot of different products to offer.

Renovating my basement Lowe's is close to my home. Managers are not very friendly but other staff is nice and knowledgeable.

The only issues I have with them is some of there products are priced higher than the competitors and they are difficult to deal with on there price matching they try everything to try not to Mach the product price that's lower even if you have all the proper information. That the experience I have had every time myself hopefully they treat others better.

Too many associates mingling together and not assisting customers walked by 10 people not one asked if I needed assistance and They seemed to be in deep conversation with other associates. I stood in line to pay and 3 times was asked to go through self checkout which I refused each time. If I have to search for my item and then bring it to the till and ring my own order to pay for it I expect to be Paid for the hour I am in your store. Worst experience at Lowes ever.

Ordered online and used curbside pickup. Website was easy to use. Searched out what I wanted and easily ordered and paid. Chose curbside pickup and chose a convenient time from the menu. Parked in the designated stall when I arrived, called the number posted on the parking sign and less than 5 minutes later my order was at the car. Totally positive experience.

Great experiences the last few times I've visited. They seem to be taking covid seriously, and the greeters are awesome. It's really nice to have someone right there to ask where different items are! The employees are always friendly and helpful.
