Wish they would hire staff with real customer service skills. So tired of being ignored or told something by staff to find out it just wasted my time. Over priced clothing for poor customer care. Swing over to Amazon for dupes and save $$$ and has a better return policy.

Excellent customer service and good quality clothing! Everyone employee engaged with us while we were there.

Not the best lulu… location is sketchy, parking is a pain and the store itself was a mess with very little selection in sizing or styles

If you want to look at more bags & stuff I suggest the website! There is a whole lot more of colors on there, and bags.

Absolutely amazing and a huge thank you to all of the staff! As I have been insecure about the amount of weight I put on in the last few months, the align leggings weren’t holding up as well as they once did. They exchanged them once with no questions and a month later I had the same issue. When I went in today, an employee helped me out and made me feel so comfortable. I thought that they might say I needed a size up and would have to purchase a whole new pair (which would have been understandable) but the employee told me that she had a similar issue with the align line and has been enjoying the new wonderboom. She exchanged my faulty pair of align leggings with the wonderboom with no issues and I really appreciated how helpful she was. I will always invest in lulu lemon attire because it always provides peace of mind. They never make me feel like it was fault of mine that the leggings weren’t holding up and truly stay true to the quality guarantee. Kind staff and great customer service makes the price so worth it. Keep up the amazing work thank you

Employees were very friendly and several offered assistance. Store is clean and well organized.

I was helped today by Rae. Wanted to try on mens joggers but new nothing about what style/colour. She got me every size and every colour as I needed and was very knowledgeable and helped me to find the best fit for me! Love what I went home with:)
