Pedicure was great, manicure was not. Nails left jagged, surface not smooth and some cuticles cut too close and bled

My shellac pedicure was lovely but my acrylic set was poorly done. They used gel hybrid and it is not a smooth finish and the polish used was not consistent all the way down the nails. The shapes were also very poorly done, I had to reshape them myself at home. When they were using the dremel to shape the nails, my fingers were nicked a few times and my real nails were dremeled down too thin

Nail techs were not able to do a basic coffin shape or design. My nails were crooked, thick, lines in the nail polish and the filing was not good. They even apologized that one of the nails was crooked. They did offer me a refund for the set that I paid for, I appreciated that.

Just visited today and had a great experience. They had plenty of appointments available today and I love how my nails turned out. I got a pedicure and it was very relaxing. The salon was very clean and had a calm environment. Will return!

I had never been here before, and usually get recommendations for nail places however once I walked inside this felt like a hidden gem. It was very clean and felt spa like. I got # 3 (can’t recall the name, but it targeted sore feet and legs). The employees were very friendly and welcoming. I thought the price was very reasonable. The leg and foot massage made me feel akin to having had a professional massage. I felt euphoric leaving there! The pedicure was done very well, and the assortment of polish was ample.

I went with my partner today to have my first ever pedicure, I was very nervous beforehand but it was such an easy and relaxing process, the ladies that did our pedicures were so sweet and did a fantastic job. It was really beautiful inside, it smelled wonderful and everything was very professional and clean. This was our first time trying Lush but it definitely won’t be our last. This will now be our go to place. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I had some awesome experiences! Very good customer service, clean store, great massage chair, variety of the choices for both pedicure and manicure.

It was my girlfriend second time visiting the spa with a three-year gab between. It started out great with the hostess at the door and then went rapidly down from there. The pedicurist was busy talking with the colleagues about a fight she had with one of the other girls so she didn't even greet. Nor did she have the courtesy of asking my girlfriend what shape she wanted. During the 35 minutes treatment she did not talk with my girlfriend, she was busy complaining about her job, the place and her colleagues. She even said "I don't care if this comes on TripAdvisor". The final result is below any other place on Key West. And for price of 55 dollars this was a nightmare - there will not be a third time.

I had a nail appointment with Yenie and I was so happy with how my nails turned out! She was very sweet and knowledgeable, especially since I’ve never had my nails done before. The atmosphere was relaxing and polished. I look forward to going back!

I had attended this spa and received terrible service and was not treated well at all! I am fortunate to try different places and never have I ever experienced service such as this! I highly recommend trying elsewhere and not wasting your money. There are so many great businesses out there who truly want your business and believe in customer retention. I can share that when I called in to ask questions (simple questions), the attendant actually did not answer my questions and answered with a reply that was not relevant! It was as if she was avoiding them and then hung the phone up so she did not have to answer them.

A great nail salon! I made a first visit with my mom and we had such a lovely luxurious time. I made a second visit before heading back to England and despite the loss of power and no working card machine, the lovely women gave me a FREE manicure. Highly recommend.

Bought a membership service (10 facial package) from them and they told me it doesn't expire. That was the reason I bought it in the first place.

I got to use only 2 facials. When I called to make appointment for the 3rd, they said that it was expired but booked it for me because the owner was out of town and they couldn't confirm.
They said they will talk to the owners, and now have confirmed that they cannot extend.

They mentioned that the owner changed and hence the policies. When I pointed out that their website has the photo of the person (owner) that I had bought the package from, they changed the story and said she is just an investor and there are multiple owners.

I wasted a lot of money on it and now I feel completely ripped off. I believe they should be reported to BBB because I noticed that I'm not the only customer being ripped off. They should not be able to run a business like this.

This was one of the best pedicures I have ever had. Lovely salon. So clean. You really feel like you are being pampered!

My friend and I went to Zen Spa for a mani and pedi Shellac and the place was beautiful, the ladies were nice. We left after our service, went out for dinner and just before bed, my one fingernail that was painted with shellac came right off. I was not happy as we were leaving for Mexico the next day for my wedding. I got married on Tuesday and by Monday all of my nails were off. They fell right off. This was extremely disappointing as this was not a cheap place to go. The day of my wedding, I had to go and get my nail re-done. I would not recommend getting an mani shellac service.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! DO NOT GO THERE!
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Spent $300 on 2 mother's day gift certificates for 45 minute hot stone massage and 50 minute hydrating facial. They only provided 30 minute massages, made my mother and mother in-law wait 1 hour for their facial, and then had the audacity to give them a 10 minute facial! The owner is so hard to get in touch with, and she was extremely rude. She said she can't give me a refund because the services were provided, but whatever they provided was NOT what I paid for. She told me to bring them back in for facials and she will give me 50% off! WHY WOULD I GIVE THEM MORE MONEY AFTER THEY STOLE $300 FROM ME? After reading all the reviews of innocent people who went through similar situations, I will be filing a complaint with the ministry! I don't even think some of the staff is qualified! Money hungry people with the WORST customer service! DO NOT be fooled by the pretty place, because they treat you like dirt!

I booked a pedicure without reading reviews, looking at the place or anything. Crazy I know. I wanted to be spontaneous and try something new.

I was NOT disappointed. My technician was incredible from the moment I got there, until the moment I walked out of the door.

The salon is immaculate and very gorgeous! So beautiful and relaxing. They even have a loyalty program, which I will definitely be taking advantage of.

I got a #2 pedicure for $45 (plus tax+tip). A VERY good price, a VERY good technician and a beautiful salon.

I cannot wait to go back!

Clean environment and great atmosphere! Coming here gives me time to unwind after a long day of work. Everyone’s professional and kind! My nail tech Yenie, talked about their future renovations so I’m definitely coming back. Definitely recommend coming here!
