I strongly Recommend Ryan to anyone looking into buying a house. He worked as both my Realtor and my mortgage broker and did a fantastic job with both. He was great at showing me the pros and cons of each house we visited, which as a first time home buyer was an invaluable help.after visiting several houses Ryan helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and what I should be looking for, which led to me finding the perfect house. Then Ryan switched into being My Mortgage broker where he made everything extremely easy for me. He went over and explained all the paperwork and scheduled all the meetings I needed with home inspectors and lawyers. At the end of it all he took an incredibly Daunting process and made considerably easier and smoother. I genuinely appreciated all his hard work and I couldn't possibly recommend someone more.
