Such a comfortable and spa like experience. Today I got the blanket and the warm neck pillow. Of course the dental care is off the charts whether in hygiene or the dental chair.

I highly recommend Maidstone Dental. The patient coordinator and a min staff are super friendly and welcoming, the hygienist is very gentle, and Dr. Ellis is professional and caring. The whole experience was very easy and they made sure to explain everything very well and through. If you've had bad dentist experiences in the past, and are looking for a better one, look no further. If you're in Lloydminster, or not local to Maidstone, I promise it's worth the drive.

Dr. Ellis is an amazing dentist. I definitely recommend her. She’s great at listening and helping you feel comfortable any time you’re in her chair or out of it! Her assistant is also great! They are very welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They always put the client first.

I've lived in many places and went to many different dental but this is the best place so far. Friendly staff, excellent care and overall a fun experience. You can even watch Netflix as you get your routine checkups. The finest dental I've been to so far.

Every person I had anything to do with yesterday was just the best! Imagine a whole clinic full of happy and passing along cheer ladies and that’s Maidstone Dental. I have a great fear of anything being done in my mouth and I avoid dentists, I’m not gonna lie. I hadn’t been to the dentist for over 10 years and I only went because of a severe toothache. Jackie was so kind to me and did all she could to lessen the pain of xrays. Cassidy, who measures gum and root stuff was so gentle also, and technology has come a long ways in 10 years so my fear of cleaning has lessened a lot! I havent had that done yet but I will! And Dr. Ellis was as super as I remembered!

Maidstone Dental continues to provide excellent service. All staff are very efficient, excellent at their jobs and go the extra mile to explain and make sure the patient understands all procedures.

Professional, very thorough, personable; that's how I describe Dr. Ellis and her team at Maidstone Dental. I have visited this office three times over the last several months. After an extensive complete check up, I received the very best informed treatment plan accompanied with the assurance that we would move forward with treatment in which ever way I felt comfortable whether that was completing all recommendations or just part of the list. The written estimate of procedures and fees provided on that initial meeting was very beneficial in making decisions on how to proceed.
Dr Ellis and each staff member that I have seen have gone to great lengths to not only answer all questions but to take the time to teach and offer tips in caring for your teeth at home.greatly appreciated!
When it came time for the actual work to begin, Dr Ellis was very diligent in informing me of exactly what she was doing and what to expect while at the same time making sure I was as pain free as possible. Again, greatly appreciated!

As an added touch, when I walked through the door the other day, I was greeted by my name and welcomed in! Going to the dentist is hard enough as it is, but being treated in such a respectful, caring manner makes the experience a whole lot easier!

This place is a hidden gem. It's more of a spa experience than going to a dentist. Extremely thorough, excellent chairside manner. Extremely professional and friendly people. Advanced technology meets advanced care.

My oldest was so nervous for her appointment, but as always they go over and above to calm her fears and help her have a good experience!

Dr. Ellis is thorough and knowledgeable. She spotted some issues previous dentists had not brought to my attention and offered reasonable approaches to tackling them. The rest of the staff are also very competent, good at communicating and considerate. Highly recommended.

From the first day I set foot into this building I have been impressed with the service I received. I had neglected my teeth for the last 25 years, gargling with mouth wash and salt. This practice was able to save all of my teeth, so that I am back chewing and digesting my food properly. That makes this a five star practice.

Well it was a posative experience! The dentist was very knowlegable and explained things fully and clearly!
The assistant was also very educated and easy to talk to with full answeres and explanations! The whole atmosphere was very warm and friendly! I would definatly refer others with confidence!

Wow! I can honestly say that I have never been treated better at the dentist! Being a very anxious dental patient, I usually get really stressed about all dental work and cleanings, but not today. Dr. Ellis and her staff did a phenomenal job of walking me through everything and making sure I was comfortable and not stressed. The assessment was so thorough and I learned a few new things that should be common instructional knowledge from all dentists. I can't say enough about the positive experience (even with learning about all the future work I need done). Thank you Maidstone Dental!

Last tooth - thank you soo much for your expertise and care for me to get my mouth healthy! I can’t believe the change in pain, sensitivity, and how clean and fresh my mouth is! I highly recommend the Maidstone Dental Team and the water pick! This is year 1 of the last quarter century of my life and I am “pumped” that I can start it with a healthy mouth and being so comfortable to smile big now! THANKS DR. I was a bit anxious about my bridge prep appointment today and specifically the freezing in the front of my face.but Dr. Erin was amazing - I didn’t feel a thing! I couldn’t believe it! During a bit of a challenge with a very bad tooth, I basically experienced no pain and no anxiety as Dr. Erin and her dental team Were awesome and constantly considerate of how I was doing. Their expertise, care and compassion are the BEST! THANK YOU VERY MUCH Maidstone Dental Team!

Got my teeth cleaned today. Thanks to the great care I have been receiving, my bone loss is repairing itself. The hygienist was friendly and very professional and took time to review my progress with me. The entire staff are so friendly and warm. Highly recommend.

My experience at Maidstone Dental was excellent. I have received dental care from many different offices in my travels over the last thirty years. MD is the first office that has ever shown this much concern and care for the wellbeing of my teeth. I am confident in their team providing the best care for my oral health for years to come.

Today myself and two children aged 7 and 4 went to Maidstone Dental. From the minute we walked in the door we were met with kindness and professionalism. We moved from a larger centre and I have never EVER seen or heard of a dental experience like they provide. Warm wheat bags, a blanket well you get X-rays and cleanings completed. Complimentary water, juice and apparel. My two children were treated with patience and kindness, colouring pages, a movie, toys to keep them busy. I can’t say enough good things. Worth the drive. 10/10

Excellent as always! The staff is always so friendly, helpful, efficient, and always strive to make you as comfortable as possible. I've visited them twice this month, first for a filling, then later for a bite adjustment. I don't keep freezing easily and had a traumatizing experience in the past because of it. Dr. Ellis and my hygienist made my recent experience very relaxed, and the freezing was the quickest and easiest I've ever had.
When I returned for my bite adjustment I had my kids along with me. I can't rave enough about how great the staff were with my kids! They have never been to a dental office before, and after the experience they had I'm sure they won't mind going back and having their own turn in the patient chair.:)

The perfect combination of professionalism with a very casual feel. Dr. Ellis and her team truly have something special. You don't feel like you're at the dentist, you're hanging out with friends whom just happen to be dental professionals and while you're there you might as well get your teeth taken care of. You walk in everyone knows your name, "can I get you a water or a blanket? " The above and beyond that goes in to explaining what's wrong and the different solution options is incredible. I cannot recommend them more over any other dentist I have experienced, I truly believe they care more about my general health and well-being more than i do. (not just my teeth that they are working on everything)
