My furnace was having issues when it was -40. They came within an hour and had it fixed fast

Need led our furnace fixed, they were the only ones who had people available to come. Service tech was super friendly and got the furnace working.

We needed a furnace installed. Went in. They took my name, address & phone #. They NEVER came or bothered calling back. We are still waiting. That was 3 yrs ago!

They made the repairs required. Tech was great. Did a few extra things I needed done. It would have been a five star review but no one returned my phone call during Easter long weekend even though they claim to have 24 hour call out service (extra charge) which I would have been to pay for. I was left out in the cold no pun intended.
