A great dealership to deal with! Everyone was amazing but especially Tracy who was awesome to deal with. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and got me into my dream vehicle with payments that fit my budget! I highly recommend dealing with this dealership and Tracy!

If there was a 0 star id select that. In 2020 I bought a Subaru STI from this dealership which ended up failing mechanically within 3 months of owning the car. After several attempts of reaching out i was called a lair and met with nothing but excuses and the staff trying to sweep my situation under the rug. I lost several thousand dollars and will never even consider shopping this lot again.

Horrible dealership.no phone number.jus text. Employees constantly get hurt broken arms this and that and nobody responds back to them. They never respond back to a customer unless they know the customer can actually fall through with the sale

After the experience I had at Mainline Chrysler, I can say that I'll never go back. Might as well flush your money down the toilet instead of giving it to Mainline Chrysler. Same end result.

The experience was ok ok.
I tow my truck as it was down all of sudden & they say there was no fuel. As there was indication of fuel gadge.
I was aware my guadge is not working & I use to measures my kilometers. As my knowledge it must have at least 50 lt of diesel.
But lucky they pore some diesel & truck started, but they didn't check what could be rout cause of shutdown of engine.
Then after when I brought back to my mechanic he found the fault & fixed it.
I would suggest mainline to inspect little bit more thoroughly.

I found the staff at mainline chrysler rosetown to be very knowledgeable and helpful with everything that I put in front of them. Kelley went over and above to answer all questions and covered all options both online and over the phone to assure me that I was in the right place when looking for a new vehicle. I will definitely be shopping for all future vehicles at mainline chrysler Rosetown.

Mainline Chrysler was a great car buying experience. James was really easy to talk to. Within a week they were able to get me into a 2019 AWD Nissan Rogue SV, at a great interest rate and affordable payments. They delivered my car, helped me cover the cost of insurance for a year, and treated me well. I'm really enjoying the Rogue, especially the AWD, with the snowy conditions we've been having. I'm really pleased with how everything went and how easy it was. I really appreciate the effort they put into getting me the best car at the best rate at a price I could afford. Thank you to James and the others I dealt with for making it an enjoyable experience. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good, reliable vehicle from a dealership that you can trust.

Just picked up new 21 Gladiator eco diesel, service was a nightmare with constant issues with Def fluid, I tried to be patient with going through jeep
But really let me down at dealership level as there only solution to get me out of the obvious lemon was to trade it in at a unacceptable lose.be cautious

We were looking for the right truck for quite a long time and ended up buying when the market was fairly high in the late summer of 2021. Wes was really helpful and knowledgeable and worked really hard to get us a good deal despite the inventory shortages from the market in Canada. During the purchase process we identified an issue to the truck that hadn't been noticed. Wes brought this to the attention of his manager and they immediately offered to fix the issue, no questions asked. (And it wasn't used as a negotiation tactic later which is quite honourable in my opinion.) We were happy with the price, the financing options they offered and the extra options that Justin offered. We purchased the truck and drove away happy customers. Thanks to the team at Rosetown Mainline Chrysler. We love our "new to us" new truck.

As an out of province customer, I wasn't sure what to expect when buying a car sight unseen. Wes and Connor made it a pleasant experience. Both were very personable and easy to work with over the phone and via email. Wes was accommodating with information and pictures to make me feel like I was there looking at the car. Connor was thorough with his explanations of how all the paperwork would be transferred and processed. A huge thumbs up for the team at Mainline.

Probably the worst experience I have had in any dealership ever! Communication was abysmal, the attitude of some of the staff was disgraceful and they were less than honest about what was happening with my truck! Had it not been for "warranty" work on my truck, which i had brought only 2 weeks prior from Mainline i would have walked.
Not that Mainline will care, but we will never take our business there again! I would sooner poke my eyes with hot pins than grace the doors of this place again! To add to this the dealership agreed at the very beginning of this 2.5 month truck repair to refund me $250 which I had paid to them when my truck went in. This was on the condition that if any damage was found to the internal engine of my truck when they tore it apart they would refund me back the $250!
Damage was found in the pistons and after 2 months a cheque mailed out to me!
In the meantime I left a fair and honest review of my experiences with Mainline but to my surprise I woke up to an email from the VP advising that they had seen my review and the cheque they mailed out has now been cancelled and would be unable to be cashed! An absolutely dirty move by mainline who think they can mulnipulate and bully there way in and out of situations!
When I emailed mainline i was told I had fabricated the whole story, and as far as they were concerned their staff had handled the whole process perfectly and i was the problem! This is just a snippet into my dealings with Rosetown Mainline! Headache from start to finish. If they need my $250 that bad they can keep it! I just hope they put it to good use and perhaps send some of their team members on a customer relations course becasue they definitely need it!

I haven't been an actual customer of a dealership in a long time. I was employed at one for many years. Ashley in service was amazing! I was a first time customer at Mainline and she treated me like I was her best customer. I am totally impressed with my first experience here! I will be back!

Overall it was an ok sale. I got a decent price on my trade, the vehicle we purchased fits our needs well. The bad is that we hadn’t even left the community after lunch and a concern was already present. The power sliding door was making noise and still is. I contacted my sales person and was told that they will get back to me and I’m still waiting. There are other disappointing parts to the deal but I’m happy with my purchase I’d just like my concerns addressed.

I live in Ontario and purchase my vehicle online. Dealing with the salesman I was able to negotiate a price where we were both happy. I traded in my vehicle and must say the service was exceptional from the front desk right through to the sales. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was greeted and instantly became part of the family. The sales people went on and beyond to accommodate me and make my purchase run smoothly. Derek Jesse and Mike I hope your boss reads this and says it might be time for a raise as you deserve it thank you very much and I definitely will consider you in my future purchases.

Aimee was incredibly. Found a truck I liked on line. I texted the dealership to hold the tuck for me until I came to test drive it.
The truck was what I was looking for.
I was waiting for Aimee to start adding on all the extras - She did not try to sell me more then what I wanted. That’s what I call service.
Justin was a pleasure to deal with the financing end.

Wes was our salesman at Mainline. The staff and service was amazing, we called at 3pm and they stayed till 8: 30pm to make sure we could buy our jeep that day. Everyone was very helpful and made buying a vehicle easy and enjoyable.

My experience at Mainline Chrysler was exceptional! The entire team went above and beyond to help me get into a new truck. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly and professional. I would recommend Mainline to anyone that is searching for a new vehicle. We travelled 3 hours to see them and it was totally worth it.

Very disappointed and upset with my last experience with the service manager. I bought a brand new Jeep and as part of the sale I had a hitch installed (or so I thought). A year and a half later I went to use the hitch only to find out that the service team missed a very basic step-registering the hitch with my Jeep, therefore the electrical part of my hitch didn't work. I was not in Rosetown and was unable to drive to Rosetown because I was in the middle of moving to BC. I brought my Jeep to a Chrysler dealership and had to spend $285 to have the problem diagnosed and fixed. Mainline Chrysler would not take any responsibility for the mistake when they incorrectly installed my hitch. They did not register the hitch with my vehicle at all so warranty wouldn't cover anything. Glad I never ever have to deal with them again. Can't be trusted and won't take responsibility for a mistake. Please be careful.
