Just bought a new Mazda CX-3 from Simmab and the customer service was fantastic. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommend if you’re going to buy a car from Mazda Mainway, ask for Simma and you will have a great experience.

Also the finance manager Rob Friesen was fantastic. He worked extra hard to get our financing approved and even stayed past closing time to ensure we were able to leave with our new car that day. Amazing customer service.

Friendly staff (thanks Travis and Gary!) and great service! They are honest about their services and will make sure that they walk you through what needs to be done on your vehicle so you understand. Never once pressured me into fixing something that isn't major, very important for someone like me who knows nothing about vehicles lol. They also offer free shuttle service (the drivers were also very friendly) which is a huge plus! Highly recommend this place!:)

I've been here 2 times.
First - it was just OK. Common issues. Nothing personal.
Second - Do you guys think that it's fine to ask for used car more then for a brand new just because you want so? Are you really official dillers? Do you really wanna stay diller with your approach? Even toyota was more fair then you.
And meneger sad me "come up, if you wanna buy real car instead of this". Even if you think so - that's not a reason, say so to customers.
After my first visit I bought a brand new car of another manufacturer just because of better availability.
After my second visit I will never buy a car from this dillership even if they will be full of them.

Very great company to deal with had an issue regarding the platinum fee but was dealt with very promptly and reimbursed. Brad and jarret are great! Love the vehicle, love the service! If you have issues they will deal with to ensure you leave happy. Highly recommend.

I purchased CX-50 by the help of Mark. He was a professional and a thorough salesman. He ensured to provide detailed information and was patient with answering questions and to ensure that as a customer I get a good deal for what I need in a vehicle. I also dealt with Rob from finances who provided just as a great service and was helpful in providing the breakdown of payments.

I have nothing but great experiences at Mainway Mazda. Brad Lambe is intuitive and will not let you buy a car that is not right for you. Buying a car is stressful, it's a big investment and big part of your day to day life. Brad definitely put me at ease and made the buying process much easier.

I had a phenomenal experience working with Clayton. I had no idea what to be looking for, or what I could afford. All I knew is I wanted an SUV, and Clayton walked me through the process and explained all of my options. He really helped me narrow down my options and put my anxiety at ease.

My wife and I, just bought a CX-9, and she just find the reviews. If you look below for Michelle's review. She mentions about being forced by the Finance Manager that they had to pay the $899 Platinum Advantage Plan. I cannot express now how disgusted I am after reviewing the review and the response. When we were taken into the finance office, we agreed to have the Pro Pack added to our vehicle but advised the Finance Manager Rob, that we have decided that we do need the Platinum Advantage Plan, Rob advised us that it goes on every car and that it is Mandatory. I asked to see the agreement/contract for the Platinum Advantage Plan and Rob told me that there was not one and that you have to get it. I asked why it was under the Options and Fees if it was was mandatory and again Rob told us that it was a Mandatory Fee that goes on all of there vehicles, I read lots of reviews and educated myself on buying a car that this should have been optional but he kept on telling me it was Mandatory and there was no contact or agreement. Now we have seen the review below and the response, that it was indeed optional and feel like we were swindled. Yes, it is only $899 but it something that we did not need and is an additional $1000 dollars spent on something that we were forced to take and obviously lied to about. I was going to write a great review as we love our new car, and our experience with Dicky the sales manager was pleasant. Now I will be looking to take legal action, as this practice of forcing customer to pay for things that are optional is not a ethical practice and is in fact illegal. There are been numerous lawsuits against car dealerships that are doing this in North America and have been claims awarded to consumers that have been wronged with your dealership. If you are reading this and this has happen to you, I strongly encourage you to write your review so we can file legal claim.

UPDATE December 2,2022

As you seen at the bottom, immediately after I posted by review Jarred (Sales Manager) reached out to us. He apologized for what had taken place, and advised us that we were correct that we did not have to have to take the Platinum Plan. He was transparent in that they were obviously trying to maximize their profit but in the end they cannot force anyone to take something they want. With that being said if you are buying a car, the dealership does also have the right to refuse the sale at this point as well. With the low inventory and delayed/back order on vehicles this is becoming a common practice with some dealerships which I personally believe is unethical. Jarred was very friendly and followed up with my multiple times as I was into my busy season at work. He did make right and refunded the amount for the Platinum Plan.

Take the time to learn your rights as a buyer, but also understand the dealership rights. There is a ton of great video's that I reviewed to help us make our purchase. There is a big difference between the sales person selling you the car, and the finance manager.

I went in there looking for a vehicle and they helped me find exactly what I wanted and what fit into my budget. Their auto shop helped fix an issue that had come up very quickly as well.

We have a 2021 CX9 the Red Signature model. We absolutely loved our car until January of 2022. Our car was involved in an accident. It was parked outside at my husband's workplace and when he got back our car was damaged on the rear passenger side. We reported the damage to SGI and ever since have been waiting to get the parts. Its Aug 28,2022 and we've made several calls and emails to Mazda and Mid-west collision center for repairs where our file is and haven't received any response yet. We've been driving a $60K car with our side door completely ruined with no ETA whatsoever for repairs.

When we bought the car we were informed that the parts are easily available as its the most recent model and the manufacturer still will continue to make that model for years. What's the point buying an expensive car when the company is not able to provide parts to replace. Its been so frustrating calling Mazda and Mid-west for so many months.

If you are thinking of buying Mazda please don't because the parts aren't available if you get in a collision. Extremely disappointed.

I was told by car sales rep. Repeatedly that there was an OPTIONAL insurance plan of $900 he was very clear that it was optional. When I went to put my down payment I was then told by the finance guy it was actually a mandatory administration fee and had to pay it. Only after several minutes of saying I felt scammed and swindled did the charge get removed. Very unhappy with extremely dishonest service by the staff. If this is what dealing with Mazda is going to be like going forward, I am very worried.

Update: I called Jarrett as was requested by his response to my comment. I was told by him that the fee was in fact optional. So why did the finance guy try to FORCE me to pay it? I have not received clear answer to this. Also after I posted this comment a "customer", Brad Lambe posted a comment saying Mazda has great service. Brad Lambe was my sales rep! These guys are trying to burry my comment. I put my down payment on this only a few hours ago and I am so upset I could cry.

I understand the cost of everything has gone up but an oil change here is now pretty expensive.the upsell on pretty much everything from filters, windshield wipers is unnecessary. I will be looking for a new shop for my mechanical needs.

This is the absolute BEST place to deal with in every sense. Their service department is top notch! They are attentive, they know their stuff, and they are incredibly accommodating. And their sales staff are also amazing. They are honest, straightforward, and really go above and beyond. Truly a pleasure to buy a car from. All around, 6 out of 5 stars. Excellent work everyone!

Last week, I went to Mainway Mazda to fix my CX9 A/C with the driver's side not working, and have the transmission oil change, from 10 am to 14h30, At the end, they said that one of the door in A/C not closing, they charged me 209 for the oil change, 209 for checking the A/C (but not fixed), and 31 for shop supplies.total is 499.97.and if I wanted to fix the A/C, they will order 1 new one from Toronto, total cost is 3,400. I found a guy in Kijiji, and he got my A/C fix in 30 minutes, the cost is only 70!
Goodbye Mainway Mazda, not see you again! My SUV is 955 KPT.
