Amazing pho, fresh rolls are awesome and the peanut sauce they use is so good! Come early durning lunchtime or after 1 pm, place is packed! I can taste why

Have ordered many times now. Rolls are good, noodle bowls great. The chicken is tender, cooked to perfection and fresh tasting. My toddler son absolutely destroyed his fried rice and has eaten everything from here that we have given him.
Extra sauces have been missed in two orders but were rectified.

Ordered delivery, worst Chinese I've ever ordered! Chow mein was a clump of noodles, very few vegetables, all of the dishes were poor, on flavor, I never write reviews but this one needed it.steer clear of this place waste of $90.please consider closing your doors so no one gets duped like me

The restaurant is very clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly.

The downside is that it is small portions for the price you pay. One of the pricier Vietnamese restaurants in town.

The noodle bowls are great! The soups do not have much flavor though.

Overall I would say that if you are close by and need some Vietnamese it will do. But if you have the ability to drive across town you are better off eating at Mi Hongs/Thien/ Sakura Garden /Ngon Ngon or Fuh Station.

I really enjoyed the fried dumplings they're sweet but savory. Worth a drive for just a really solid menu with reasonable price. Service was really great too, they all should be commended.

It was our first time here and we are looking forward to going back. The food was so good, portions were large, service was wonderful, prices were fair and the place was clean and inviting.

We went in thinking to grab a quick bite on a weekday at 1: 20, not during the busy lunch hour, there were only two other tables of people eating. I told the lady that we are in a rush and she said she would try. Ordered two most common noodles you can expect from a Vietnamese restaurant, waited for 20 minutes, nothing was served. Went to the lady, telling her we need to run. Of course the food is ready now that we need to leave. We asked just leave the food in the kitchen, we can pay for it now, and come back in 20 minutes. I don’t see any loss from their perspective, but the waitresses were so reluctant like it’s the biggest favour to ask. Waited for one of them checking back with the kitchen and finally agreed we can do that. We paid for the food and even tipped ahead. When we came back in 20 minutes, the waitress completely ignored us except for bringing the food to us in the beginning. Meanwhile she was constantly checking in with the tables before and after ours, and treated us like air. No check-ins, no refill of water, not even acknowledgement when we left the place. Horrible experience, will never come back.

The menu provides many delicious options from which to choose. Something for everyone at moderate prices. The food is fresh and delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Mai's Kitchen!

Wonderful place to get Asian cuisine. Delicious food, great service, and if you don’t mind spending a little more than usual for take out or dining you get some really quality food.

Food was very good and service was great! I went before the lunch rush and they had a whole bunch of deliveries going out the door. I took that as a good sign! I had the fire grilled pork chop on rice with a fried egg. It tasted very fresh and the portion was big! I didn’t even close to finish it. Spring Rolls were crispy and delicious. I went alone so I appreciate they let you order a half portion. Prices were reasonable and the menu is huge! I want to try a noodle bowl next time. Also they have condiment caddies on the table with sriracha, chili oil, soya and a couple others, I like that!

Great ambience, clean, friendly staff and fast service.
I had a vermicelli, spring rolls were fantastic, the grill beef was cooked nicely. I would prefer more veggies, to which the waitress told me they can accommodate.:)

Ordered on skip. Entire meal was leaking out the bottom of the bag. You didn’t follow the instructions for what we ordered. We are very disappointed. Sure we can find a better delivery meal somewhere else

Doesn't follow allergy instructions on online orders, doesn't answer their phone during their listed business hours when you try to call to confirm whether or not an allergen is in a dish.

One of the most amazing places in the city. Family owned, local, great service and amazing food (even if delivered).

I love their pho as well as their noodle bowls.

We had Vietnamese spring rolls, a bowl of steam rice. I had the spicy Bun Bo Hue spicy noodle soup with beef shank & Vietnamese ham. I asked for super spicy, the broth goes down so great when you slurp it. The other half had won ton soup. These are great soups for the chilly afternoon in the city.

Best fast quality food had in awhile in a nice atmosphere with very mannerly service & real decent prices.

Pho and Bun Bo Hue were overallly good. I could still enjoy them, but they are way too different from authentic Vietnamese ones.
Pho needs medium rice noodles, different types of beef and broth. My Bun Bo Hue were basically a different dish, not even close to the authentic.

Shanghai noodles are great so is the cashew chicken. So far everything I ha 've ordered has been very good

Portion sizes are too small. Noodles are soggy and flavorless, chicken balls were soggy and all the vegetable dishes tasted the same. I dont understand all the positive reviews - highest price for chinese food we have paid in the city and it was the worst.

First time in Mai's Kitchen and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The Pho is to die for. IT WAS FIRE! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave It’s a great overall experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is really good, some Vietnamese classics such as the Bun Bo Hue and the Com Tam are AMAZING (a must try). Also for their prices it’s 100% worth it. Do yourself a favour and visit this lovely restaurant in ASAP. Highly recommend!

As a frequent visitor to this restaurant, I can definitely vouch for it being top notch in terms of delicious, authentic, tasty, Vietnamese, cuisine. I have tried numerous dishes and have enjoyed them all. I have taken many friends to dine there and they found it equally satisfying in terms of the food, quality, and service. Having spent time living in Viet Nam, I often go to Mai’s to suffice my appetite for good Vietnamese food. Whether I eat in or take out, I have always been served in an expedient, friendly, respectful, manner. It is a clean, well kept restaurant, run by a very hard-working staff who welcome clients from all over the world. By far, it is my favourite Vietnamese restaurant when I get a craving for some of my favourite Vietnamese dishes. Thanks to Quang and his parents for running an excellent establishment!

THE FOOD! Fresh, fresh, fresh. You taste the wok cook flavour, not oil. Veg was cooked perfectly. Noodles were fantastic. If I lives in Saskatoon, this would be a regular go to!

Mai's special pho is quite excellent. The soup was flavorful and fragrant without being too salty. There was a good beefy flavor and there was a variety of high quality meat in the soup. I also like that you have an option for a large size over the regular.
In the past, I thought the bun bo hue and vietnamese sub sandwich could use some improvement. However I'm quite confident they've made many improvements since then to bring those items to the level of Mai's special pho.

It's one of my favorite restaurants, the food is quick & fresh! The service is friendly, prompt & great. I think I'm addicted to #57

Incredible Vietnamese restaurant. Truly a hidden gem. Prices are very, very reasonable. My wife and I both had pho and it compared to the top pho in downtown Chicago at cheaper prices. Restaurant is extremely clean and Covid-19 precautions abound. Flavors are deep and intense and spice is just right. 10/10!

The food at this restaurant is Simply Fabulous! Everything is so fresh and so incredibly flavorful! Our server was just the sweetest girl and the service was very good. We were in for lunch and we were in and out in 45 minutes which was perfect.
