Needed an oil change today, Mann Motors took in my vehicle on same day as requested! Service was excellent, they informed me of needing tires in near future with a list of tires and prices for me me to look through morr thoroughly.

Got my car fixed and something was no put on right which resulted in oil leaking from my vehicle. Paid about $600 just to have my vehicle needing more repairs.

Not happy with the service desk or mechanics. They said part wasn't available, would need a jobber. Went to Napa, Bumper to Bumper, they had multiple direct fits in stock. No jerry-rigging needed.

Oil changes are fine
But when I was try to order a key for my car or getting it fix they told me it was not fixable and I went to a lock Smith in PA here and got my car key fix for only 15.00

Best service. Was booked in for an oil change and a before Warranty ends inspection. They did a visual and also incorporated in the low Kms to determine I did not require an inspection. Saved me $139.00! Thx so much Jeff for your awesome service also forgot to mention something else. When I went to find my truck in the parking lot it was backed in. The parking lot is abit tight so I really appreciate that you do this for your clients. Make this a policy please! Also your shuttle driver is super great. She is always so friendly and will bend over backwards to get you where you need to be. Thank you Mann Motors. Your service is second to none!

Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this dealership, they never want to help me out with a trade although I’ve had my vehicle for 2 years and they promised to get me into a truck after a year, I’ve kept up with my payments never missed, now they can’t help me, so I don’t think I’ll be going there again

Shuttle driver won’t drive more than 10 kilometers even though there is no closer GM dealership to Birch Hills which is 30 kilometers away.

Absolute garbage service. I pre-booked an oil change a week in advance (online) and when I got there to drop it off they said, “Oh sorry, we don’t do that anymore”. Yet, their online booking system was still 100% up and running and had no indication that customers weren’t supposed to use it. The lady on the phone didn’t seem to understand that if they don’t do online bookings, they shouldn’t offer it on their website. She was not sorry at all, and rude.
Then, when I asked to rebook, it was a two week wait, for an OIL CHANGE. I phoned Minute Muffler and got in the very same day. Awful, awful service department! Avoid!

Booked an appointment ahead of time for warranty on my work truck. The following day after check in, my truck had still not even been looked at. Not impressed.

Sorry I didn't get to test drive vehicle I wanted they said basically I wasn't eligible to test drive even though the mother work there shipping and receiving and there is too much attached to me for me to have done anything but not. They felt that there was a reason so wasn't able to drive it's all good though thanks mann Jason.

I purchased a truck from Mann-Northway and the salesman was Brett Kennedy. First of all I am not from PA and dealing with them was an overall great experience. They sent videos, inspection sheets, and provided any details I asked for. However, what happened after the sale was what impressed me the most. There was something that was missed on the inspection and since I purchased an as-traded vehicle it was my responsibility to get some things repaired. The items missed on the inspection were an additional cost above what I was expecting. Brett at this point had to hand it off to his manager Matt and they completely took care of it. I would recommend these guys to anyone and any vehicle I purchase in the future I will be making the drive to see these guys again. Thank you Brett and Matt.

Mainly visited the service department and body shop. The guys in service have always been great to deal with. Even when I’m ordering a part for an older vehicle this has never been a hassle. Tim and Brian in Service have been great to deal with and the service has always been punctual and professional. Mostly my vehicles are not GM or Chevy but this has never been an issue, they service any vehicle. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking for friendly, fast and reliable service. In my opinion the best dealership in the Prince Albert area.

Service department and dealership is terrible. I had a new 2018 Chevy Cruze and there was warranty on it too. I bought it new in May of 2018 and in winter of the same year my driver door kept coming out of aline. Worked on it for 6months and they still couldn't fix my car and did absolutely nothing for me to rectify it. I should have kept going and pushed but I was so tapped out I had to find another dealership to help me out. Thank-you KIA!

I am not the only one that has had a very unimpressed interactions with the PA dealership. I am posing my story now cause I know of someone who has had a similar experience and people need to know.
Advise for everyone is to stay away from mann-northway in Prince Albert.

Bought a 2020 Hyundai Elantra and they delivered it to Regina which I thought was good service. But after driving the car I noticed the brakes were grabbing off and on like a warped rotor. Mann Motors told me to take it to a shop and get them fixed. They paid for the parts and labour. Sometimes things like this can happen but when they made good and fixed the problem, I thought that was excellent service to stand behind what they sell. I would definitely recommend them. Ron in sales is excellent too. He looked after everything, I didn't have to talk to anyone else to get the matter resolved.

I had a very good experience at Mann Northway, all staff were very nice and all my questions answered. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new ride. Al Macht is the very best!

Parts counter was great and helpful! The courtesy shuttle even drove me back to my vehicle
However im still waiting to hear back from Eric the advisor on a quote to have some work done. 15 minutes turned into 5 days. Seemed helpful on the phone at first then never called me back with pricing or to line up a date to have the work done. I must of not been worth the money? Anyways service side is garbage. Parts side is 5 stars.

Very happy to work with Jerry, a great salesman and a gentleman. Got myself a good deal on a preowned van. If you have a budget, just share and they will do their best to help. Definitely recommend.

We were having vehicle trouble as we were driving through Prince Albert on our way for a family trip and stopped at Mann Northway Chevrolet. They helped us immediately, diagnosed the problem, and helped us get a discount on a rental car to get us on our way.
With 2 small children and a car full of luggage, we are so appreciative!

In for the express oil change. So far been here 83 minutes. When asked how long it would take (after 70 minutes) all they said was "first come first serve". Not sure I can interpret this as an apology. Thanks for the coffee and cookie though.

Ron and his staff are great. Ed helped us in purchasing our new Buick. The process was pleasant and we didn't feel rushed. Financing with Rob was quick and easy. The service department is always friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Mann-Northaway based on our experience.

Bought a truck from Dawson and he did a great job. Dawson was friendly, knowledgeable, and looked after me from start to finish. Yelena was great in the finance office and walked me through everything very clearly, and was able to answer all of my questions with confidence. The only negative I have is that when meeting the Sales Manager Jake, he was slouched in a chair and shook my hand sitting down, instead of standing up and shaking my hand professionally. It's a small thing, but it still matters. Overall 5/5, I would absolutely by from Dawson and Mann again.

Update: My used truck needed a couple of small maintenance items replaced due to normal wear. Dawson and his team were able to coordinate with me and booked me an appointment at my local dealer to have my maintenance completed. They handled everything from start to finish, and went above and beyond for me. I am really impressed with the after-sales support that I received from Dawson and the sales management team at Mann Northway.

I bought a car there years ago. Service department couldn’t fix anything. My son in law bought s brand new truck there nothing but problems they say they fix them. Drive away stranded again. Worth the drive to buy and service somewhere else.

A little more expensive by the hour but if you want it done right the first time this is the place to go.

We had our vehicle serviced yesterday along with a tire rotation. The servicing was done promptly and the staff were very courteous.
