Worse experience ever out of the 3 workers didn't equal one brain hire more experience staff.

Never anything that's in the actual flyer. Thanks for the 1 and 1/2 hr drive ONE WAY to find out you don't have any flyer stuff in stock.

Was looking for rubber boots they had a pair asked if they would hold them for me and they said they would till the end of day. Pick them up staff was friendly.

Good stuff, but I am having bad luck to get that stuff. Usually, it is out of stock. Friendly staff!

Might have made some purchases there but it seemed there was only one person working in the entire store. Customer service apparently not a priority. Please post if you had a different experience, I would love to hear this was an anomaly, not the norm.

Has a bunch of everything. Somewhat more pricey but you can find deals and sales. Items are all great quality.

Clothes I got were decent but there are sale signs on clothing racks saying 40% off and the sales person at till would not honor the price just cause it wasn't coming up on scan. I even showed the rack and sign and they just dismissed me saying the sale only applied to the 2 ugly sweaters on the end of a full rack of 60 sweaters

I was in a tight spot and a friend used the online store to purchase a pair of boots that was listed as in stock since he was still at work and couldn't do it in person. I drove over to collect them but when I called they mentioned that I was to wait till I got the confirmation order that the order can be picked up.confused I walked in since I was already there and found the specific style, color and size boot that was ordered. When asked I was informed that I had to wait for the pair that was being processed online. I give my rating a two cause I'm sure the employees are only working within their given protocols and were as helpful as they could be but I needed these boots asap as I had work this day. Was able to use a competitor that offered same day pick up and now my friend has to wait until the boots he ordered for me make it to the store before he can be refunded. I used to always use Marks for my work needs but this left a sour taste in my mouth.

Had summer items on sale. Was pleased to find Jean capris and shorts and decent prices. Sad there wasn't much for summer tops left though.

Went in buy work jeans and couple new shirts lady asked if I needed help I said looking around I am fine then she follows me around the store made me feel uncomfortable thought I was going to steal but like most workers in a trade we need work clothes to wear from my understanding this is a place to buy work clothes correct? Not a place for working people to be harassed by staff. All this considered I did buy couple shirts since this is what I was in to purchase. But definitely will be never going back and will tell others my horrible experience. Only can give one star rating but would rather give a 0 star rating

Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They think they are air traffic controllers or something that has meaning. Hate the staff, Walmart will just end up eating the products and the building will shut down… at least the prices will be reasonable and the staff will be friendly when that happens!

I stopped by on wednesday around 11: 00 looking for some ear muffs i saw on the website. Waited in line about 10 minutes since there was only 1 person working in the store (cashier). In the end they didnt even have ear muffs and i went home empty handed.

Great service and quality merchandise at a fair price. I am always satisfied with my purchases.

Staff is very helpful and ready to assist. I need to return the item and buy other two as need to use some promo code. I did that and online system takes some time to pull order but they had one person to keep checking and eventually got it. The very helpful lady said the order came through and while browsing things around she came to me and gave my order. Very professional and great customer service. I am very happy. Thank you very much.

I was there to pick up a package, I live 45 minutes out of the city. The cashier was very anxious and said that my package wasn't there because it wasn't in the pick up book. On my way home I was notified my package was there for pickup but I was so tired from working a night shift I didn't go back. I wished she had just entered my order number in the computer to check. She wasn't very polite. Her tone was not good. If you don't want to work with people and have a smile on your face then go work in an area that doesn't require you to be face to face with people.

Seem staff need more training about products and sale items because when I asked them certain product even manager was not sure If it was on sale

Great selection, you need to re-introduce yourself to Mark's if you haven't been in awhile. I was pleasantly surprised.

Super! A large variety of good clothes and shoes for men and women including industrious. There is a plenty of different useful things like thermomugs, thermoses, wallets, coolbags and so on.

Staff were very accommodating. Went above and beyond in locating an article of clothing I had them set aside for pickup and was mislaid. Very friendly. Very pleasant for manners when I called. Transfer didn't take long and the other person picked up within a few seconds. Highly recommend a visit to their store.

Got my work boots here. They're comfortable. I couldn't find one sales person that would help me.

Friendly shop attendants and fair pricing if you like to shop the brand. Parking space available as it's in the same location with Walmart and Dollarama. Huge plus because you can do groceries and clothings at the same time.

Lots of selection as long as you are not a large man like me. I now go to Mr big and tall as I can get every thing there for about same price.

Had trouble with my new Dakota coat. Most I ever paid a coat. Warmest I ever had but it blew a zipper. No problem. Across the counter exchange because the right person who cared showed up to help resolve the issue. Thnx

Low quality clothes not worth the price tag. Bought a pair of pants for work and seldom wore them for 2 months when they started falling apart at the seams. I talked to a seamstress regarding this, and they said the stitching was not caught properly at the seam. How this was greenlight to be sold in stores is beyond me. I've also had another brand new pair of pants that had the fly button fall off after one wearing as it was not sewn on properly. I made the mistake of not keeping my receipts so I can't return them, but I will from now on if this is the quality I expect from a place that sells professional work clothes.

Mark's well it's all his really that why he put his name on it. Not a coffee shop though so only 3 stars again

I like the selection at Mark's and the quality of their clothes/shoes. They often have really good sales.
