I’ve been going here for almost 8 years. Dr. Lange has always been so amazing, thorough, caring, and so so thoughtful. She has looked after my 4 fur babies. I’ve recently moved to the U. Martenville Veterinary Hospital, has an outstanding team of professionals that go the extra for their animal clients and their human parent. They are always there to answer a question as well as to make a prompt response to a problem your animal family member is going through. Each person at Martinsville Veterinary Hospital, brings something special to their clients. It can be a simple warm voice on the other end of the phone with step by step instructions as what to do. Or it can be all of the Doctors (veterinarians) with their knowledge and expertise in coming up with a treatment plan, to best help your pet. Or it can be all the amazing techs. That are our animal nurses that give all they have in assessing the doctor and our animals. It could be as simple as a warm greeting to our pups, or with them helping in getting the temperature of our animals. Whatever the case maybe, all the members of this team show much love, compassion and shed so much light with their knowledge with every individual case. I appreciate all of them and they have helped me and my pups out so much. I am highly grateful for all of them and the never ending compassion and service they provide.

This is where we take our dog Bailey. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, in fact the doctors go above and beyond and Bailey is always treated so well. We highly recommend this clinic. We recently moved from Martensville but this will remain our Clinic.

I have been to this vet twice, the first time was during Covid and there wasn't much about the service then that struck me as exemplary. However I just took my new puppy here a few weeks ago and I was actually able to meet one of the vets. I must say after 15+ years of having dogs I have finally experienced what it's like to find a vet that actually cares about my dog (s). I have met plenty of vet techs, but no vets, that have cared about my animals.

Though we understandably had to wait a while because of an emergency in the clinic, the appointment was thorough and informative, and they gave us so many resources. The vet even gave us a (possibly hand made?) bandana that was so cute and higher quality material! (see picture).

The puppy package that was offered is a good deal and I was happy to see that, especially because otherwise this clinic is pricey. However I actually felt for once that the price was worth it.

Only downside is the puppy socialization classes are not open still because of covid. But because it's something that's offered under normal circumstances, I give them credit for that.

Very happy with our visit and I hope the amazing service continues into the future!

I seriously have nothing but good things to say. The staff are so incredibly kind. They make great effort to comfort your pet while in their care (my cat honestly seems to love it there!). After my kitty got neutered they even sent him home with a little goody bag that he absolutely loves.

Michelle and the team at MVH have taken such good care of our pets and I'm so thankful. Today our dog went in for a routine procedure and had a reaction to the medication and Michelle and the staff worked on him for almost an hour to keep him safe and with us. I couldn't imagine a safer place for him to be when that happened. I'm so grateful for their care ️ To put the icing on the cake, she made an adorable bandana specially for our dog and has hand knit toys for our cat. You could not be in better, kinder hands.

The people here are absolutely wonderful! I've been going here for about 20yrs. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

The clinic was amazing! Very friendly and informative! The staff took there to me to help me understand things! They treated my pets as if they were their own!

We've been coming to MVH for just about 7 years now, after a brief stint of sampling other clinics (first time pet owners), and we could not be happier! Dr Stewart and Dr Oranchuk have both been wonderful, and all the staff we've interacted with are always friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I always appreciate prioritising wellness and prevention over drugs - and they've been happy to provide education on diet, exercise, and supplements. Thank you all so much!

I'm pretty neutral on this place. I wasn't told that I wouldn't be able to go in with my dog for her shots. I understand the covid restrictions but I wish someone had told me that over the phone before I drove from Saskatoon to your office. I also felt a lot of pressure to buy expensive dog food. I was told there would be information on how much I should be feeding my dog but there was only info about the new dog food that I should be giving her. I wish there was a vet experience that wasn't a big sales pitch. It was a $200 check up which seems insane to me.

During this crazy 2020 covid-19 you guys made this experience awesome. Thank you for all your care and support, I greatly appreciate it! Good job!

I dont consider holding animals hostage over a bill discrepancy to be good business practice for a vet.

Amazing care! They have been so helpful with treating my hedgehog and all of the staff I have interacted with have been so understanding and compassionate.

I would like to add to the previous review I posted. I have removed the previous review but will outline it below. On December 31st we took our puppy back to the vet clinic due to ongoing skin issues. Skin issues are difficult to diagnose so we have been back and forth a few times now. After receiving a very thorough exam from Dr. Lange we were given multiple things to try however, one of the medications needed to be picked up from a pharmacy. The vet tech asked us which pharmacy we would like the prescription faxed to, we were not given an option to take a script to the pharmacy ourselves, nor was it disclosed we would be paying extra to have it faxed. We left the clinic and drove into Saskatoon and phoned the pharmacy to ensure the perscription was being filled. We were informed they had not received the fax but that they would phone us as soon as they did. After an hour with no word the pharmacy began trying to call the clinic and was transferred to the university small animal clinic because martensville vet closed early for New Years Eve. We had no way of reaching anyone at the clinic and no way to get our dog her medication. We live out of town which meant that it would be another trip back into the vet to get the script. We would like to thank Dr. Lange who, after seeing our post, drove into the clinic to fax the prescription and apologize. I want to emphasize that we have never had an appointment in which the vets working at this clinic disappointed us. The vets are wonderful and do an amazing job, and for Dr. Lange to drive in to fix this problem we are very thankful. This is the second time that the vet techs (not all we just don’t know who and I don’t want to sound like I am lumping them all together) have missed something with our prescriptions. The first time we paid for this special shampoo and we didn’t receive it and had to drive back in to get it and now this time where the prescription never got to the pharmacy. Again, thank you Dr. Lange we appreciate you and what you are doing to try and help us solve this skin mystery. To the staff at the clinic: we hope that this doesn’t happen to anyone else that visits your clinic and that there are steps put in place to fix these issues. Your patrons should be informed of the extra charges so they can agree to them (the cost of a fax) or be given the option to take the script in themselves and we should not have to fight to get a prescription to the pharmacy after paying to have it sent there.

Both my dogs have been well looked after by the fantastic drs here. I am down to one dog and one cat and martensville vet clinic is my one and only choice to continue looking after my pets.

Our dogs have always had excellent care, from puppy classes to seniors' wellness visits. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's so convenient to order dog food so it's ready for pick-up. We always recommend Martensville vet hospital!
