It has gone down hill since we were there last just not the same.wont be back anytime.don't worry about it we won't be back.

The wall gave me a headache. It's a wall portrait of houses on an angle and I could barely eat my food but it was good. The poutine could have a few extra pieces of cheese considering how big the fries are and the gravy was awesome the lady gave us a little extra gravy for the fries we had extra.

They don't serve us cuz it was 35 min before they close.
They wont be in business for long with that attitude, im pretty sure that the owner wasn't there at the time.

The chicken is ALWAYS fresh, perfectly seasoned and just overall delicious. Great selection of dipping sauces for the pop-ins, the taters are awesome, and the coleslaw is definitely recommended. I haven't tried the macaroni salad or onion rings so I can't say much about those.

The new spicy Big Mary has become an all time favorite of mine, but the original is just as good.

I recently decided to take my toddler to dine in and was pleasantly surprised to find they had a children's menu. They also had a highchair available (and a booster seat).

I still definitely recommend Mary Brown's!

Saw the commercials for this and wanted something a little different then KFC. Was a little disappointed that the spiciest option was not spicy enough for me and my wife. On our way out we asked if there was a way to make them spicier. Just ask for extra spice we were told and that's what we did the second time we went. The Big Spicy Mary is the best spicy chicken sandwich in town. Their sidekick sauce is a very good spicy Chipotle mayo. Love the spice and the prices are on par with other big name chicken joints. Download the app and pre-order to avoid the wait. Will definitely go again and again.

Underwhelming at best. Chicken is bland, no seasoning. The tater poutine was decent but as I mentioned, underwhelming.

The chickin piece in the sandwich was huge, and coating was tasty, not greasy.
Cajun spicey was shocker at start, but soooo good at the end. Taters were done rite and gravy was just thick enough with great flavor. &$2 to charity made even better.

Firstly we just moved from Kelowna BC where we Soooo! Enjoyed the chicken. The pieces were a good portion so when we ordered two wings, one drumstick and two side pieces of side breast we always could not finish the chicken because it was such a good portion. Here we are ordering the same pieces ''And'' requested it to be fresh meaning Cook it and we will wait for the order. My husband had an errand and left, so then in about two whole minutes the gal put together the order, I said to her '''No Way'' that it was fresh and she told me it was about 10 minutes under the heat lamp, I REFUSED THIS BECAUSE I SAID TO COOK IT AND WE WOULD WAIT FOR IT. This was 3;42pm and the place was not busy with only a few people coming in, we waited for over 1/2 hour, Now is this Normal practice? Does this franchise always serve these very small pieces of chicken? People in Regina don, t know any better but we certainly do, VERY DISAPOINTED AS this was our first time at location Rochdale Blvd. Gal at not very friendly after not excepting first attemp to give chicken that we know wasn, t fresh. You ever get a second chance to make a first impression, And another thing Why can, t the staff talk in ENGLISH so everyone can under what they are saying ''VERY RUDE''this happens all the time.

The best chicken tenders in the city. No wonder why I come here on the weekly basis. Not good for my health but I can't resist the temptation

Came here for the first time at 8.15pm only to be told Dine in closed. There is no such notice on the website stating Dine in is Closed even though website says closes at 9pm and officially all restaurants close their services at whatever is stated on the website amd have never been refused Dine In. When requesting To sit was refused. Weird experienc. Not good customer service

I loved this chicken but they have changed something chicken wasn’t super crispy lacked seasoning French fries were not crispy either also ordered my favourite big Mary sandwich with spicy mayo once again chicken was not crispy hardly any spicy mayo chicken lacked seasoning and the chicken bits once again lacked seasoning very disappointing as it used to be such good well seasoned crispy chicken why change what once was perfect chicken

This is only location in Regina, pity I say. That's why I have 4 stars. However, the chicken is far superior to the KFC. Its juicier, coating not too heavy but nicely seasoned. Potatoes wedges large and soft and seasoned. You have to get the gravey OMG, it's addicting. Infact I have driven here just to get gravey for Thanksgiving.
Very good service, spacious, clean kept franchise. Full menu of chicken meals and sandwiches.
Skip KFC, fully recommend this alternative.

Did the cooking tonight.
Got the Dinner for 2.macaroni salad and a Pepsi.

Used to really enjoy Mary Browns, now I’m not sure I can get it much more.
Spent 16$ dollars on the grossest sandwiches I’ve had ina while. On par with KFC, the chicken was greasy, tasted bad, had gross hard chunks, was significantly less, and had nearly no mayo on it. I had to stop eating it I was thoroughly disappointed and didn’t want to waste my calories on that. Didn’t even put napkins in the bag, nor have any out. That’s just a pet peeve of mine, your providing greasy food, provide some napkins. Like I said, used to be one of my favourites. Not worth it anymore.

They are going through reno’s right now, no biggie. However, the path to the back of the building is not well lit and a path is not cleared, so I ended up falling on my chicken! Good food though ‍️

Deliciously fresh! Best chicken burger in the town. Mary Monday is the my thing. No one can beat big Mary chicken sandwich. I have tried the chicken prices as well. Fresh and very juicy. Everyone should definitely try this.

Today was our first time getting food from Mary Brown. The food was delicious. Kids loved their burger and fries. We got regular and spicy chicken and both were great but really enjoyed the spicy flavors. My favorite item was Coleslaw beacuse it was so fresh and crunchy. Simply yum.

Ordered pickup at 5: 40 was there at 5: 36 food was not ready until after 5: 50 did not even offer an apology or any remose service was extremely BAD

Mary Brown’s do great job on their chicken! But usually forget to put the Louisiana hot sauce and Ketchup as requested with my orders!

First time visitors. Never tried this style of chicken. Pickup, menu well laid out, quick service. The food was very good, love the chicken tenders meal! Family members really enjoyed the two piece meals and the sandwich combo. Well priced, great service, we will be back!

I went to Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters for the first time where a friend brought me. We order the $6.50? And it was real good tasting The deep fried pickles put the icing on the combo. The taste of the chicken was real different then any other chicken place. The prices are fare for your bang for your buck's. I think this is the only place in Regina. There should be more places like that now. They get a lot of students business there. My friend said it a good place to eat, but here you need your vaccine passport to place and order and eat with in the place. My friend said it has pushed a lot of customers away. Which is a shame for a businesses that is struggling with Covid-19. Note: A mandate is not Law until the Federal government sits in the House to make it law. So this mandate isn't illegal but Scott Moe still makes it Law to kill business owners and customers.

2/3 employees wearing masks in the store, buddy in the back totally visible to customers making the food not wearing a mask at all during a time when masks are mandatory. Not below the nose, not hanging off an ear, actually just nowhere in sight. Walked further past the KFC to get Mary Browns, guess I'll just be getting KFC from now on

Excellent food, prepared when ordered so always fresh. Chicken is crispy as are the wedges. Prices are very reasonable. So much better than any other fast food restaurant. Staff always very pleasant and accommodating. I only wish that they would have one in the south end or Harbour Landing, as I only visit it seldom because so far away! Please!

Chicken and taters were great however the gravy had not seen any heat as it was cold. Staff was friendly and fast.

Quick service, and place was clean. Right across from high school. Price for bottled/can soda etc.is pricey. I love the chicken and doesn't make you feel sick like some other chicken joints.

I was in just prior to closing and made a fairly big order. The staff was still very pleasant and food was cooked perfectly.

Liked their chicken fries, like their potato fries or tater (whatever they say to it), like their coleslaw, like their owner & his family. Just liked them all.
Everything was so yammy, finger licking and fast. Wishing them good luck all over.

Loved that as I was waiting they gave me taters and gravy. Very good customer service. Great, tasty food too

Food is beyond delicious. I cant ever have that other chicken anymore. Mary Brown's made me a convert.

We have ordered the multi-piece fried chicken meals more than once since Mary Brown's Chicken have opened and were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the products (fried chicken, potato wedges, gravy and coleslaw). The staff is very friendly, restaurant nice and clean and the service was very quick and efficient. The chicken was battered lightly (not overly salty, heavy or greasy like some other places), potato wedges were hot and tasty, gravy was pleasant and the coleslaw was fresh and cool.

Sandwich is the only thing I enjoy most here. Customer service, excellent. Cleanliness, top notch. Had a large order but got it in 10 mins or so. Fast food service definitely.

Just had takeaway from Mary Brown’s chicken, and if you’re a Frid chicken fans and love yourself that’s is the right place for you! Was yummy and got here fast with SkipTheDishes! For sure will go check the place out again!

My boyfriend and I love this place and are going to miss it as we are moving away. Their Spicy Big Mary’s are delicious and on special every Monday. It’s not ‘fast food’ you will have to wait a little bit but that being said we have never had to wait long and it is worth it as it is so fresh. Their poutine is also one of my favourites in the city!

Always came for The Big Mary and ended up trying the Buffalo Wrap, blew my taste buds. Nice crispy chicken with a sweet and sour flavor. On Mondays i end up buying 5 Big Marys cause of the deal. Havent been disappointed and dont think i ever will. Staff is friendly and fast with orders.

I loves Mary Brown's.this location isn't as good as the ones in newfoundland, but still really good and has very nice staff.

Please note this is my personal opinion so yours may be different and I do recommend you try it for yourself first.

TL: DR- food is really plain and does nothing to stand out above other chicken places. Only part that really impressed me was the staff. I probably won’t be making any attempts to go out of my way to eat there again.

Since I’ve heard “things” about KFC so I’ve been looking for a good place to go for fried chicken in town, I had already tried Popeyes and was told to try out Mary Brown’s by a friend. It was very out of the way from where I am so I had to make plans to drive to that end of town to try it and from checking reviews I had high hopes for it.

When I got there I noticed their menu doesn’t show everything and I had to ask about stuff I had seen on their website, which unfortunately they said were unavailable at this location. When I got my food (3 piece chicken combo) I found the chicken rather plain and nothing that really made it stand out in any way. It was a little less greasy in comparison to other places and bland. Their fries were obviously prepackaged as they tasted a looked like ones you can get at most restaurants. Their gravy also was lack luster as it was very obvious it was the generic gravy mix with nothing to spice it up.

Staff was the only upside of this place as they were all quick, cheerful, and fun to talk to. But the price difference between other chicken places and here was negligible.

Always great food! Warm and fresh. Friendly staff. You get what you pay for. Worth it and recommend! Chicken is delicious!
