Excellent service and friendly staff is first and foremost reason. During my both appointments Alyssa was my therapist and she is perfect in her job.
Apart from this, massage experts charge less than others.

I would like to give commendation to my therapist Riley. He definitely exceeded my expectations. I was just looking to get a therapeutic massage but I also got words of wisdom from him. Riley always make sure that I am comfortable. He was able to build up rapport even it was my first time. I will highly recommend him and this massage centre. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Brenda is an amazing massage therapist. Very professional, intelligent and personable. She is wonderful at what she does. I always leave feeling fantastic. I will continue to see her until the very end. In terms of the business itself, it is clean, located in a prime location, ample parking. The staff is very professional, welcoming and friendly. I did not feel good at the end of my appointment. The therapist didn't stick to my appointment time, it takes a lot to come to massage appointment when you have a baby at home. She talked to me for 15 minutes before leaving the room for me to get on the table, she said she will knock before coming in but she didn't. Then during the appointment she didn't work on my arms as requested. She kept telling me that all her clients book either 90 or 120 minutes with her, I booked 90 minutes and she wasn't aware. She kept talking about God, karma and then started sharing her personal life details with me which made me very uncomfortable. Her name is Prem.

Also this place charges way above reasonable and customary. Never coming back here.

The muscles and soreness I was having was targeted perfectly and for the first time after a massage, I actually felt results the next morning. This is the first time ever I have rebooked with a therapist.

Their membership isn't worth the cost to deal with their policies for such a minimal discount.

The front desk attendant and the massage therapist, both were so hospitable. The massage Therapist was so knowledgeable and she knows the point to massage. The experience was so relaxing and calm. I would surely recommend Massage Experts to my contacts

Horrible experience! The technician Shirley was rude and seemed inconvenienced by me. She said how can I massage your shoulders if you can’t keep your neck in a certain position. Using hot hot towels almist hitting me in my injured face. No music, or asking if she was using correct pressure! She seemed uncoordinated but most importantly was her lack of empathy for my situation and her rudeness. Never coming back again. Positive note receptionist was great as usual! Hi as you can see I changed my review to a five star as the paver reached out to me and offered a complimentary massage. The therapist name was Angela. She was absolutely amazing. Kind and was able to pin point issues and give some advise. I will certainly back again to book with Angela!

All the other masseuse and staff are excellent tbh. Except for my experience with shirley who was absolutely rude and unpleasant to work with. Absolutely inexperienced, kept massaging my shoulder blades nd made them sore. I was 0% relaxed at the end

One of the best massage clinics I've ever been. The receptionists are friendly and very professionals. I was also able to meet the owner and she was very accommodating and professional! I had a massage with Kriss and he was able to relieved all my muscle knots. Highly recommended!

Owner is so rude she explained that we just provide 45 mins massage when you booked for 60 mins. Yesterday I went for massage as I am pregnant and I don’t know what they did it I came to emergency today she was really misbehaving with customer I highly don’t recommend to visit there

Great workplace with hard working therapists. I would recommend this job to any therapists looking for a busy clinic. Racquel does an amazing job working with schedules and they do above average for advertisement as well. Unfortunately I got stricken with the diagnoses of Long-Covid and had to leave permanently.

Kriss was fantastic. He was super knowledgeable and very professional. I was nervous to go to a male therapist and I felt very comfortable with him. I already booked another session!

A body positive space, professionally dealing with intimate parts of the body, very relaxing in a spa like environment. I felt comfortable and unashamed during my massage, while Kriss intuitively worked through each of my muscles. He's a pro at locating and massaging tough angles on the body. 10/10 recommend him and this business as a whole.

I went for my first cupping massage therapy here today.and i was super happy with how Shirley made everything comfortable for me.she was quite nice and the cupping massage therapy was so effective! I slept like a baby after coming home lol.thank you Shirley!

Excellent service. Professional staff, Cyndi was absolutely wonderful. She worked on exactly what my body needed work on. I came out so relaxed.

I did not intend to share my experience but this company kept sending me requests for feed back even thought I told them not to.

1) the massage itself was done with short sharp movements which does not do much to release muscle knots
2) I was not asked how I wanted to pay but it was just put through to an old health plan
3) this is the second request I received for feed back even though I texted STOP to not receive anything more from you

The location has ample free parking, the space is clean, the staff is kind and welcoming, and my therapist (Bethany) is top notch!

It was really bad. The lady was super rude and she left us 10 mins early even though we were 20 mins late. She didn't even massage properly. Would never recommend anyone. Money wasted.

I really like my therapist Kaitlyn. I appreciate her professionalism, quiet demeanour. Always leave feeling so relaxed and looked after:) I also like the convenience online booking and direct billing!

After posting my initial experience (which is still shown below), I got a call back to get another massage free of charge. The second massage was way better, performed to my satisfaction and was the full hour. I changed my initial rating from 2 to 4 - it would of been 5 if I didn't need to go back to have things rectified.

Did not get the massage I would of liked (deep tissue) and was told I need to book with someone else - instead a man. Also, the massage was cut short about 10 minutes. Really not a good experience for paying $100 for an hour massage.

Therapist was amazing! Everything in the clinic is very clean and fresh. Front desk was friendly and accommodating.

If you're looking for a real spa experience this isn't the place for you, but if you want a knowledgable hardworking RMT, I would recommend Lauren. There is a location directly below TD bank on Spring Garden. It's difficult to find but clean and private. They accept insurance.

Worst customer service I ever seen. Rude receptionist. Calling people day before multiple time to check on appointment and then call very next day to tell that your appointment has been cancelled and again after half an hour calls back and tell that we have opening and books you in then 5 min before appointment time tell you that its been cancelled. Are massage expert playing with peoples time. I highly not recommend any one to this location.

As a massage therapist myself in Regina, it is difficult to find someone that matches exactly what you are looking for in a therapist and to get the exact treatment that you want. The closest that I have found in this city is Stephen Abrametz at Massage Experts. He's a good RMT that knows what he's doing. He listens to what you want to get out of the treatment and to make sure that during the treatment the pressure is never too little or too much. I would recommend him.

I’ve been twice. 1st time was OK.not great, but convenient and direct billing was nice. I went today and had a lady massage me. She left the room twice because her ‘stomach was acting up’ and went to the bathroom. No discount or compensation offered. I booked an hour massage and maybe got 35mins. I told the reseptionist and still got charged for 45 mins.if it were my business, I would have offered a free massage with another therapist. I understand ppl get sick, but don’t come to work with diarrhea and massage clients.

Good place, I recommend Arnold. Their pricing is on higher side, so be ready to pay out of pocket.

I’m pleased with the service I received. I’ve had a few appointments now and I am happy with the ease of their online booking. My masseuse communicated well with me to ensure that his pressure was not too soft or hard. It’s impressive that I never left an appointment feeling sore, even though I walk in with sore muscles. The receptionist gives a warm welcome, the place is clean, the ambiance is relaxing and soothing. Overall the experience has been wonderful and sore-free.

I called in last minute, was given an apt with Steven right away. I had an 8/10 Tension migraine when I saw him, he was very thorough and clearly knew exactly how to help relieve my pain & quickly. Very polite, professional and thoughtful. Dimming the lights and allowing me to enjoy my massage in a calm quiet atmosphere. I left happy, and almost completely pain free! Amazed! Will be back! I have mix reviews about this business. I have been going here on and off for the past year, and the service varies. I have also been recommending this place to a few people to try, but I am starting to regret it as their expriences haven’t been great. (Will share examples below)

First, I started to notice how much more expensive they are when you don’t sign up for their monthly program (when compared to other businesses near by) ; so watchout for this, particularly if you want to maximize your budget and/or healthy benefits.

I do like that you can direct bill to your health provider but they seem disorganized at times. I feel bad for recently recommending them to my neighbour because there was a big mess up on billing their provider, and my neighbour had to do some running around to fix it, and found the communication with them was unclear.

There was also a breach in privacy as one of the employees asked my friend if she knew a person (saying their name) as they were coming in for massage. She did know the person, but was surprised how casual they were in sharing private information about another client with them.

In terms of the massage therapists, the experience varies. Watch out for the ones who tend to always have last minute appointments available as I have found my experience in those situations typically aren’t great.
