I had an ultra sound today, they called me 2 hours before my appointment, told me the tech said I didn't need the ultra sound, they were canceling my appointment and hung up, didn't even give me a chance to talk, 2 mins later I got a text saying my appointment was canceled. Not impressed will not go back again.

They booked all of my ultrasounds at once, so i booked all those days off of work and then after my first appointment they cancelled my second ultrasound and rescheduled after i told them that doesn’t work for me and they tried to change it 4 different times. After we agreed on a time that would work, which was THE NEXT DAY after my original appointment was scheduled, they called me back to say it’s too early and we need to reschedule again. I reminded them i can not take time for work and nothing works for me. They asked me if a specific date works for me and i said no it does not. So they booked me in on a day and time that doesn’t work for me without giving me a choice. They then called back hours later to tell me they had to reschedule my appointment and booked me in for the exact day i already told them doesn’t work for me. I will be asking my doctor for a requisition to a different place. I’m never going back.

Update:
Right after the first appointment, my second appointment was moved to another day and third was cancelled. I had no idea why the second appointment was moved, and nobody told me why. To me it seems unecessary to move my appointment in the first place. But recently I received both text and email to ask me to confirm my appointment to be the original date. So now there are two dates. I was on a trip and didn't have time to call to confirm so I came for the appointment based on the email and text confirmation. I had to take the time off from work and when I showed up I was told it is not my appointment and the emailing system has nothing to do with them. How can I know that? Shouldn't the email system update the changed appointments?

For the third appointment, it was cancelled because Mayfair cannot perform the ultrousound but they told me to follow up with my doctor and to get to the specialist. I went back to the doctor and the doctor didn't know what to do either because he had never had a case like this. So after I finally contacted the specialitst, they told me they don't do ultrousound I will need to go back to talk to the ultrousound place. So I called again and this time I was told that I should book with another ultrousound place and I should be able to just call them and book it. Then turned out the other ultrousound place needed doctor's requisition. So I had to book another appointment with the doctor to just send the requisition. It would be so much eaiser on the first day for Mayfair to tell me what to do next. So to save me trips and calls to the doctors after. And if the email system cannot handle changing schedules it is a useless system for many cases. I had a good experience at the first appointment but not after that.review from the first appointment.experience is nice. Mayfair is clean, new and quiet and my appointment went right on time. My technician is very nice. She is professional and caring. The receptionist lady is also very nice. Overall a good experience.

I was in for my first ultrasound a few days ago and it was a very quick and uninformative visit. It is quite disappointing as it was our very first ultrasound and we were hoping for more engagement and information from our tech, Kristine. She was very minimal with what she had to say- Most of the appointment was spent in silence and we were told “this shouldn’t take long. ” We felt more rushed than welcomed. Once she was ready to show us the sonograms, she pointed out baby’s heartbeat and head, and that was about it. We had to pose further questions to gain more insight. I understand they are just doing their jobs, but ultrasounds are a memorable and significant time for parents. A little bit of enthusiasm and initiative from the tech would go a long way as there are a lot of emotions going in as is. Other than that, the clinic is very clean and nicely organized. Receptionists were helpful over the phone with booking!

Came in for a X-ray and when I approached the receptionist she was very unpleasant. I was the only one in the waiting area and it was a hour before I was called in. Very poor service when there was no one else but me. The receptionist should learn how to be a people person or atleast try to be kind. Would not recommend or come here again.

Service was sub par. Extremely disappointing they wouldn’t let our 1 year old in the room for our 12 week ultrasound, causing me to miss one of the most exciting times as a father. I understand if the infant is kicking and screaming, but if they are well behaved, with a calm demeanour, I really don’t see the issue. We were also allowed to bring our infant to the first ultrasound with no issues at the same location. Just extremely disappointing, considering it’s supposed to be one of the most exciting times shared as a family.

I was taken in a bit before my scheduled appointment time. The waiting room is clean and welcoming. The ultrasound technician was pleasant, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and just the person you want to help you through an otherwise traumatic event. I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.

I was originally a bit put off that my partner couldn't wait with me in the waiting room as I was nervous. But I understand covid etc lol.

The tech I had Ashley was incredible, answered all my questions and was empathetic that I am claustrophobic. She talked me through the whole thing. Everything went smoothly. All in all a good experience! Thank you Ashley

The Mayfair staff called to book an appointment for my MRI and for the first time ever I was asked when I was going to be in Regina. My husband already had a Doctor appointment the next day and they managed to fit my MRI to coincide. We live 3 hours from Regina and not having to make a separate trip was amazing - especially with the high price of fuel! Definitely will recommend to everyone!

We were able to get into the clinic for an appointment quickly. The fellow booking the appointment was awesome. He was pleasant and thorough. I had mentioned that Avery was in a wheelchair and he appreciated that information and allowed extra time for the appointment.
I was really disappointed upon arrival at the clinic. There are too many chairs in the reception area. There isn't a place for a person in a wheelchair. The receptionist said "Just put her in the hall. They will take her from there". That would mean she would be parked alone and away from us. The lady was very insensitive.
Perhaps a simple solution for other clients attending the clinic would be to incorporate a wheelchair spot and room for an attendent in the first row of chairs. Thank you!

The appointment pretty much on time.
The technician took her time explaining the process and answering my questions.
Parking was a bit tough, so give yourself a bit of time in case there isn’t a visitor spot on the south side of the building and you have to park elsewhere.

It only took one week to get an appointment after my Dr.sent the request. I was sent a text reminder 3 days prior to and each day before my appointment. The staff was very friendly and still following all Covid protocols. I got into my appointed time early. My tech, Sandy, was friendly, polite, made me feel comfortable and seemed to be very thorough. This is my third time at Mayfair and I highly recommend them.

My appointment was for twelve o’clock, I got in at twelve o’clock (no wait) and the staff was very friendly and thorough. It’s a no brainer booking here again. Exceptional service!

The staff is excellent. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The technician was WONDERFUL! (I will update with her name.) She made me feel very comfortable and thoroughly explained the procedure (MRI). I would highly recommend this clinic.

The clinic was very clean, the technician was very helpful to me and my disabilities. They were very fast and efficient in getting me booked in for my appointment as my Dr put the request in, I got a call from Mayfair before I got home from my appointment and was scheduled for the next day. Excellent Experience, thank you Mayfair!

I had an abdominal, female pelvic and upper addominal ultrasound. The tech doing it was super kind and made sure I was 100% comfortable before doing anything below.

Absolutely incredible. I called at 3pm on a Sunday for info on a private out-of-province MRI from Manitoba. After a 2 minute call I had all info needed for my doctor to refer. Mayfair called me 1 day after they received the MRI request from my doc, and booked the scan 6 days later. Let me repeat, MY MRI OCCURRED SIX DAYS LATER!

Upon preliminary results, they advised scanning another body part and managed to fit me in the next day, without bumping any other patients.

The service was fast, patient, and of incredible quality. Pricing was clear online. Reports were ready within 1-3 business days, and I left the building with USB copies of images in hand.

To give some perspective of how incredible this is, the MRI wait time in Manitoba is currently 9 MONTHS. Nearly a year. Absurd! Before discovering Mayfair, I was waiting on Manitoba's list for over 3 months with no appointment and no sign of one coming.

Mayfair is how MRI should be done. If you're from Manitoba and need an MRI don't even bother waiting, go straight to Mayfair. Either Regina, or one of their other locations throughout Sask and Alberta. It could save your life.

And to the crooked politicians and unions: Stop banning private MRI's. Let companies like Mayfair operate freely in Manitoba and across Canada. Thank you Mayfair!

I have 3 babies and I've been going here since my first for ultrasounds, had no problem and everyone is super friendly not only to me but my husband as well. They always made sure I was comfortable and just overall nice.
