2 filets of fish & large fries today. My dinner must have been sitting around. My dinner was cold, nothing warm or hot about it today!

Not impressed whatsoever.

Spent $19.06, and if Original Joe's would have answered their phone, I would have rather enjoyed their 2 piece Fish & chips w/ gravy for only $2.00 more.

My last time at this franchise.

This location was understaffed and insanely busy when we arrived. We placed our order at the kiosk - we didn't receive most of the correct order. My Earl Grey labeled tea was acutally COFFEE with cream; our egg and sausage McMuffins were sausage only and we only got one instead of two. The restrooms needed cleaning.

Best taste of mcdoubles i taste in canada and of course three meat in each with only cheese and pickles.well done.

Super clean and friendly staff. Was a nice stop on a road trip. 4 can dine deal. Didn't even know there was such a thing. Quarterpounders all around.

Can't take vehicles in order they arrive at order speaker. Staff is inconsiderate, condecending, and questionable able to read the order in front of them.

It's Mc Donald's. Staff got my order correct but service was slow due to seemingly having no staff. Dining hall was closed despite being a 24-hr location.

Coming from Vancouver, something about fast food in the prairies just hits different. Not sure if we just got lucky, but everything tasted very.fresh. Nuggets were golden brown and aromatic. Paddies actually tasted like beef. Overall quality is significantly higher and we left very satisfied.

I got a small paper cup for my peach passion fruit smoothie, instead of a clear transparent bigger size medium sized cup which I ordered. Got scammed. The grilled chicken BLT was lukewarm not nice and hot. They then charged me for $11. Not going to this McDonald’s next time. It is a total rip off.

The entrance is chaotic. The bathrooms weren't great. But the was outside seating in the shade, which was nice.

Very busy location, seemed staff could not keep up with keeping the dining room clean. Otherwise standard McDonald's

Rude staff at night shift and wrong order never have any luck to received my order right never will go there again

They are usually really good with getting your order right, biggest thing I find annoying is when you order a meal or food item (which I always do if I want to get water) and I order a large cup of water, they give me a medium or a small. My favorite thing is that they are always kind whether they serve you at the drive thru or inside.

Drive thru at 2: 30 AM, ordered 6 chicken burgers and just one was freshly prepared rest were cold chicken patty.
Atleast have sense to make fresh burger as that is what customers are paying for.

It is was decent service but seemed uncharacteristically busy for a 3: 00 pm lunch. As such it seemed a bit chaotic in terms of people considering these times. Still, although it was crowded people still seemed to respect the need for space.

Just picked up burritos for the road. No salsa in the bag, although the slip says there was supposed to be. It would have helped the over warmed burrito. The wrap was hard and dry.

Placed a online order for Vanilla Cone at 11: 40 pm got online confirmation with code for pick up and was told to pull to the last window for pick up at drive through at 11: 46 and the guy at the window says machine is off. Why even take a order if you cannot even honour it.

Ordered two drinks (coffee and tea) which took over 5 minutes. Watched the person making them without a care in the world and no urgency at all. We were inside and it was not busy at all and the drive through was moderately busy so the experience was disappointing.

Ordered large Coke’s and they only filled them up half full. Then when we took a sip they tasted like fizzy water. Couldn’t even finish them. Waste of money, waste of time and waste of gas.

Nice clean restrooms. Big Mac was very good. Fries were a bit soft and I like them a bit crunchy.

Normally McDonald's is good. Today I drove through they forgot to give me my French fries. They pulled me over to wait for my food. They brought it out 15 minutes later. I realized I did not have my French Fries so I tried to go in the door on the East Side of the building which was locked because of covid I had to walk around the outside of the building in the heat to get in complain about my French fries and then walk all the way back to my car. At least I got my French fries.

Every time I go to this location, they mess up my order. I have 4 girls and two boys. Everytime I spend over 50 dollars. THEN to have them mess it up the majority of the time really does not put a smile on my face.

Usually I'm just grabbing food for the kids for the (long) ride home. The drive thru is fast especially with mobile ordering. Order accuracy is amazingly high. The food is as expected from McDonalds.

Poor service, bad meal and cleanliness that was lass than adequate. This is one of the worst stores on the chain. Tied with Taber AB.

I think the servers, consider ketchup as there own, they dont like giving you more than one! Js.

When nothing else is open at 2 a.m, what choice do you have? It's unfortunate that they can't properly fill an order. Crazy long wait times, even at 2 am.

Customer service is worse! Staffs are rude! Doesn't get the orders right. Most of the time they are being impatient in taking orders when they are the one who doesn't listen and doesn't understand.

Worst experience I have EVER had. Due to COVID you would think they would be a little more careful but that is not the case. Went through the drive thru and they messed up on orders and gave our order to a vehicle ahead of us and then came and talked to us. She then realized they had given our order to the vehicle ahead of us so went to retrieve it from them and then tried giving it to us. Due to COVID I asked for new as this is unacceptable. Not only concerned for mine and my family’s health and safety but it took forever for them to get it right. Extremely disappointed!

It was actually horrible this morning. The outdoor lineup was not busy. We ordered two breakfast combos. Seem to take forever. Hash browns for cold. Chicken McMuffins were not bad

Drive-through women got upset cuz we couldn't hear her and raised her voice in anger. Maybe a bad day.i don't know

I visited McDonald's in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. The staff was professional and the food was prepared with actual care and consideration. Great job Swift Current.

McDonalds is McDonalds. No surprises. Food was fast and decent. It is a good quick stop while on the road.

They closed 3 of 4 washrooms, forcing people to make a line. In the time of pandemic it’s a crime to reduce essential services! What are you people thinking about? Very convenient to reduce costs putting your clients in a risk of being infected.

I'm a well seasoned McDonald's veteran. Easily my favorite restaurant. Service here was good but something about the food wasn't right. Just didn't taste like classic Golden arches.

When the restaurant is in its down time. Slow down. Take some care in how you put the burgers together. I know it's fast food, McD's, but my burger was such a mess in the box and I was the only one in the drive-thru.

Im a loyal customer, always treated top notch. The food is hot and delicious. I really like the Dark Roast coffee.

Its McDonalds. You get what you expect. Super fast friendly. Order was fresh. Quicker to order inside than use the drive thru at times. Self serve kiosks are great when deciding what to order

Good service here. Easy to access from the highway when driving through. Food was fresh, orders were correct. No complaints

Great place if you wanna pull over and wait every God damn time. Fast food not pull into a reserve spot and wait for 15 minutes.

It was ok to poop here on the way to Regina. Didn't like how big the gaps were in the stalls as my nephews was able to find me hiding in there

We stopped at this McDonald's on our way to Winnipeg coming from Calgary. It's is usually busy, which is good because their sandwiches are usually fresh - plus, it's a McDonald's so you won't probably wait for long anyways! The ambient was cleaner than the average McDonald's and they really close to the road so you won't deviate that much from your route.

Has a nice waterslide and pool for the kids which is main reason we went there. Breakfast buffet was subpar. Rooms were ok, starting to show its age

KFC is fine by itself it the grumpy lady at the till if you have KFC coupons that tells you a different story

Like please till lady change your attitude just because you don't approve of me having free food coupons
