Much improved from what it was. Service was friendly and quick and the dining area was clean. Definitely better than some of the McDonald’s in Saskatoon. 51st Street in Saskatoon is the other one we find is good.

Going straight from last week for ice creams, everyday same excuse “ice cream machine is not working”. Today went again and they said we cleaned the machine already. What does that mean? ! Poor customer service!

Hard to get a hot cup of coffee. And the drive thru is awfully slow

Dine in is fine, drive through experiences have not been great. Often the items look slapped together, very messily. Sometimes missing items in the order. And there is almost always a wait at the drive through.

Found a long hair in food two times going there to day and a couple days ago

Waited over 1 hr in drive thru with only 5 vehicles ahead of me and all small orders coming out the drive thru window. Always short staffed, disorganized and operated by teenagers who don’t take work seriously. There is a reason why this is the lowest rated McDonald’s in Saskatchewan. They are yet to contact me through complaint form. DO NOT GO HERE… unless you want cold fries and to wait forever for your food.

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve encountered. I got a crispy CHICKEN and bacon mcwrap meal. Bit into the wrap and there was 0 chicken. How do you forget basically the main component to the wrap? Do better.

The service tonight was brutal 1 car in drive thru waited 10minish waiting to place my order. Go up to the window wait another 5mins and get how and the still get my order wrong

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Probably the slowest at a drive through. Half the time they get your order wrong. Got an iced coffee today and the bottom was filled with coffee grounds. It was only until out of town that I noticed it otherwise I would have went back and told them. This place needs an overhaul of management or something. Horrible McDonald's.

My family previously has had problems with this McDonalds from getting an order wrong, a hair on my Mom's burger, my brother's cheeseburger looking like someone sat on it, etc. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was me getting the most underwhelming Quarter Pounder with cheese in my life. For starters the burger patty looked partially deconstructed that was falling apart. The second problem was my quarter pounder with cheese HAD NO CHEESE.

Unacceptable. I know this isn't a Michelin Star resturaunt but even a fast food establishment like McDonalds is supposed to have standards and this one consistently falls below them. Even for something simple like wait times isn't good as it always takes so long to get food. I've heard it said that this Mcdonalds is the worst one in western Canada and with the experiences me and my family have had that is very easy to believe. If you want Mcdonalds, do yourself a favor and drive to Martensville, you won't regret it.

Average McDonald's. Drive thru errors are common unfortunately. Incredibly slow most times

I don't even bother going anymore I would drive in to the city. I've never received my order without something missing or wrong. Someone in the company should really be noticing how many poor reviews the place is getting and do something. It would be as simple as walking in and seeing how poorly cleaned the place is.

Filthiest McDonalds I have ever been in, staff fooling around, using the f word at the front counter, waiting times are ridiculous, I could go on and on

Worst location. No one wants to work, they just stare and talk to their friends. Waited at the counter for over 5 minutes, line behind me, and no one working it, but 10 staff in the kitchen to stare at you and not help. Finally just left after it was clear no one cares about their job.

Slowest McDonald's I've been to with the worst customer service! Ten minutes to get an iced coffee and a coffee not to mention the five minutes I had to stand at the counter waiting to order! There was no line up! Not impressed!

Ever since this location opened they have been very slow, incorrect orders and cold food almost every time I've been there, and they run out of main menu options way too often. I definitely prefer the martensville location for quality.

The dirtiest bathrooms ever! I was in there on Wednesday and the bathrooms were horrible. I was in there again on Saturday and I'm positive they had not been cleaned since then. Makes you wonder if they even have a janitor.

Was looking forward to finishing this sausage and egg mcmuffin (even though the muffin was quite stale). And as I get to the last couple bites, I find a piece of egg shell as big as my pinky nail. I don’t even know why I give them a chance anymore. (This app isn't letting me post the photo for some reason.

This restaurant is brutal. IF, and that's a big IF, they manage to get your food on time, it is either the wrong items, fries are cold/soggy and burgers look like they have been run over by a tank. Young kids in there with their first jobs, they don't care about quality or service and it shows.

Omg.never fails, they seriously can not get our order right, we always have to go back because they forget something.

If there was a negative star, I would choose it. After sitting in the drive thru for 17mins, 2 phone calls and over a dozen other vehicles being served later.they finally get my food and the order is I correct. The service at this location is horrible time and time again. And the staff Judy doesn't seem to care

Fix your dang icecream and mccafe machines. They are down more often than they are working. It's brutal. And most of your employees are rude. Untrained. And have no customer service skills. The management are even worse to deal with. This place should be shut down. Negative 10 stars. Better off waisting time and gas going to saskatoon.

The place was filthy! We were not greeted by staff and when the supervisor handed us our food, she never said a word. Very poor customer service

This is the worst McDonald’s I have been 2. The staff are rude, the orders take forever, I literally have the most simple orders for a burger and they somehow manage to constantly screw it uo. I’ve literally had to say “NO ONIONS” and what do I get? You guessed it! This McDonald’s is absolutely terrible and you will be better off going to the one in martensville.

Always so terribly slow,
everytime during the evening always see teens of the workers friends in the building fooling around running around and etc, sometimes behind the counter too, management doesn't seem to care what's so ever, about this situation so unprofessional, food doesn't get cooked properly sometimes too

This is probably the slowest fast food chain in Sask. 3 vehicles in line and i waited 19 minutes for a coffee. Sitting there patiently, i see Tim Hortons pump 13 vehiels through their drive thru in the same amount of time.

Long wait in the evening. They could really benefit from having a better turn around time in the evening. Always a long wait at night.

Sign outside says 24 hours, sign on door says open until 11 pm, but doors are locked and drive through closed at 9: 30

Get your hours straight!

Ordered the 2 buritos meal for breakfast. Both were so dry the fell apart as I unpacked them.
Went to complain and the manager got me fresh ones. The dry ones should never have been sent out in the first place. It looked like they were old stock from the day before.
I've avoided this McDonalds for several months because of bad service or food or both.
At least they're consistent.
I recommend Burger King down the street.

Today my friend and I saw the unthinkable, really as we could see directly into the kitchen area. A young fellow wearing a black hoodie (not in uniform), wearing a mask under his nose, then he lowered his mask and began eating fires from the bin, fingers poking the fries in his mouth! I couldn't be quiet and gave him a scolding. I don't know if they have a supervisor but the total lack of respect for the workplace and the covid rules, I am so disappointed.
We often go to this establishment but we bring our own wipes. Short staffed so cleaning and garbage emptying is often not done.

The experience at this McDonald's is so bad it's almost laughable. Promptness and friendliness of service, quality of food, accuracy of orders.they can't get any of them right.

Horrible service. Horrible wait times. Not that great of people either. Horrible food. Horrible management. Go somewhere else for better. Everything!

I get my morning coffee here before leaving for shift work. The last three times the coffee was terrible, cold and only half full. Terrible way to start a day.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. By far the WORST McDonalds I have ever been too. I waited half an hour at the window for 2 mcflurries. The woman at the window was swearing profusely at the rest of the staff and no one seemed like they knew what they were doing. They handed me a cup that was a quarter full of ice cream. I couldn't believe it. I paid for a full mcflurry. Not that sad excuse. Will definitely never be going back.

Not a good experience. Coffee was cold and cappuccino was supposed to be medium and was under half full and gross:/went through drive thru again got “fresh”ones and they were no better!

They get your order right about half the time. If you go there in the morning you will probably get a mocha or other specialty drink made right. Otherwise I get a coffee when I pay $4.00 for a mocha. The last time I was there, they made it right, but gave me a child's size instead of a large that I paid for. If you want hot food go to dairy queen instead. Their ice cream machine will work too.

Getting better but originally had problems with accuracy. (ie forgetting fries, wrong flavour of drink, etc)

Went through the drive thru on our way back to Regina. The burgers were ok but the fries were very oily and not crisp. It was like the oil wasn't hot enough or they sat under the heat lamp too long. Worst McDs fries I've ever had.

Slow food. My large fries aren't half full. Burgers messy. Only hit this place if no other options. Absolute worst one within 200km

We've been visiting this location since it opened. This location has consistently struggled to accurately fulfill orders, and serve customers in a timely fashion.

Over the past few months things seemed to have been getting better. But then, today, we received four nuggets in a box for six-with a big "6" on it. We've received sandwiches without patties and mismatched happy meals, but somehow this latest mixup has me especially baffled. Who opens a box with a "6" on it and misremembers how many nuggets go in it?

I hope things get better soon. My love for greasy fast food can only get me through so much frustration.

Ordered a cheeseburger at night dont know if they were half asleep but the most sloppy burger I've ever seen. Prices aren't worth it anymore since they've raised their prices. "the dollar menu" is now the $3 menu

My order was forgotten and then was incorrect, as well cold milk bottle placed on top of hot fries in the bag, honestly who does that. I would not be upset or comment about this if were the first time, but over the last two years this particular location generally gives me an incorrect order 2 out of three visits. Warman McDonalds please try and get it together.

Noticed none of the employees were wearing gloves, i work at a fast food restaurant and the only time we DONT wear gloves is at till. This is extremely disturbing and disgusting. The cook, picking around on a burger without gloves on. Doesn't have to be covid but it's extremely irresponsible from the management part of things. Doesn't help its run by a 21 and 29 year old, rookies need a little bit of a lesson taught

4/5 of our group had big mistakes in orders and had to go back. Slow service as well. Pretty sad experience. Also had mistakes last time I was here but didn't bother reviewing but 4/5 is a bit much

We took my wife's parents to get a hot chocolate. It took at least 10 minutes before we recieved lukewarm chocolate with whipped cream and choc drizzle. I returned them the replacement drinks took another 10 minutes. I went to the counter to ask about the delay. The lady said it was taking so long because they were making sure they would be really hot. When we finally got them they too were barely warm. They also had no whipped cream and barely any choc flavor. We drank them after waiting for over 20 minutes we did not want to bother trying again only to end up with likely the same results.

Can't seem to get it right at this location. Always serving the drive through lanes in the wrong order so you get skipped by 4 cars in the line. Messing your order up so you have to go back inside to correct it. Won't be going here anymore. Enough is enough.

Food is what you expect from McDonald's. Was good but they prioritize the drive thru and forget about the people who came in. Was 2nd in line and took over 15 minutes while countless cars went thru. The workers are nice but they need a magnet like they used to have so knew how to look after the whole restaurant.

So went in 3 of us.order meals and 4th one going to order but the cashier ran off and stood there for 20 mins with bank card in hand.i got in my car went threw drive thru for the four meal.was not happy I was guest in warman.plus I had to wait for a group of 12.to order a head of me

Always the slowest McDonald's and wondering about who is managing this store? Went thru drive thru last weekend heading to lake. Ordered 2 coffees and 2 sausage McMuffins. We were told they had no hot drinks, only cold, and didn't have any english muffins. Asked for sausage bagel sandwiches instead. They had no bagels since covid-19 started. So we said never mind and drove thru empty handed. Went home and made coffee and breakfast and then hit the road to the lake.

This is probably the worst McDonalds I have been to. Not only that, it is the worst fast food restaurant I have been to. This isn't from 1 or 2 visits, but visits regularly since they opened. I hoped they would improve with time, that is not the case. I don't think I have ever had a perfect order from this location, unlike the martinsville location that I have never had a single issue with and go nearly as often.

My last breakfast was cold and missing key ingredients in the mcmuffin (and really, there are not that many parts.), my last dinner meal was a quarter pounder Blt and was missing most toppings, was completely cold, had half a slice of bacon, and was tossed not even on the bun in the box. I had to put my Burger together myself, and my fries were cold and not fully topped up. These sorts issues happen every single time we go there. It is sad that this location has become a running joke.

It is also often slow, I usually have to pull up and wait for my order even if they are not busy and I am ordering food like baked goods that don't require much work to prepare.

Also for the longest time one of their drive thru menus were broken, when I asked about an item they were annoyed I didn't know the menu by memory (I usually only order my regular items so don't know everything on the menu). I had to start ordering from the app so if I got in that lane I wouldn't have to talk with them.

This sorta thing happens every time, we have now decided recently to always drive to martinsville if we want food from McDonalds.

The only item they haven't messed up was coffee, though once my cup wasn't full.

Edit, came again since no time to get to Martensville for breakfast. Staff were completely unhelpful, didn't have any of the items we wanted (even all day items) and staff stated a meal item couldn't be put into a meal even though advertised on their screens. Left drive through annoyed and didn't order. Drove to martinsville location, arrived after breakfast cut off barely, still served us breakfast with no issues at all. Makes me wonder even more about what is wrong with the Warman location.

Came through the drive through at 10: 58 and was told I needed to wait 7 mintues for the lunch menu because they don't serve lunch till 11 lol

Giving zero stars, the assistant manager threw my refund out the window at the side of my truck for complaining about the 15 minute wait for coffee, then walked away. She should spend less time talking about her weekend and more doing her job

I just don't understand why this McDonald's is soo much slower than any other one I've been to.
At first I just attributed it to it being new and them training. But here we are two years later and it's slower than ever.

Not once did it ever be considered fast food since it opened, and they've never gotten a single order right, go to Martensville if you don't wanna hit Saskatoon.

I don't think I have had an entire order made right. Always a few things that are wrong/missing.

Now this won't be your typical review. My complaint is not necessarily with the service itself, which I know full well is not good in any way. It's with the way the business is run.

I have been in the restaurant multiple times and every time I wait anywhere from 5-20 minutes for my food. It doesn't matter if I get a coffee or a 3 course meal. I've looked around the restaurant and 90% of the time I only see 4 people behind the counter. 4 people! There was a line to the front of the restaurant and they simply could not keep up. I've asked the employees in the past why there is so few people per shift and they say that's normal for them. Now I don't know where the dicsision gets made for the amount of employees working, but whoever does it clearly doesn't understand what it takes to run that place.

Another issue I have is the safety of the employees working there. Every time I walk in there is a strong smell of sewer. I don't know where it's coming from, but it gives me a headache if I'm in the building for any length of time. I can't imagine what it's like being there all day!

Also when I was there a little while ago I saw an employee working outside in a thin jacket and some dinky little gloves. I don't know if the business provides better outerwear than that, but if they don't they seriously need to give their heads a shake. It's not safe to be exposed to the winter weather when you're dressed light! A pair of gloves is a drop in the bucket for such a big corporation.

Overall it seems like whoever runs that place is extremely cheap. They don't have enough people working and they don't treat the people well that do work there. This results in poor service to the customers and that's why the place has the issues it does.

Our sick dogs last meal. Went to pick up lunch and the only thing missing was our sick dogs meal! Very upsetting, we have often been missing items on orders, but this was the worst experience. It took 30 mins to get the order in the first place and we did not want to spend his last 45 mins trying to get his food. Instead we just shared ours with him.
Very poor quality control made a hard day that much harder.

Worst mcdonalds I have ever been too. Long wait times, missing items cold. A blind person with Parkinson's could put together a better sandwich. Balding manager with large forehead is useless. It's often understaffed and chaotic.

My daughter and i went for lunch today. We decided to go inside which we normally dont do. I really wish we hadnt done this because it made me extremely unhappy. Dont get me wrong, i was not unhappy about the service or wait times, it was how ignorant the other patrons were that made me unhappy. The poor staff, including the manager on duty were working very hard. What people dont understand is that when you are pulling the manager off the line to complain over and over again, you are taking hands that could be preparing your order away from the line needlessly. If you do not have the time or the patience to wait, go home for lunch or pack one. Remember that this could be your son or daughter in tears at work because someone decided that they can not be a nice human being that day.

I went to this location at 11: 40pm and sat in the drive through for 15 minutes and not one car in the drive through had an order taken. When I went inside at 11: 55pm they said only two people were working and the inside was closed because they didnt have the staff (maybe they should close if they have two staff). This is pathetic for a restaurant that is open 24 hours a day. If they cut these kind of corners I dont want to know what they do to the food.

I tried this Warman McDonalds a few times after it opened but quit going because the service and food was so poor. On Nov 29, decided to stop in for a treat with my daughter after getting back from a late hockey game. We had planned to dine in, but as we sat at a booth waiting for our order, the young manager? And kitchen staff carried on a very loud conversation using the 'F' word continuously. My 9 year old daughter was very uncomfortable, and I was very surprised to be watching the manager of a family restaurant standing behind order desk in clear site to customers/kids shouting profanity back to his pals working in the kitchen. I have never experienced such inappropriate behavior from STAFF at a family restaurant before. We got our order to go, as it was to uncomfortable and wont be returning. This isn't just an issue with the teenagers working in there that night. The owner or upper management needs to train theese kids if they are going to be left alone with this store. Staff has been the issue with this place since day 1, most often making mistakes with orders and being to slow. I would reccomend avoiding this place as they just will not invest any time or money into training there staff and obviously don't care as the place is somehow getting worse overtime.
