Food was cold. Drinks were only 3/4 full. Had to wait in drive thru for 5 minutes. Hadri go back in for straws.

Often send you ahead at the drive through them forget to add ketchup that you asked for at window

McDonald's in general is cutting back on the order counters trying to get people to use the electronic ordering system. There are now long lineups and wait times. The wash rooms are locked. There was no hand drying system and no one around to report it.

Burne fingers and leg from their negligence. Will not call me back or answer their phone. Cream in coffee on rental car seat. Not happy!

Since ownership has changed basically every aspect of both restaurants in Prince Albert has went down hill. Quality of service and food especially.

This is the fastest I have been in and out at McDonald's. Bonus they got our order right! Like everyone else I hate paper straws!

I called to ask about an employee which I'm sure may work there who was racist to me and gave me a bad moldy burger, the person who answered said it was my problem and wouldn't help me out

The McD's in PA has the best egg and sausage McMuffin I've ever had. Maybe I'm just always starving when I get there but they taste better there than anywhere else.

Better than some McDonald's I go to it is usually clean inside and I get my order I a decent time period. They also have always gotten my order right which I can't say for many others.

I was there yesterday to pick up my skip order and manager was so rude I think the name was ruby.i am picking orders there almost everyday and other staff is really friendly with me.

Slow going through the drive thru. But the food is great. They're pretty quick when you get to the window and they hardly mess up orders.

If that was a large fries I'd hate to see a medium or small. Half full container. On the plus side they were generous on the Mayo packets.

The drinks were only 3/4 filled up, the fries were only half full but what was even more annoying was the fries were half raw. They were also cold and gross. I ended up having to throw them out. I had bought the meals an hour before closing and I was already home. This has happened a few times and so I'm not going to waste money there anymore. It wouldnt be so bad if it happened only once but its happened multiple times. I just end up throwing the food out anyway.

Typically I try to avoid fast food restaurants, but it was good for a quick stop to pick up some cool, refreshing, fruit smoothies. We ordered using the giant touch screens, which offer a host of benefits: it's easy to all the options that are available and compare prices and calories; we can order on our own time, carefully perusing the menu for what strikes our fancy-or blasting through if we know what we want; and we can pay right at the terminal. Machines: one day, they'll replace us all.

Hard location to get in and out when it's busy but not resturants fault people who can't drive or park is more the issue. Staff here is awesome! Management is always up front working and joking with staff and it shows great moral!

Ordered Mochas using the mobile app and selected in store pickup. Order was delayed as the front line worker 'lost' the coffee that was brought to them by another worker. Despite the coffee clearly being labelled to pick up at counter by the tag on the cup itself the till worker started giving our order to another work to go look for people outside to give it to. If I hadn't heard the conversation someone else may have ended up with our coffee.

Despite this experience I have had positive experiences at this location. I will come back in the future and review again based on another experience.

A stranger approached me and my friends last night and he tried to beat us from this McDonald's and #CATLYN saved us from that issue. I really really really appreciate her guts and sound mind that she protected us from that scene. We felt more save at that time. Thank you so much #CATLYN. You're a blessing.

Poor customer service and they didn't even close my coffe lid right I end up with solding hot coffee on my lap god that was painful

The service was fast and the food tastes fresh, however the drive thru impedes access to the main road and access to the main store, I am surprised that city police have not ticketed anyone for blocking a roadway, this store needs to improve the drive thru access or close the bloody thing.

I dont know if anyone else would agree, but, when you see the "Golden Arches" and your hungry. You know you won't be disappointed. Need I say more. The fries are always great tasting and the burgers are even better.

I am not a fan of their burgers, always dry and tasteless. Fries are great tho! Service was friendly! Drive thru is very efficient! Summer drinks for a $1 is pretty cool

By far the best fast food restaurant in my opinion! They always get my order right and it is always fast service! Oh and the pricing is completely reasonable!

Team member "Ryleigh" should get employee of the month for her outstanding front counter skills and her amazing attention to detail!

Pretty damn good for McDonalds. I loved the ease of ordering from the kiosk and having the food brought to the table was great too. It arrived correctly as ordered and in an efficient manner. Everything was delicious.

Poor service, and aski g for ketchup or bbq sauce felt like I was asking for blood.with the evil look they gave me.not impressed.

I'd rate it zero if I could. I dont eat pork and specifically told them this. Then they give me my item with pork on it, I couldn't even eat it. Not very impressed when the item doesnt even have pork on it to start.
