Today I visited in this macd as it’s at convenient location and as expected my experience was so good staff was very helpful. I got my food on time and and really happy with the service

Truly confused and bewildered by my experience here. I went to the drive thru to claim a monopoly instant win. They told the the promotion was over. Okay no problem, I tell them what I’d like instead. A new voice comes on and says “sorry you’ll have to wait” I’m one of two cars in the drive thru. So I say “. Okay. ” Then I have two people talking to each other and me over the intercom try to take my order and figure themselves out. When I got up to the window it was no better. The entire experience was completely messy and disorganized. Also they repeatedly called me “ma’am” when I am a man. I get that my voice is high but damn.

Went in drive threw with co worker, our orders were correct items that we ordered and were decent.staff were quite friendly and polite, both outside and inside the building is kept clean and staff always seem to be monitoring the areas. It can be busy at times depending on events near happening or time of day.

The coffee I ordered is basically 1/4 coffee grounds… it’s disappointing how this is becoming more of a practice rather than an incident… There is no quality control or standards in this chain.

The wait times here r disgusting, mine car was the only car in the drive thru when I ordered and they took more than 18 minutes to prepare my order and my order wasn’t even that big, it was just 2
Meals, I don’t know what the problem is with this location.

I just waited 12 minutes at the second window for a mcdouble meal with large fries and a medium coke.after waiting that long (and 6 cars to leave from behind me) when I was finally handed my food and good to go I left. I get home and in the 12 MINUTES to look at my order I STILL end up with medium fries instead of the large I ordered? "Pay extra, wait longer than you should, and STILL screw up your order" should be the sign on the front if this franchise.

This location needs some management changes and some proper employee training! Not my first bad experience here but will be my last!

Decided to stop in after picking my brother up from an emergency room visit. We were the only vehicle in the drive thru. Placed an order, and waited about 15 minutes to eventually see someone and make payment. All 3 windows were empty, went back and forth down the drive thru numerous times to see signs of life inside, even honked a little bit (not to be rude). When we did have someone show at the window, the debit machine wouldn't tap and the "OK" button was missing from the debit machine. We tried pens and markers to eventually pin in a card to pay. Overall, it took about (or felt like) a 20 minute wait just to make payment. The quality of the food really made up for that experience however. It was the wait time - being a single order to be served - empty service windows, and and shoddy debit machine that really did a number on us for this review. Expect far quicker service for the lack of business and what tallied up to about a $40-45.00 order.

I kinda prefer this McDonald's to the others for the mere fact that I get through their drive-thru real quick. There's almost never any line up of cars and they get your orders correct, unlike the one on Albert Street N where they take 6 hours to get you a drink, and 72 business days to give you a McFlurry which even turns out wrong. Anyways, this one appears to be the most tolerable.

I don’t know who was working on Oct 18/19 at 11: 55pm but that was the best made McDouble I have ever had.

Went to grab breakfast this morning, there were two other people whom were waiting inside for their orders.the drive-thru was around the parking lot and and out the entrance which is why i went inside to order. Placed my order at 7: 44am and didn't get it until 8am. I watched the screens pushing car after car through the drive-thru with their waiting times being anywhere from 30sec to 1min and 45 secs. By this time there were several people inside and no one came to take orders that didn't want to use the kiosks they have.two orders were coffee orders and muffins and it took over 10 minutes for those customers. Multiple people expressed their frustration with the lack of priority given to inside people when we placed well before those who were in the drive-thru. This isn't the first time this happened but decided to give another chance, I think I will go elsewhere instead. The manager was rude and didn't care about the concerns being brought forward. Do better.

Worst one yet. 4 times over the last few months and each time they forget something. Also, it drives me nuts having to repeat my order 4 times by the time I'm through the drive thru. Really? Each window you send me to is going to ask my order and you still get it wrong.no words for that.

This location charges more for food then other Mcdonalds. The BLT Egg Mcmuffin meal with a coffee is over $2 more than Rochdale or Dewdney locations. I wont be coming back.

I ordered a meal with large fries. I came home and found it was only a half filled pack of fries. And it seemed like it was leftover fries with small pieces. When I took it back.he said it is impossible.according to him he could not make mistakes. I never meant to write this Review. But he said it is impossible and would check cameras for it was so rude and unacceptable. They really need to train them how to serve a customer.

Ordered a habanero mcchicken with two patties bacon and extra sauce, got a regular mcchicken with like three hand fulls of lettuce and no sauce

The toilet knows that it's me here cause it has flushed numerous times since I sat down so for that it's 4 stars. Food is mediocre I would return I suppose. 3.5 stars there for a rough overall score of 3 stars.

Had hair in my poutine and they lack empathy for the babies and children who were maced at the ex and locked doors and wouldn't give families water!

Worst service ever received. Keep waiting for 20-25 mins for every order. Even all delivery driver have to wait for atleast 20 mins. Every employee just keep ignoring you. Should shut down the restaurant.

I regularly go to 4 McDonald locations in the city and this one is by far the best. The service is quick and efficient and the orders are accurate. Always my preferred location

I'm fairly confident when I say that this is likely the best McDonald's in the city. It's also one of the newest.
90+% of the time your order comes out perfect and even made nice, not rushed through and sloppy when you open it up.
It's not the closest McDonald's to my house but it's definitely the first one I go to unless I'm in a different part of the city

I work for SkipTheDishes and the wait time here is atrocious at night. 10-15 minutes overdue is the norm past about 9pm. Please get it together you guys.

More of a be aware: the doors don't state dine in hours, nor online: it all just says 24 hours.

But in the 5 minutes I waited there to pickup I saw 2 different groups of customers get turned away at 10: 13 pm on a Thursday.

Otherwise this was gonna be a refreshing new location from the elphinstone one, but alot of the same problems seem present still

It's very horrible place for skip drivers, never they give attention for correct time delivery, never they give respect to other persons time also

The first time I ate here when it first opened the food was hot and fresh. Since then it seems to get worse each time I have eaten here. Last time it took forever to receive the order and then my burger was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. Fries were cold. Very disappointing.won't be back. All the McDonald's have decided not to allow dining in regina.not sure how rest of restaurants can manage this during covid except for them.

Horrible service. We were in one drive through and they kept letting others in before us. They just kept telling us to wait a moment.

Looks good from outside but the service is below poor.i order spicy harbernou from drive thru today and also waited at reserved but still the employees forgot to put bacon and cheese in burger and i saw that there were many employees working at night but still how could someone forget to put bacon and cheese in burger as i order. Even in the receipt it’s written.
Very very poor service provided from the employees. Really disappointed.

All in all not bad one drink was messed up and one burger was to only not have mustard but it came with no pickle and no onion as well.

Visited twice. Not a good experience either time. 1st time i waited 5 minutes in an empty restaurant to have to say "Excuse me " to get someone to come to the till and serve me. Then after ordering, the lady after me was served first and had an order 4X the size of mine. Took 15 minutes for a burger combo. 2nd time, I ordered a double double and got just milk.not sure if I'll give it a 3rd chance.

Very clean but it's a new location that's expected, easy access fast service. Could be tough getting in and out during a major event

This was my first time having such a fresh and amazing Chicken burger ever during my McDonald’s visits. Loved it & this is going to be my permanent location when it comes to McDonald's:)
