Disappointing experience today!

We ordered via kiosk and then were called by number a few minutes later to be informed they were out of one of the items ordered. No apology or suggestion, just "we're out of ice cream". So when I asked for a refund it was processed, again no acknowledgement or quick apology for the inconvenience. Apparently "extra pickles" maxes at 4, and our medium fries although fresh came half full at best.
There are no refills for sodas at this location either. I didn't think we had high expectations but this was a miss from our usual.

Absolutely atrocious service. Worst McDonald's in town. Had an order that had not one, not two, not three but four ridiculous mistakes.

Brutal, will never go here again.

The food at this McDonald's is as well standardized as any of them. The drive thru can take a very long time during peak hours - I waited 45 minutes for 3 burgers on my most recent visit. If you like to people watch, it's a good one to visit - but it's probably better to mind your own business.

We all know we shouldn't eat fast food. Sometimes you just want some sodium and carbs in a hurry. This was not that.

14 min at the drive-thru is not fast food.

I will not be returning, and both my body and my brain will be happier for that.

Do not go to this location. It's not worth the calories or the annoyance

WORST service ever.whether its dine in or drive thru.l was doing a skip the dishes and waited 15 minutes excluded the preparation time because they keep talking, laughing and doesn't care about the customers. There's a lot of line up in both dine-in and drive thru and they don't show any concern. That manager JASMIN KAUR. (east indian l pressume) l dunno if that's the right spelling of her name is rude, entitled and very inconsiderate.maybe she needs more training when it come to SERVICE and MANAGEMENT. This 22nd location is the worst crew and location ever!

I have been at this location in the afternoon several times. The service seems to be on point. The area is low income, but no one bothered me.

They serve the people in the drive thru first.in store you pull up a chair and wait 25 minutes

Went for breakfast and the machine didn't print my ticket. Went to the order desk she didn't understand me and charged me someone's else's meal. Who was waiting, then that customer paid me because the worker was wasting time. Then they finally refunded me but not the whole amount. Left with my order and then I noticed they messed it up and gave me just a bagel and not the egg blt one.

Food was cold when we got it. Not enough seating. I preferred the old building. Should have kept it the same. Now I know why I prefer the drive-thru at this location. Also getting stared down by an older lady employee while eating is disturbing.

First off I got to the speaker to order and the lady that answered clearly displayed she did not want to be there and was very rude and being pushy for us to not order much and then we order and get our food and got home open the bag and not only did they not give one of the burgers correct the fries were basically not edible and the burger my girlfriend got was missing random toppings we didn't ask for anything special just the normal burgers so nothing should have been messed with either way horrible horrible food and service literally didn't do anything good if the other McDonalds isn't closed definitely go there before this one or even burger king they're food is at least edible

Been going here for years.
Recently got a regular coffee labeled as decaf. It made me really sick.
Not trusting these clowns again! So long McCafe

One of the not so good McDonald’s to visit. Went to the drive-thru on a road trip and man was the whole experience a flop. We ordered two bacon egg McMuffins, Jr.chickens and iced coffees. The attendant who was working the drive thru window couldn’t get our order right, we had to repeat ourselves about 3 times. Order took forever to come out and not up to McDonald’s standards. The English muffin was burned with burnt bits embedded in the cheese. All of the bread on both sandwiches was stale to the point where my jaw was getting sore from chewing for so long. Yeah sure, I want a sharp jawline but not like this…

The only redemption they have for a 2 star instead of a 1 star review is the iced coffee. Coffee flavour wasn’t watery and was the only good thing we got out of our whole meal!

About average in comparison to all other McDonald's I've been to. They always seem to forget to give me a straw though, which isn't so Aladeen.

My last visit was not good but I was happy to return here and found that the service has improved and the restaurant is cleaner.

Fries were cold, my big Mac must have been thrown in the bag cause when I opened it everything was all over the place covered in sauce, the people who helped me at the window were nice tho I woulda gave a one star but they were really good.overall disappointed

I am willing to wait for a burger that isn't swimming in smush. What the actual hell is this? (See photo of a mcdouble that looks like its drowning in regurgitated sauce). Never again. Any location but this one. What a joke.

It's a typical McDonald's restaurant during the 2021 covid pandemic there trying hard to be safe with the safety of the customer and employees.as for the employees there early morning greet is always friendly and cheerful like any other fast food place it may take more time expected to get your order still isnt a big deal I'd recommend them to anyone

The drive through was quick to deliver the correct order but the operators lack common courtesy and politeness. 5/5 for accuracy and speed, 3/5 for all the other stuff that one coukd expect.

Its was pretty busy in the drive through, we had coconut pineapple smoothies, they tasted good.

Came here wanting to get some fast food only to be greeted by a moody, disrespectful, and entitled worker who would refuse my service due to me getting out to stretch. I can’t seem to wonder why that would be a problem but apparently it is with this lady at this terrible location. Really expected better from this place

It’s called “drive through” not sit in line for 6 min at 5: 00am and then be parked for 3 min to wait for your order. You would think the food would be fresh, ordered two chicken McMuffins, inedible! Both hard as a rock and a cold hash brown literally thrown in the bag, no wrapper! You seriously need some employees and managers who actually care. Disgusting food!

Been to this location a few times. As far as McDonald’s goes the quality is still lower than other locations. Most recently when I went here my friend got out of the vehicle to stretch his legs and the lady refused service to us altogether. No reasoning just told us to leave.

Ordered bunch of food 2 junior chickens were missed throughout the order only noticed by the time we got home so said screw turning around just need to pay more attention to orders

I have been to McDonald's all over the world. This is the worst. Rude staff. Cold food. NEVER get my food right.i ask for well cooked hashbrowns and i get almost raw. Given them many chances in 7 years. Done. Never again.

The customer service at this location is terrible. The woman taking my order was very miserable and when I went to the first window to pay she looked very grouchy and unhappy. I went there in a good mood and left feeling miserable too. What happened to friendly customer service? Can’t seem to find that very many places these days. Also, I ordered their breakfast burritos a few times and every time they were mostly dough and barely any eggs and such inside of them, what a waste of money. They are a huge company that makes a lot of money, they should at least make the portions a decent size. I will definitely be thinking twice before I go there from now on.

Everytime I go to this location I have to pull up to wait at the reserved spots. Even when it's ONE CHEESEBURGER.

As you can see you the pictures I posted the place was an absolute mess this was the McDonald's on 22nd Street and Avenue W you know which one I'm talking about. It was an absolute disgrace and some guy was on one in the corner. I wish management would go into their washers once in awhile clean them absolutely disgusting and I will never go back to this McDonald's until somebody tells me otherwise and it is cleaned up

Special ordered 2 Big Macs with quarter pounder patties and extra sauce. So good! Quick and friendly service.

Do not come here if you are in a hurry. It doesnt matter if they are slow or busy, you have to get used to hearing "That's going to be awhile, please pull ahead". For bigger orders I can understand, but a bagel? When I was the first person in the drive through? Or another time I was asked to pull up to wait 10 minutes for 2 coffees. It is ridiculous.

I don't really care for Micky-D's anymore. Stand in line to order, stand in line to pay, stand in line to pick up food.

Went last night at midnight shortly after getting out of a concert and on my way home. Sat in the line up that started to extend nearly to the street for well over 15 minutes. I was already far up in the line when it started to get really busy. A few cars in front moved through, then I got to the mic. No one responds, no one responds, finally after YELLING into the mic asking if anyone there is taking orders, does a woman finally come on saying they are closed for maintenance and someone must have moved the blockade.
Considering about 6 cars moved through ahead of me and there were about 20 cars in the line WHY DID NO ONE COME OUT TO SAY THEY WERE CLOSED AND PUT THE BARRIER BACK UP? ! I was so Hangry after waiting nearly 20 minutes I could have gone to the confed location and have gotten my food in the time that I waited for this. It was absolutely ridiculous.

Paige, just helped me and I left feeling very happy. Two nights in a row I stopped by this location and ordered coffee when I was ordering I asked if the coffee was fresh and the first night bought 2 coffees the one was hot and fresh but mine was ice cold. Last night I checked when I was at the window and the girl working said that was the hottest coffee they had and asked what I expected her to do. I said make fresh coffee and she told me they can’t always have fresh coffee. I was so upset I drove away. I tried calling for at least 30 min and gave up. I understand people have bad days, I also understand it’s possible she accidentally grabbed the wrong coffee pot but it was just upsetting that she was not willing to make the situation better. Anyways thank you Paige, you are very good at your job.

It's only that waiting behind 7 or 8 people is a bit annoying and some of the people don't understand English that well

This location is a playground for Saskatoons meth and crackheads. I wouldn't ever take my wife n kids here at anytime. Crack dealers constantly in and out the door. This is not a safe place.

Came here with my friend at lunch. Waited over 30mins for two meals. One chicken burger thing and a quarter pounder. They gave us a cheese burger and Big Mac. Wasted my entire lunch break at school save for 3mins to get back. Completely ridiculous. Plus when I went here with my mother we ordered two coffees and had to wait 15 minutes. This is the worst McDonalds in the city for orders.

The service is not good at all from RM to crew members are no hairnets and no gloves and the lobby is dirty

Takes longer then expected and the iced coffee I ordered with caramel didn't taste like anything had been added.

Its MacDonalds if you have never been to a MacDonalds then crawl back under your rock. Its good! Just double check your drive thru order.

Very dirty nd when i told the women who was cleaning the bathrom its not the floors tht need to be cleaned its the toilet seats she just smiles like she had no idea what i was saying! Very dirty ppl

Consistently 'down for system changeover' I wonder if corporate knows about this regular occurrence?

It's a sad day when a man must review a fine dining establishment such as this and give an honest review. Not sad for the restaurant, they did a great job. Eat here, it's spectacular, beyond compare. But sad, that society has been reduced to this. Is this McDonald's (a carbon copy of every other McDonald's) good? That is a deep question. "Nothing is good or bad, but thinking makes it so. " If you are reading this review to consider whether you should visit the Confederation McDonald's instead, I would eat here, but then reevaluate your life choices that brought you to be reading this review. At a certain point you gotta wonder what it's all about.

Salad was good.but filet o fish was dry and crusty! I only get one once in a "blue moon" and it's gonna be a long time till next one.

Paige helped me with the menu board and went out of her way. I asked the girl if my meal was all there and she said yes. I got home and there were items missing. I had to drive back and get it. But Paige helped me get my items with no hassle

I'm not into McDonald's Restaurant too much, THEY seem to have problems with remembering orders A little bit of too many times.dl So I Shouldn't be recommending them. Just my opinion

Worst McDonalds in the city. I have been to every McDonalds in the city and this is the worst. They take forever giving your order. The staff here do not care about nothing. I just went and waited for 30mins for my food in the drive thru late at night.so it was understaffed. I asked the person for my order and drove up to pay.i got my food and something was missing so I told them to add it. So i had to wait even longer now. Then when I got my burger they didn't get what I asked for. Then driving away I realized they never gave my drink but said have a goodnight that was it. So i had to go drive around to the drive thru again and get them to get my large coke.which btw tasted flat and not cold. Worst Mcds.never going back. Had problems previous times here too. Ppl i know complain about the laziness there too. Someone report this place.

Somewhat seedy area of town but I never eat inside here anyway. The drive thru is fantastic and modern and well lit and the service is always fast and friendly.

A lot of times these guys screw up on my orders. I order mostly late at night. They are friendly about their mess-ups but it does happen more often than it should. Staff need to pay more attention to detail.
