I was very hungover and needed some food to calm my stomach down for the ride home. Pro tip just some plain bread seems to work after you're done throwing up a bunch lol. I asked for a bun. That's it, just a plain bun. The person taking the order was quick to figure out how to put that through the system. But when I got my plain bun, it had ketchup and pickles on it. All I wanted was a bun and I had to eat a bun with ketchup. Did it stop me from throwing up yes. Was it absolutely disgusting. Also yes.

The app is garbage - couldn't place the order the way I wanted to. They didn't give me my food at curbside. 20 minutes after my order I picked up my cold sandwich and watered down drink. No apologies from staff - just a manager yelled "What! " When I grabbed my order.

Waited 30 minutes for my take out meal and then discovered at home that they screwed up my order. Wasn’t even very busy in restaurant

Always get your order wrong at this location, always dirty tables and the play area is disgusting, bathroom had a broken sink and couldn’t even wash your hands, and then the hand sanitizers were out of sanitizer. Worker who gave me my order tried to argue with me when I said I order 2 cheese burgers not one, I was even showing my receipt that had 2 on there. Then received the driest McDonald’s burger ever and cold fries. Every time we’ve been through the drive through they’ve got our order wrong, this wasn’t a single incident (we live out of town and this one’s on our way out) we’ll be going out of our way now to go to different ones from now on. Thought we’d give it a few chances but it’s terrible experience every time

Always insanely slow, took 15 mins to get a coffee and mcmuffin the other day and it's happened multiple times with many orders over the last few months

Where are the hash browns with our meals? Such a pain when on the road and part of order missing.

Probably the worst McDonalds in Sask. Consistently slow as they come and usually get the wrong order. Just an all around joke.

Don't order curbside! I had to go into the restaurant after waiting curbside for 20 minutes! Complete chaos, they need a new manager who can better organize their staff. There was 8-10 people working back there!

I ordered from this location, and apparently double checking is not something they specialize in because my most recent order. I was missing half of my food I paid for, honestly, very disappointing, needs better management.

Long wait time at night.more than 30 min.just close the shop early if you can't handle

This day we had a blast mom myself and my daughter got to eat. The pop was the best since all I could eat sadly no buffet irony was the dentist just before.

Probably shouldn't advertise your mcflurries if you're ice cream machine never works. ‍️
Forever having to go elsewhere when all I want is a dang mcflurry.

North Albert location, order chicken nuggets and always order sauce, get up to the drive thru window ask if it's in there and of course they say yes. Multiple times now no sauce.

We bought 2 hazelnut iced coffees and 2 regulars. None of them had sugar or taste of coffee in it. They all tasted the same- like ice in water.

I feel shame giving one star. But there is no option to give no stars.

I've always loved McDonald's and would give 5 stars but today I'm only giving 2 stars as I was disappointed with the wait time. 3 people behind me got their orders before me. After the 2nd and 3rd person, I went up to the counter and asked the lady about my order. She said it wasn't quite done yet and I still had to wait quite a bit after they gave the 3rd person his order.

My kids and hubby love it, I don't eat here. It would be nice if they added brown bread, so people can have a healthier choice of bread.

Overall pretty good, once in awhile they screw something up like not putting an egg in my breakfast bagel but? There's bigger problems in life isn't there? Usually they're bang on, foods hot, and reasonable to deal with

Service was good and the food came out fast but the tables were filthy. We had to choose the least messy table to sit at.

We really enjoy dining in here with the kids, it's nice and bright and seems more welcoming than some of the other locations. With that said, we only go at off-peak times. We don't favor this location for drive-thru as we've had the most problems here out of all the McDonald's in the city.not sure as to why. Location is great, quick to get on and off Ring Road.

Spent 25 Dollars there last night, I got home and it was cold, not warm it was cold. It was between 4 and 5pm, so busy you think it would be fresh. My wife said complain, i said no i do not want replaced with more cold food. Just warning everyone they will make someone very ill or dead.

Food was gross and the drinks tasted like they had stood on the counter all morning already. The fridge had no salt and the burgers very dry. And the service sucked took very long to get the food and the staff standing around talking very disappointed

Morning drive through is pretty good, standard McDonald's.

Evening service tends to be quite slow, and fairly inaccurate. I walked away from an order I didn't receive because I had to leave for work. Two donuts and a hot chocolate shouldn't take 15-20 minutes.

Barely any of the staff wearing gloves, even the people handling food decided to go without. The bathrooms have no paper towel despensers so even after washing your hands you should sanitize them after opening the door. All in all, I really just wish they had the sense to wear gloves during a pandemic, but that's just like my opinion man

Food is always dried out and cold. Terrible service from multiple staff members I would rather drive to Dewdney ave location rather than north alberts service.

Mess up your order constantly.confusion at it's finest.

Ask for a black coffee. Got throught the drive thru. They say here's your black coffee. I take a big drink & there it is 3 creams & a sugar. I am a vegan thanks for making me feel like total garbage. Will never be back at any McDonald's ever again.

They seem to give you cold fries also its monopoly days and all there products have no tags to play. Thats not fair and they promote it.

I am so tired of this McDonald’s consistently reducing the wrong or horrible meals. I have not had a warm let alone hot cuppa coffee from this location in well over five months. Not only that the constant mixup of our orders along with half the food being cold when we get it. I should not have to keep going back into the restaurant to get the right order or simply warm food!

Just One Star because 2 of there employees were not up to my expectations and it took longer than 10 mins to get my order in such a dead time. 3 cars passed me and they even forgot my fries. I ordered 6 items and 1 employee even opened the bag to check. I parked my van on the side and notice that my fries were missing, I know from my experience in this place that THEY WILL ALWAYS MESS UP. Also, they had a supervisor/manager working there during 10pm because I walk up to the window and ask for my fries.before you freak out, they close there doors before 10 so I couldn't get in and I'm not gonna go back at drive thru.all I can say is "THEY LACK DISCIPLINE & THEY'RE LAZY". I rather go to Wendy's, Tims, A&W or KFC next time because at least, I know they don't mess up as bad as McDinks.

Who serves a cold coffee in a chilly weather? Aside that every other thing seems good but the cold coffee kills my craving and spoil the mood.

Like most places that do fast food mistakes are made with your orders due to the volume and how fast the staff are working. Even with mistakes service is good always happy to correct issues restaurant inside is also very clean.

Slow service in the drive thru. Could hardly hear the person. They forgot straws the pop tasted horrible. Overall a very bad experience and I will not go back if I am in Regina again.

It took an excessively long time for an extremely simple order.they should change it to slow food instead of fast food.never coming to the mcdonald’s again and not recommending to anyone.
