McDonald's

Kinda sucked. They forgot to give us a fork for the poutine, got us the wrong sizes for our drinks, and gave us a caramel Sunday instead of a hot fudge one. I dont know why they got everything so wrong since we ordered on the ordering machine. We saw a worker come in 30 minutes late and one who barely wiped down the tables before walking off to do something else. I forgot to mention that everything was cold except our drinks. The ordering machine didn't even print out our receipts. Kids are running around barefoot, and there's slipping hazards that haven't been cleaned up since we've been here (45 minutes). It's loud and the food made me sick. Terrible place to eat.

Of all the McDonald’s in Saskatoon, never in a million years would I chose this sewer pit there were so many things wrong. They could make a few simple adjustments to their food and service and they’d be okay

It is very dirty, the children's area smells and is not cleaned. My ice cream looked like someone had already eaten it. Does not issue receipts when ordering

Why do the food service people not wear gloves while preparing foods! It may be wonderful in other things but the hygiene is not there

It was a quiet place good for all ages. It has a play place for kids. The elderlies also have an opportunity to relax without disturbance as the kiddies play place is separated from the eating section. The cleaned tables are immediately disinfected.

If you want to experience a McDonald's that decides what you SHOULD have ordered this is the location for you. At this point we go here just to see how bad they can screw up our order.

Went through drive thru. Sat in one lane as 4 other cars in the other lane had their order taken. Eventually just drove up to the first window. The young man there had horrible customer service. Treated us very poorly. Upon driving to the second window was greated by an amazing young lady who offered kindly to take our order and the manager was fantastic as well as a young lady who brought out our food.

Just a normal fastfood shop, similar to other branches. But i guess there is a little bit problem with the cleaningness.
It is very nice that a corner of the restaurant is developed as a kid corner, which makes children busy that parents can enjoy their meals.
I ordered the McGridle set, just an average one. You can’t expect anything more than that.

The customer service at the drive thru window where you get your food is horrible, no smile, no have a nice day, actually she said nothing, didn't ask if we needed ketchup, comes across as quite rude. Not the first time I've had this experience.

Terrible, just terrible. Got stuck in the drive through for over an hour because they just simply stopped getting orders fulfilled. I would have left but was literally stuck in the drive through cue. No I dont mean waiting in line to order, I mean after paying and before getting to the pickup window the line stop moving for an hour. When I eventually did get to the pickup window I was told the order was not ready yet, and to wait in a special order queue. After another 15 min they brought put my order. Drinks where warm and flat, fries where cold with no salt and in true Mcdonalds fashion the order was missing items. So I go inside to get the missing item and overal complain about the terrible service to find another 15 or so people that ordered inside 45-60 min ago, had paid and where still waiting. Of the crew of 12 or more employees only 2 were doing all of the work while the others sat around doing relativley little beyond watching orders expire. They did eventually scrap together my missing items but made no attempt to salvage the transaction. To say they had the B team on tonight would be overly generous, this was just absolutely pathetic.

Went for a early morning coffee, while waiting at the front I noticed something which is the nightmare for the people who have food allergies. This staff was using his bare hands to make breakfast for everyone at drive thru while touching ham, chicken, eggs, salads and you name it while wiping his hands with his pants. Also wearing a regular cap in kitchen instead of head covering nets. Cross contamination clearly can be seen which is against food safety rules and not following McDonald’s food standards. Will not go to this branch EVER AGAIN. Avoid ordering your food from this location if you care about your and your loved ones health and hygiene.

It took 15 minutes to get just a drink. Ordered through the electronic ordering system and waited to get acknowledged so I could get a cup. There was only 1 group of teens ahead of me in line but no workers actually stood in front of the tills to take orders from in-store customers. I know they focus on drive thru, but it's unacceptable

Also my iced tea tasted like chlorine

This branch makes the most horrible drinks in Saskatoon McDonald’s stores, just HORRIBLE!
Also you feel that this branch has no manager, since everything is always delayed or done wrong and store seems in chaos in general. It’s unfortunate that it’s the closest to where I live!

Did so many little things wrong that it is unbelievable in addition to uncourteous staff. Mcdonalds is usually on their tier of their own but this place is probably in the lower 5% of all McDonald’s.

1 star.they make 6 of us wait in the parking lot for a food not enough damage stalls got.it all! 3 stalls means 3 CUSTOMERS AT A TIME!

It's quite fast and just like the everyday fast food joint, you want a delicious grease dripping burger, come here. 1 of my 2 main McDonald places in the city now. Normally 8 burgers and 2 large fries would take time. 5 minutes they brought it out and there was no mistake made.

The staff are friendly and polite. They have two floors! This makes seating easy. A big playgym for the kids when covid slows down a bit. All in all its my fav in town

I came today around 2: 20pm and ordered a McChicken meal. While i was waiting for my food one of the old kitchen ladies wearing glasses, took off one glove and had the other one on. While she was making my sandwich she scratched her hair and proceeded as if nothing happened. This is the worst experience I have had with McDonald's and in covid times too!? Where are the cleanliness and safety procedures? I refuse to come back at this location. NOT RECOMENDED!

While waiting for my food at the drive through, I saw a staff member preparing someone's McFlurry, they had some trouble getting the chocolate bits out of the cup they were using as a shaker and then stuck their ungloved wet fingers into the shaker cup to break up the chocolate. When that didn't work, they took the top off and used their hand to break it up before getting a spoon.

I saw all this because I was waiting about ten minutes after paying for my three double cheeseburgers at the pick up window.

Usually better care here, and normally I wouldn't post a review like this, but with covid regulations tightening and the variants causing spikes, it seemed really unprofessional and a health risk.

When we went in Josh was SUPER friendly, helpful and struck up a conversation with my husband! It was clean inside and our food was still hot. And it has an upstairs? Like what?

They are too slow I’m working in SkipTheDishes and I have waited too long to have the order for my customer they are too slow

I stopped at this place after my graveyard shift. Got two mcdoubles, one for myself for when I returned home and one for my girlfriend's lunch. When I started eating mine, after a few very enjoyable bites I felt a sharp pain in the top of my mouth. A finger/toe nail, in my sandwich, now pierced into my gums.

Truly disgusting. Have not yet found the courage to search the other sandwich for a nail.

Went to the McDonalds off Ludlow street at 145pm today and I went in order 2 kids meals.first of all there is only on entrance and that same entrance serves same purpose as exit one way in one way out.only of the 4 pre order screens was working too People who are in line ordering and being cut thru by people coming in the only entrance an only exit there was no hand sanitizer it was empty at the front and then 3 people who ordered after me only 2 kids meals got their big orders first.like I'd like to think this had nothyn to do with me being aboriginalthey give me my drinks last meanwhile I had jus waited 13 mins and now I have to go thru people again.no social distancing awful awful place walijg time bomb here

I enjoy getting a meal once in awhile, but sometimes the cashiers are a bit rude. Other then the rude cashiers my visit was great

Polite service, clean dining area, and a polite request for a name for their Covid list. No muss, no fuss and no bother.

3 outta 5 is about right. I don't know if McDonald's has done away with quality control or the next generation of workers are lazy and don't take pride in their work but seriously, at least get the burger on the bun. For the love of the Big Mac please god put less sauce on the damn thing or throw me enough lettuce on the side for a salad.

Every time we order from this location something is missing and when I've talked to the manager or person working they say it's not their fault, or that I'm lying it wasnt in the bag. Like give your head a shake I will never order, or go to this McDonald's again.

Great service. Remember that this place is super busy at supper time. Waif times can be long. Plus the drive thru line ups get confusing when they get long.

This is the worst mcdonalds in Saskatoon. Food is cold alot and today I waited 10 mins in the drive thru after using the mobile app for 3 coffees, which they also mislabeled.

This drive through always gives me trouble. I can't think of more than three or four times when my order was correct. We ordered mc griddles and got mc muffins. I ate them and they were fine but going inside and getting the order is about the only way they get it right.

Not clean, whole building needs a good sanitizing wash inside (yes, walls!) and garbage pick-up outside.especially during this pandemic!

As an average customer, this establishment does suit my basic needs. However, as a Skip Courier, they closed off a lane to stem traffic, therefore putting many couriers behind schedule vastly. It left me no choice but to notify the team at Skip.

This McDonald's can get bent. Asked for a plain cheeseburger for my kids happy meal, it was put on the receipt as a plain burger so they knew exactly what they were supposed to do, low and behold my 5 year old got a plain cheeseburger covered in pepper. I went it to complain and the chick replaced the burger but didn't care at all, and seemed annoyed. Way to go bud who made the burger, you're super funny making a kid cry, you're lucky he doesn't have an allergy to pepper. Don't mess with people's food, it's not funny and you look like an epic douche.

It's hard to expect service at this McDonald's. I bought Happy Meal, but I didn't give you yogurt, so I asked and said we don't have. I certainly paid the price of Happy Meal, but didn't get it just because the yogurt wasn't there. It's wired.
