McDonald's

Would give zero stars if possible. They are always lacking in cleanliness as well as food is always terrible looking and tasting.
This place should save everyone the headache and close for good, or let someone runs it who actually cares about quality service.
Won't go back.

Monday, October 2nd at 8pm. The restaurant looked like a disaster zone. Garbages were overflowing, drink area was covered in spill, and the floor had trash all over. Instead of cleaning the restaurant, 2 staff were keeping themselves "busy" chatting and putting up balloons. The service was incredibly poor. Staff need to be held to a higher standard, or business will suffer.

I go here whenever I want to remind myself why I don't eat McDonald's. You want to serve all day breakfast serve hash browns! I don't want fries for breakfast!

Why is it just randomly closed constantly. Anytime after 10: 00 pm it’s a 50/50 shot it’s open. Tried going now at the 24 hour drive thru and closed

I bought a morning version of a junior chicken, but I received a rock-hard English muffin with a piece of egg. The word chicken is in the name. I don't know how a key ingredient like chicken could be forgotten.

Doubt the owner will see this but I know you guys are always swamped. I get that I have to wait. That's 21st century fast food. But can you put dipping sauses in the bag. 0/40 times in the last 4 years. It's to the point where I just expect no sauce. At this point don't ask what kind we want if there is no intention to ever but it in. Just feels like a joke now. Thanks

The drive thru is unpredictable, you don't know if it will be a good or bad day. Today I had an interesting addition to my hot fudge sunday. A metal ring which appears to be a part from the ice cream machine. Luckily I seen it before I would have required a dentist.

Just getting worse by the minute sadly. After I paid over 10 minutes for a Big Mac and qp w cheese. 39seconds to make reg meat and 104 seconds for qp Pattie’s. Tons of staff running around, no one inside and 3 vehicles parked for over ten min. Worth it to drive to warman they are so good there and always fresh and hot. This was my mistake: bite immediately when got burger. Both meat colder than the ketchup and lettuce…. Fries barely Luke warm. I’m disappointed I love local but can’t come back.

Every time I go here my burger has half of the ingredients on the side of the burger and as if Muhammad Ali himself rose from the grave and smashed it with a right hook. Oh and of course never get a receipt. Yall GM needa get fired

First thing about McDonald’s in ‘ville is that they’re understaffed. It takes forever for your food to be ready. However, the food has always been good, until today. I went today and was told to wait because they were making a fresh batch of fries. When I got home to eat them they tasted stale. Not only were the fries stale but the burger was too! The bun was almost rock solid that’s how stale it was! I am THOROUGHLY disappointed and unimpressed. Never will I go to McDonald’s again.

Don’t think it’s a good idea for an employee (manager maybe just by shirt she was wearing) to be in the back with her coat and purse swinging her long hair around and then stealing a donut (being called out on it to) rolling her eyes and then leaving. Aren’t the fastest place either.

Worked here for a weekend and food / service was significantly better than most in western Canada. Local staff and hot food.

Slowest service in Saskatchewan. Drive thru doesn’t move, I watched 6 cars just leave after waiting for so long.

My stars have gone done as te has gone on. I come here almost daily to get a coffee. Sometimes it takes (like you would expect) under 5 minutes. Other times when it's mildly busy, it will take upwards of 15 minutes. Let me say that again 15 minutes for 1 coffee. From my observation, this is due to an incredibly ill managed team. However, the early morning shift, is incredible. Always friendly and very efficient. So please whoever manages this place, do something. The wait time should not be this long. Ever.

Fries are always under salted and are never full. The chicken nuggets are either cold or cooked to the point where they are burnt. On the times I have ordered a Diet Coke I have often got a coke. There are often times where I have waited 20+ minutes and food has still been cold.

Service was good but cleanse not so much great I feel like they can make it much cleaner area to eat I sat at a table where it was still dirty wasn’t wiped down after a customer sat down there.

Not sure who hired management for this place but wow, just WOW the worst establishment I've EVER been to ever! Only reason I go there is bc of my kids, the order speaker either doesn't work or they just ignore you, so I ordered at the window, I waited longer ok fine, hands me the order and not one drink for any of the kids meals included, ppl behind me were getting fed up a just pulling out and leaving all together, they need to obviously do an overhaul in there bc its absolutely insanely miss managed!

This restaurant is the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. I have been waiting for my order for over 20 minutes which was supposed to be curbside delivery. I have since come inside the restaurant to inquire and was told they would have it ready right away. It has been another 5 minutes and I still haven't received my order. Everyone else inside the restaurant has also been waiting for over 20 minutes for their meals as well. This is not the first time that I have had an extremely long wait for my meal at this restaurant either but it will definately be the last. I will never come here again and would advise anyone else to do the same.

Changed my 2 star review to a 5 star. Over the last few months, their food and service has majorly improved. I’m very pleased with how accurate my orders are now. Tanner is always very pleasant to deal with and is a very hard worker.

The food is old 90% of the time when I go at midnight or later. Today I went at 4: 30 and the food was still bad. I only keep coming here because I like McDonald's.

Service is good, they're quicker then they were from the start.for the last 5 times we've gone here we haven't had any problems or anything missing.they have improved, hopefully they continue that. I find the late evening is the best time to go with no problems and leave satisfied.

How come nearly every employee at this location seems like they hate their life and are so rude without any sort of manners or means of customer service. I've tried going out of my way many times being as polite as possible, thanking them for everything and most of the time they just stare back with a blank face and walk away. Even the managers and people of higher power here are always so grumpy. They really need to figure it out.

Had to wait for 3 orders to be taken on the other side of the drive thru before mine was taken, all to be given the wrong order at the window.

Do not care about the customers inside as much as the drive thru waited at the till for close to a minute before being helped and than 7 min f0r my order and fries were cold

Don't come here on Fridays it's too busy and they don't acknowledge people at the cashier booth there was one person waiting there for at least 15 minutes

6.99 for 10 nuggets! With a drink you're at 9 dollars for a child to eat. Maybe I'm shocked just because I don't eat here typically.

Been here many times and order double big Mac and a double quarter pounder for wife and I. They always get food order wrong. They get food orders right about once every 4 times we go there. Might have to start going to A&W or Dairy Queen. The teens working there are too busy visiting with friends then to actually do some work. All complaints should be filed with corporate so regional manager could come in and straighten problems out

I was in front of the line in the drive thru waiting for 20 minutes with no greeting or any kind of service. The drive thru line was getting bigger and still no service of any kind. Not even a "We will be with you soon" then as I decided to start to drive away I heard on the ordering intercom an employee say "bye". So then I had to drive around the building get into the back of the line to place my order. Then when I get the food it was cold! Absolutely terrible service and bad employees at this McDonald's.

This is Armaan the best employee to have ever worked here y'all are mad that you got the right food but when you wanted to try and finesse us it didn't work. I've worked there for over a year and a half and i don't recall any of this.yes, there have been times when the employees mess up your order but the employees have always been respectful and given a replacement.you just don't know how to appreciate their hard work and actually take a minute to see how nice the people are there.

It's nice to still have a place open 24hrs to stop by for coffee in the morning. Service is always quick and efficient. Try the chicken mcmuffin. It's delicious!

The staff here have a lot to deal with holy heck. Tons of screaming kids and impatient people galore. Props to all of you for doing such a good job under such intense pressure. I find it most useful to order ahead of time via the app and pick up my food using the drive thru. The staff have always worked well with the app, and my food is great every time!

Haven't had problems with service since coming here, food on the other hand, could use some more diligent hands working on it. As of this posting, it is November 2nd 2020, and of the three items I had ordered that are supposed to carry the Monopoly promotion game on them, all three were just regular food and beverage containers. If this promotion is going until the 9th, why not allow customers to participate?

Every single time the order is wrong! So frustrating to get back home and have to come out again! Worst Macdonalds ever!

Drive through menu is annoying waiting for it to change to see what options or meals are available if you dont know what your ordering take you awhile for it scroll through. Also the whole pull up and wait when no one is behind u is annoying. I mean fast food nothing fast when ya wait.

The fries were barely warm and grease soaked. Big Mac was ok. The service wasn't overly fast as half the staff was messing around. Told the manager that he was out of lids and noticed he walked by and left garbage on the floor. Place was not clean. I'll drive an extra 10 min to Saskatoon.

Messed up my order like usually, also waited 10 min, which I don’t mind if I get fresh food, but of course chicken nuggets were cold. Worst service ever. Worst managers ever. Worst McDonald’s in Canada. Please get better at your jobs so I can come eat some food when I’m hungry.

Horrible customer service. Takes over 10 minutes to get food. The food you do get is cold and soggy. Place needs a management overhaul.
