McDonald's

Waited for 10 minutes to get breakfast by the time I was home to eat it, I realized the only thing on my blt was the two things I had asked to be omitted. I then drove back to the "restaurant" and tried to explain what was wrong with my order, resulting in another obscenely long wait. I noticed many people looking at their receipts and watches/ phones indicating they too were made to feel as if their business did not matter.

Would not recommend this location, maybe though the drive thru is quicker and more accurate.

Ordered apple juice and got orange juice, and also missing a wrap, how many mistakes you could make on a small order? Lol

Ordered a happy meal for my son and it was inedible. The fries were so old he couldn't even chew them and the burger bun was dry and hard. This location has the worst quality control.

I went in to order a meal. After 10 minutes of waiting a senior walked up to get a cup of coffee. While we were waiting, we had a five minute discussion about the lack of service. Finally I wished her luck in getting service and walked out empty handed. The lady told me the service is always that bad here, and recommended the McDonald's down the road. I recommended she starts going to a different place where they feel they need customers.

We were there on drive through for more than 10 minutes no one took our order and the moment we came through window the guy gave us look like we were asked him something wrong the whole staff was laughing and didn’t took us seriously

Dirty floors, dirty washrooms, even the one in the play place, they should hire good cleaner here, it's so yucky.this is restaurants and people come here to eat and stay. I notice the cleaner is not a good cleaner! She had no respect too, people eating and she's annoying.

Zombie food. Poor service. Some good employees, but mostly kids who do not care about being there. Why would they? Pay em' more cheap #####.

Horrible staff that don't listen and make slop not food! Can't stir coffee. Fire n rehire!

I was just at McDonald's half hour ago. And I walked in to order my fries. I noticed a employee was ordering which is fine. I waited while 2 other employees were at the till. I dunno what was going on but they where visiting, talking and making random eye contact to me, "like I was not waiting to order". Finally it was my turn and got no apologie that I had to wait almost 10 min. Then she gave me. 40 cents in nickles. I am just glad I have patience.

Food is often not fresh and they mess your order up often. Oct 30/21 update. I have been eating here a lot lately do to a busy schedule. Your food is good only when its fresh. What I paid $16 for tonight was horrable. I can not believe it was even given to me like this. My last six times in your drive through was shameful. If I was not so tired tonight. I would have gone back and made a huge complaint in your store. Next time I will.

Worst experience ever.
Asked for a cage mocha, go to drink it and ask it was was milky water.
Went back they gave a French vanilla latee and we left and it wasn't even hot, also milky water.
Gave up going back. We had also got a regular coffee and as we were drinking there was a hair in it. Worst $10 we've ever spent.

A young lady I work with asked me to stop here for a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns. So I did. This is the Victoria East one beside Royal Bank. I paid for 2 meals, both bacon and egg Mcmuffins, both hashbrowns, one hot chocolate & one large d.d. Coffee. Paid with a $20 got $8.30 back. First the manager said they had no H. C. I said ok, I'll take OJ. Next I was handed one meal. I then waited. They were going to give me OJ, but I said I also need a coffee and a tray. Didn't I give you your coffee? Nooo. And I'm waiting for another meal. You didn't pay for 2 meals. I said, pointing, ask the girl in the other window. Then he said it again. I said why would I scam you out of a 6 dollar meal? I got handed another meal. He maintained I only paid for one meal. I just looked at the guy and said say your sorry! I said it again. He didn't. I also never got my receipt. But I tweeted McDonald's Canada. Typically they apologize, ask what happened. And ask if you'd like coupons for free meals. But my hope is the Manager is corrected. And doesn't mistreat customers.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese here and got a bagel with with mayo and a slice of processed cheddar. Haha how can this place be so terrible.

Stopped here for the kids with the intent on getting a "quick" supper on Halloween but I forgot that this location is ALWAYS super slow. I put my order in at 7: 09 Pm and stood there watching dozens of Skip the Delicious orders come and go until 7: 36 Pm when my order was finally ready, only to realize all the fries were cold, hard and stale, the burgers might have been warm and they absolutely weren't made to order. I don't know why I didn't tell the kids to eat literally anywhere else but next time I won't be stopping at McDonald's. Tired of these shenanigans.

Went to this location after the Rider game as it was close to the Hotel we were staying at. Ordered our food via the self service thing which went smoothly. My brother and I then proceeded to wait almost 30 mins for our food (wasn't busy at all, this was around 11pm) When we got back to the hotel, the orders were messed up. I will probably never visit that location again.

Consistent today however the line was moving slow this morning and the person on the mic wasnt "lovin in" like Justin Timberlake sang

Easily the worst breakfast I've ever had at any McDonald's. Meal was ready in less than 30 seconds. English muffins were dried out so bad I cut the roof of my mouth taking a bite. Must've been on the warming rack past their time.

The service at the drive-thru was ridiculous like I waited in line for 10-15 mins for my turn then they asked me to park my car at the front. I had to wait like 30 mins to get the order

We ordered 2 new big macs super sized and a double quarter pounder supersized $36 it was cold the pop was warm no salt on the fries

It's McDonald's. I refuse to eat there l find it disgusting.greasy and l used to always feel nauseous and sick afterwards.but the dog loves going. She would give it 5 paws up if l let her do the review but the languagebarrier curve would be high. I think she prefers the $1.00 hamburger patties. But we were early so it was. 89 cent sausage patties. Oh and on hot day's.she sometimes lets me have some of the ice cream cone but only the top part. The other 75% is hers.

Talk about being spoiled!

Every morning between 5: 00am and 6: 30am the drive through wait is beyond slow. Over the course of five days I averaged my wait time just to place an order to be 15 mins. When politely brought to the staffs at the drive through window the woman didn't even bother to answer or apologize for the wait times. I will be sure to let all my government friends not to attend this McDonald's.

Oh my McDonalds I just don't understand why you can never sell milkshakes everytime I go I'm told they just cleaned it.personally that's great I'm.glad it gets cleaned now make me a clean milkshake or it's broken. If my equipment was broken that often I think I would replace it or better yet have your order boards indicate when not available.and let's put the self order units in the drive thru so you don't have to decrypt the sounds coming out to confirm your order

I didn't get a receipt with my meal, and the counter staff were "Too Busy" to get me one. I feel the error wasn't corrected so I wouldn't be able to follow up about the incredibly slow service. This restaurant was clearly overwhelmed and is unable to be adequately serve customers when things get busy.

The coffee I was served had a pinhole leak in it that I wasn't able to notice until I drove away. It was an extra large coffee and it half filled my cup holder with coffee before I noticed. Unacceptable.

Stopping at this McDonald's was a mistake, one I won't make again.

This is an absolutely horrific MDs and I highly recommend you go elsewhere. I went the other day, I waited over 20 min, to receive my order and then it was wrong that had forgotten an item so I caught it at the window and it was fine. I get home and I realize they gave me the wrong items wrapped up so I headed back. Then they remade the items and I went home again to find out they missed all the condiments every single one. So I went back and the lady told me that i was saying the wrong items and it had to be my fault. There is no clearer way to say one quarter pounder with cheese add bacon. Then she refused to refund me because after I finally got the right item and the rest of our food was cold, it was over an hour. She told me to talk to the manager the next time I was in. A horrific experience sure.this happens ALL the time and was my chosen MDs for location. I'm never coming here again.

Try to up sell me on the Grand Big Mac then after I order it tell me you are out of the Grand Big Mac? Also probably time for a new ice cream machine that is more reliable.

By far the worst McDonalds I have ever experienced. I have stopped at this location a few times over the years and I forget how horrible the service is. How incredibly slow the service is. How cold the food is when it is finally ready. And how unorganized this many employees can be at one time.

The management is obviously clueless if there are this many issues on a consistent basis.

Today went for a coffee to this place and it was a disaster, waited 19 minutes for a simple coffee and need to asked 3 different employees for it, as they left just one poor girl to serve the FOH and she was so overwhelmed. She asked for help several times to a young woman that must be a Manager, but this lady just ignored her. She was just relaxing meanwhile the restaurant was falling apart. All customers, at the waiting area were complaining and mad. Any empathy or sense of urgency not shown for this Manager/ Supervisor. This store need a leader to organized and direct employees, also some that takes care of situations like this and face customers. Please avoid this place if you can.

Good, food and service, clean facility. However, there is a small fault. When i revieved my order the straw was located at the bottom of the bag, and it was bent. (see picture for details.) This may seem like a small error but could be corrected easily.

Honestly the worst McDonald's ever.
I watched them make my order and NOBODY was wearing gloves not one single person.as they are grabbing all the ingredients with their bare hands.

Aside from the fact that they are literally completely closed at least once a day they have truly braindead employee’s here. Almost every trip results in an incorrect order. Last time they messed up I phoned for a code and when I went to use it 5 hours later they asked for the food from 5 hours ago, you can’t make this up lol

This is without a doubt the slowest McDonald's drive thru in the city. Even when there are no other cars behind you in line you always have to park in the waiting area

Worst drive through ever, slow, worse than a snails pace. Unorganized. Staff standing around outside. Who knows how much staff actually inside working. I would rate it 1/8 of a star but ot wouldnt let me. Only come here because my grand daughter likes mcdonalds food. Worst slowest experience EVER!

I SPECIFICALLY asked threee times for extra spicy sauce on a ghost pepper mcchicken and they give a regular mcchiken. Not going to that one again: (prince of whales is much better overall, if you guys care to get your order right and good service, this was the 4th time i've been disapointed in this location.
