McDonald’s

I come here every morning to get a coffee with a chocolate shot, but when I go in past noon, suddenly they can’t do it. If I am paying extra for some flavour shot in my coffee, I should have the chocolate available and not exclusively for a mocha. Like? I’m so confused. I guess I’ll just go in the morning where they can actually do it. This was a joke, I was trying not to laugh.

We wanted some mcdonalds and guess what? THEY WERE OPEN BUT THEY LOVKED THE DOORS.because they decided they didnt want to do their job anymore we got in when someone came out and the workers were literally standing in there and talking and having the timeeeeee of their lives. Mcdonalds workers are NOT real

McDonald's consistency is to be expected. And this one is just like the rest. Fries are second to none.

This is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have visited. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our meal as well.

Drive thru experience was good. Didn't mess up my order like some of their other locations.

Closes at 9: 30 pm not 11 pm. Messed up our order, so check your purchase before you pull away. Better yet go to the mcdonald’s in the city.

Really poor service. Paid for sauce and never got it. Everytime I paid for sauce like they ask and I never get it. Drive-through service is poor, really mean to the customers.

5 stars all around. One thing missed in my order but was rectified quickly. Very clean and the staff very polite.

If u do a mobile app and get curbside.be prepared to wait. 20 minutes for a coffee at 8pm when the place is empty and no one in the drive thru. We had to go inside to get our order. It was on the counter with no one around. We took our coffees and left. What is the point of curbside?

Well few things. First fries are cold as hell. Coffee is barely warm rather almost cold. And then there are few flies yes flies flying around like a fighter planes, making buzzing sound before diving down on delicious quarter pounder burger.what can I say fly need to eat too.

Ordered a few burgers with some customizations, asked for extra onions, the burgers had none. At the window I asked for extra sauce packets, they told me I had to pay extra or couldn't have any, never heard of this for a mcdonald's before in my life, even at franchises. Go to any other location in town if you want "good" mcdonald's.

I order a customized burger that nobody gets right on their first try. The Indian girl lady working here at drive through, 1st window got my order correct.

Keep up the awesome work.

Ordered 2 large hot chocolate and got 2vlarge latte. Not happy at all and too far from city to turn back.

I've had good experiences every time I've ordered here. The app can be frustrating, but that's not any stores fault. Friendly staff here.

Oct 16 721pm, walked in right away tons of dirty tables, doors filthy, cold inside and like 3 people working looking stressed and over worked. No one at till to greet us. Man i spent over like 50.00 and what a terrible experience for a brand new mcdonalds built in a nice area. Whos managing this place? Get ur head outta ur a##!

Slow service. Couldn't figure out how to make a burger without seeds on the bun.
They did bring our order to our table for us.

3rd time here and wrong/ missing items every time actually got a burger with the patty missing the last time worst Mc Donalds location around

Worst McDonald’s in Regina. We tried it again tonight thinking maybe after a year something changed. Still cold food, flat pop. Fries tasted hours old. Not happy with this McDonald’s. And it’s not just once. This is the fifth time we have had a bad experience at this location

Brutal service. I was completely ignored for 10 minutes. Our meal wasn't started despite being ordered on the terminal because i had to pay. Nobody at the counter and the one woman ignored me completely even though I was the one with the money not my boyfriend. Would not aknowlage me at all even when they finally came to the front counter let me pay. Woman walked past me waiting 5-9times before a person from the back came up and she was the one at the till. She messed up orders for individuals infront of us and upset them as well

Just ordered 4 mcflurries, 2 were have Empty, one was runnier then a milkshake, and the other one was 3 quarters full, shouldn’t have came smh

Place is a bit to slow for me, reminds me of the Danks just off Park St and Vic. Friendly staff at this location however and was clean when I was inside.

1star is too gracious for the atrocious service we received. Ordered 6 double burgers for both my sons while taking one to work, after dropping him off he called to tell us that all his burgers were singles. We checked the rest of the order and they were all singles as well. After trying 5 times to get through to address the problem, the rude employee told me I was lying and that he personally made our order. Told me to bring back the food and he would refund me.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Waited in line for 15 minutes and saw the 2 cars in front of us receive the wrong orders. Ours seemed to be fine, though the fries were all over the bag. Got home only to find out that my Quarter Pounder with cheese and Big Mac sauce had no cheese and no sauce. This is the second time that parts of our order were wrong. We will never go back to this location. Stay away!

Not to bad, would of gave them 5 stars but they forgot the sauce, even when I told them please make sure the sauce is in the bag. I had to wait for my drive through order at a stall he bought it out and said the condiments are at the bottom. But low and behold no sauce

I ordered a large mocha, they gave me a medium and then gave me attitude when I pointed out the mistake. They corrected the size of the drink but gave me the wrong drink. I can not even identify what type of drink it is, it is so awful. Will not be going back to this McDonalds again.

The 2 Quarter Pounder's were great but both Large Fries we ordered as well were only 3/4 full.

Not too bad, fries were cold and the sundai was not full, seems the staff here don't have that energetic and enthusiastic to work!

Floors were extremely slippery and dangerous. No inside seating made it a bad stop after being on the road for quite a while.

They're very friendly and the place is clean, but they gave me a 1/4 pounder instead of the habanero chicken sandwich that I ordered
