"Hi, Good Morning. Collecting Points? " my favorite things to hear in the morning. Who ever that is at the drive through always has an up beat tone day in and day out. Also the best mcd's coffee i get is from this location specifically. Thanks:)

Typical burger chain, clean, the wait was not long and the burger was what you would expect. My only real criticisms are the food did not seem as hot as it could have been and the prices are getting out of line with what you get. Special lower priced options seem to have disappeared

I'll never go back to this McDonald's. Very unorganized staff! Drive thru is terrible as well. Have been skipped in line multiple times. Seems like staff does not care about the customers. Not impressed.

Two days in a row. 9/28/2023 1st breakfast- two cold burritos.
9/28/2023 2nd day- waited 25 minutes for two cold burgers with the wrong toppings. We went inside to get it fixed, waited 15 minutes and received 2 cold burgers with the right toppings. What the heck.

Just can't seem to get orders correct. Causes lengthy delays, if you're in a hurray, perhaps pass

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had at a McDonalds. Will never be going to this location again. Waited over 20mins for my order in the drive thru, while watching more than 15 other vehicles get their orders and go. Items in the bag ended up not even being my order. Avoid this location, McDonalds corporate clearly needs to step in and fix this, based on all the brutal reviews this location receives.

Front staff at restaurant is not good. I ordered something and then came to know that machine is not working, then they given me the options that are almost half the cost.

5pm Friday Drive thru was horrible. 3cars went thru one side before car in front of me was waited on. Then Mistakes were made on the 2 cars in front of me so everyone had to wait even longer as they fixed those. Then when I finally got my food there was no apology. I could see mgr in back goofing around with another employee. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I will be going elsewhere in future.

Waited half an hour for 5 burgers and 1 order of fries, got my order and left. We have 4 burgers and 1 fry. Never going back there

Apparently, the time-stamp stickers on the baked pies are just a suggestion - mine were over an hour and a half past their "enjoy by" time. My cheeseburger also seemed a little cool and stale, but those aren't time-stamped, so I can't be certain of my subjective impression of the burger. Also, my order was given to me without its fries, but the manager on duty was quick and courteous about fixing that.

It took over 15 min in the drive thrue to get 3 things. Then as im driving away my son says mom your burger is missing. So we had to go back and he ran in, they did not give us a recite. They knew right away though that they missed someone burger and had it bagged already.

Waiting a long line, the order staff ignored me when i came while i spoke 2 times that i came to pickup foods. Very bad service. Quit your job if you don't like being in customer service.

Slowest service on earth. Many times doors are locked, open to drive thru only. Waiting 15 minute is common. Absolutely the most understaffed McDonald’s on the planet.

I always get wraps past 11pm but every time I go and it’s the same specific woman working she refused to do it. But everyone else who works there will make me a wrap past 11pm I only ever find this problem at this location. If it’s a rule make sure everyone does it and if it’s not a rule then she needs to be talked to cause every other location I’ve been to past 11 will also make me a wrap.

Always hard working and dedicated staff. Never had to get an order corrected. Great place for lunch or drive thru during a hot summer day.

The worst quarter puonder with cheese I've ever had, full stop. Dry, stale, crunchy bun and what little condiments it had were right in the middle. It was awful. Couple that with the saltless fries to make the least enjoyable McDonalds visit ever.

Thanks for the "sorry" over the phone. Sorry doesnt feed my kids or compensate me for my hard earned dollars. 2nd time in a row I pay for products that they don't deliver on. To make things worse they don't give you credit or reimburse you for anything. Just stealing my money and leaving my kids hungry. Way to go big Corp! Thievery.

Horrible drive thru service! The order taker was confused. Didn't understand that we had a coupon and then asked what we wanted in our coffee when we'd ordered a coke and a root beer. The pay window person was also confused and almost had to consult with a manager to sort out the mess. The pickup window person told us to pull ahead to a reserved spot to wait for our food, except all three of them were already full. We instead pulled into the parking lot nearby. One of the reserved spot people walked out with their own food, meaning they had to go get it themselves. The other two reserved spots had their food brought to them. When our food came out the person bringing it didn't see a car in a reserved spot so they just turned around and went back in. I had to go get our food. When I went in and explained what had happened I was asked, "Do you want to speak to a manager". I said, "No, I want my food". Once I had my order I asked if there was somewhere listed on the back of the receipt that I could complain about this. I was met with confused looks from the counter person and the manager until I grabbed the receipt from the bag and showed them that on the back was a website to rate the experience.

Currently in the drive thru. Still waiting and it's been 35 minutes.

Went thru drive thru, paid and told to pull ahead to wait (for a cheeseburger and fries?) 15 minutes still waiting, go in to get food no one helpful, talked to a manager who blew me off, found out hadn’t even started my order, had to wait another 10 minutes just to have them still screw it up, Stay away from this store!

Iced tea is always watered down have went back on various occasions to see if it's changed and it never has

You can literally not order anyting at 3 a.m. Everything is always turned off and it's supposed to be 24-hour operation.

Shift workers like myself drive to work at that time and would love to pick up coffee and a breakfast sandwich once in while but nope.

tried again this morning at 4am.one year later.no one answering at drive through.drive to pickup window.employees in there just waved and walked away.sat there for another 5 then left.garbage restaurant.

Terribly managed. Manager is more focused on his on phone than the task at hand. Multiple times I have had to wait in drive thru for over 15 mins. The last time was 25 mins. Another time I had to call in because they forgot about me at the 3rd window. Girl came up and said she didn’t know I was there.hire more competent people and fire the useless managers. Thanks

Man this has got to be the best McDonald's in the south end of Saskatoon. The food is fresh and quick drive through. Staff are courteous as there is long line ups of traffic outside. Staff do wear masks and plexy glass separates your breath with theirs.

Charged for items I never got.

Ordered a double Big Mac, got a Big Mac with no cheese, too it back was given a Big Mac with no cheese again. Take it back given a double Big Mac with no cheese. I give up on this place.

We have made many orders with this McDonalds location but continue to have problems with the accuracy of the orders. Today I ordered a large Sprite for my grandson along with a number of other items and when we got home my grandson said that it was not Sprite. We had to go all the way back to the restaurant where we were told they were out of Sprite so they substituted tonic water! Because of our history I checked all the orders before I left as we have had to return for missing items in the past, but didn’t think I needed to taste the drinks. This only seems to happen with this location in Stonebridge. Poor management.

This McDonald's Tends to mess 1 thing up.almost every time. I also got a Iced coffee with a scoop of coffee grounds.

Absolutely disgusting.went through the drivethrough.orderer mini donuts and some coffee.they handed us the mini donuts told us to pull to the next window to wait for coffee.bit into the donuts while waiting and there was MOLD inside the donuts! Like A LOT OF MOLD, plus they never came back had to call the restaurant and ask for someone to come to the window to give us our coffee!
AWFUL experience.

The coffee and breakfast is great here and so is the friendly customer service oriented team!

Horrible service, can't count which drive thru line is supposed to order next always out of hashbrowns. Avoid this location horrible

Today was the third time I've recently been to this location and the service is subpar on each occasion. Largely it is the very slow drive thru (25 minutes on this most recent visit), they also lost my order today, and they had wasps swarming the drive thru windows and around the food prep area. This last issue is not necessarily a fault of the venue but it definitely didn't add to the appeal of getting food here.

They did not care about serving food to anyone. Masks are mandated and staff and delivery were not wearing them at all. Very bad service

Food order took forever to get. Both coffee and fries are cold when I finally got them. Last time the fries were so over done I could have used them as nails. They seem to be struggling at this location.

Ordered, they got order right, mcdouble was good, fries were a lil stale and were mostly in bag, and not in the actual container, very busy McDonalds, I could see how packing the food maybe an issue overall, still great crew and appreciate their hard work in the hot kitchen area, watching them work is like watching the elves of Santa, make toys

Terribly slow! Order number disappears very quickly but food takes another 15 minutes. At least 2 Skip orders were prepared and picked up, as well as at least 10 drive-thru orders before my simple big Mac meal was ready, cold. No Napkins in bag.

The customer service at the drive through is nice and friendly, but everytime we get a delivery and sometimes a drive through 80% of the time it is cold and items missing, so much so we barely use it, more annoying than anything!

This place is trash. Even the old walk-up Mcdonalds downtown was better. They always close, despite supposedly being 24 hrs. They sometimes close while people are in line! Employees always forget straws and sauce. Their ice cream machine is constantly broken and they never have the courtesy to let people know before they get in line.

Avoid at all costs.

My family and me wanted to get some McDonald's after celebrating in the evening. Unfortunately the store itself was closed as it was past 10pm. We went through the drive-thru with our bikes.obviously they didn't have to serve us. But they did. It was absolutely kind and fantastic service. We apologize for any inconvenience for your workers and we whole heartedly thank you for your fantastic service! Thank you!

Went through the drive through today. Ordered a ceasar wrap and the cashier said it had no bacon on it when I requested no bacon. Get home to find bacon on it, so was unable to enjoy my wrap: (someone else ate it, so at least I didnt throw it away. But I am still disappointed and hungry

The weekday morning crew is definitely their A-team, I have nothing but nice things to say about them. But on the weekend, expect to wait 20+ minutes in the drive-thru for a bag that is as almost guaranteed to be missing part of your order. This location is perpetually understaffed and the employees poorly trained. I don't blame the kids, this is definitely a management issue.

Stone bridge was a complete disappointment and the manager was ride as he told us if we didn’t like the drive through service To Just leave if we didn’t like the 20 minute wait. I give it a two because I love the fries at any location. But rude Manager gets a major thumbs down from me and the time wait was just ridiculous.

I asked my son to get some mcnuggets meal and 4 burgers on his way home. He texted me saying it will take awhile because of the long drive thru queue at 12: 30am. Then he came home with just the burgers, the fries, the drink, barbeque sauce and NO NUGGETS. I tried calling the branch multiple times but NOBODY IS ANSWERING. I left voice mail with my telephone number and hopefully I get a call. I am not sending my son back at this hour and make him drive for 30mins back & forth. ZERO STAR FOR MCDONALD’S STONEBRIDGE! Check all the reviews for this branch before you expect to have a FAST FOOD SERVICE & GET THE CORRECT ORDER THAT YOU PAID FOR!

The restaurant is too slow. Doesn't have enough staff to make the order ready. Really disappointed

Like any other mcdonalds, was extremely slow (20min wait for cheese burger) a year ago but they have reigned it in and are comparable to other fast foods in the city now.

First ever McDonalds I have ever walked out of for lack of timely service. Customers at the counter should always be acknowledged.even when the drive through is busy. I enjoyed a pleasant sandwich across the lot at SUBWAY!

Also zero stars. Went into store on Dec 25/2020 as it was the only thing open in town for food. Order #1060. Watched the employees clear it off the screen to prevent it from messing up their time limit efficiencies. Then stood there for almost 15 minutes waiting for my food while my friend ate and finished his at a table. Not even a sorry for the wait.

My order came fast and was hot. I would have put more stars but my coffee wasn't stirred as much as it should have been.

I was staying with a friend for a few days.place was great.affordable. I liked that you can rent by the month as well as by fay.

The most modern upscale McDonald's in town! Drive through is fast as is the walk up service. The atmosphere is really unique and upscale with lots of booths and TVs! The only negative is its got just a few outside seats that are in the path of existing drive through traffic. Still, check it out, you'll be glad and maybe change your opinion about fast food environments.

They remove your order number from the order board before they are ready with your order. This defeats the purpose of having this system in place. Always out of condiments

Dirty floors in the washroom. No that fast for a fast food restaurant. Probably because off poor management.

Other than the odd mixup in the order, this place has been efficient and well organized. I go here every morning for coffee and it's been good each time.

I really like it when they take their time but the food ends up being really good and delicious thanks for the service guys great team.

There was only one other couple ordering when I was there but the service was so slow to get my food. I watched the cook make my food, but it just sat there waiting to be given to me for so long. By the time I got my food it was super cold and I didn't end up eating it. The front worker seemed like she didn't know what to do- I wanted to jump back there and help her package up the food. Maybe more training is needed.

It's a McDonald's so my expectations aren't high, and they do get pretty busy but 20 minutes for a coffee is too long

Usually I stop at this McDonald's in the morning on my way to work. The speed of preparation seems to greatly vary depending on the day. Some days there is no one in the drive through and in the restaurant and is nearly empty and they are really slow. Other days it's busy and they are really pumping the food out. Either way the quality is always spot on for a McDonalds.

I'm so disappointed at how little effort was put into the food that was prepared for us. Definitely not coming back to this McDonald's ever again!

It was nice to finally have a good signature wrap that was good. And my hot fudge sundae was one of the best I ever had. It had lots of hot fudge on it compared to other times at this location where you hardly get any at all. And the ice cream was filled to the top. Really enjoyed my meal. However my husbands quarter pounder was cold! But the fries were hot.

Stopped for breakfast went through drivethru service was ok not great.hash browns were half cooked stuck to the paper.blt bagel was meh.would not recommend it to people.

Used the self ordering but it wouldn't complete the order. Getting help was super painful. Was told I had to order on my phone.made no sense. Food was hot but fries very salty.

Stale quarter pounder and cold fries and it was just after 5 so you would think fresher. Construction maybe slowing business.
