McDonald's

Seems to have gone downhill as of late. Fries are either cold, soggy, or no salt. Fairly long wait tonnes as well.

I’ve had some bad service experiences in my days of ordering at drive thrus. But to say that the service at this location is awful is an understatement. In the last three times I’ve visited this location, they have not got my order correct once. And they seem to have a hard time fixing it. I’d hate to be the person that checks their order at the window and holds up the line. But a person almost has to because the order is guaranteed to be wrong. It is truly disappointing to see. Also disappointing to see that if you fill out their complaint form they still don’t acknowledge it.

I have been coming to this location for some time. Service is good, the staff are amazing. Always ready with a smile.
Food is consistent with what we have grown to expect.
I want to add that the drive through attendants are especially thoughtful and friendly. Kuchit, Keirnanjeet, and especially Sukh whom I connected with immediately. Its always nice to be remembered when I get my morning coffee. Thank you.

Well this was nice, waited 15 minutes for some nuggets.well whatever, if you’re making me wait 15 minutes you might as well make it 25 so I don’t get SALMONELLA.

Honestly, this place is going down hill. Drive thur waits are 15 minutes for a coffee. They ask you to pull around and wait for simple orders. Last time I was asked to pull around while they made a mocha. Seems a little silly, things are forgotten. Just a big disappointment.

It's McDonald's, what can you say? But cold here, cold water only, cold hand dryer, heat turned down, eat quick and get back on the road.

One of the employees, Jade, were really kind and made the best coffee I've ever had from a mcdonalds the last 10 years.

Ignored indoor costumers, we stood in line behind two others waiting for someone to address the line, many staff looked at us but ignored the line. We left without ordering after 20 minutes of waiting for the people in front of us to be served.

If I could give zero stars to this poor excuse of a food establishment I would. IT is THE WORST RUN McDonalds in all of Saskatchewan.maybe Canada. Waited 10+minutes in drive thru for a bagel, this happens ofyen by the wag, and then had to turn around because they forgot my hashbrown, this also happens waaaay too often. DO NOT waste your time. Just support Dairy Queen.

My family and I came in to order meals. Two people were standing waiting to be served coffee. We waited in line 15 minutes all the while being ignored along with the other customers. All staff were standing over near the drive area. We decided to go elsewhere.

Drive thru service at this site is the slowest I have seen in my 72 years of living all over North America

Probably the worst possible experience I've ever had at any McDonald's. Messed up on every item on my order and tried to say I was wrong and refused to correct their mistake until I talked to the manager. I don't understand how you can forget to put the second patty on every double cheeseburger when it states on every burger that its a double on the customization paper. This place desperately needs better cooking staff and proper management. Brutal experience, do not recommend eating here.

Unfortunately I am obligated to give a star to this horribly run establishment. In reality I would give them a -5 review
I asked them if they had cranberry muffin, they said yes, I pay at the 1st window to find out at the 2nd window so I now have to pick a muffin I didn't want.then I also get basically a snack size Mcflurry instead of the full size one I paid for. This hasn't been the first time they have been unable to make a regular size flurry the actual size it should be.
Its a shame they are the only McDonald's in town.

Starting to become really disappointed with McDonald’s the past two months, the first thing that happened was they messed up the drink order, a few days later went to go grab lunch for me and my daughter and found a hair in my burger and now tonight when I got my kids happy meals they forgot to put in yogurt in one of the kids happy meals
