Whenever I go there, I am always treated like royalty. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff are great. They always serve fresh, hot food.

Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had I don’t recommend going here many people were unsatisfied at the counter with wrong orders being given out. Don’t go here if you don’t have an hour to spend waiting for food that should be made in 5-10 minutes.

Jusko. Change the order taking and food delivery. Missing order is wrong bnbgay! It's all yes/ok to take the order, but I didn't put it in my order smh

Zero cleaning zero staff attitude and kids playplace is super dirty and its closed from last 2 months and manager have no idea qhy it is closed and when it is going to open. Worst mcdonld

This McDonald's is a hit and miss. When it is busy service is very slow, but when not busy it moves fast. Have people training on the job does not help. The people that come in you have to live with because that is a low
income neighborhood

The person taking the order at the drive-thru was uninformed. It took several attempts to place the order.

Messed up the coffee order somehow and waited 30 minutes in the drive through waiting area for 1 sandwich. Guess it’s not really a fast food place anymore. Not sure why it took so long since they had really zero customers inside and very little in the drive through

The worst service we have ever received at any drive thru ever! In waiting for our order, staff thought we drove away (after paying 45$!) and didn’t fill our order. When we inquired they were curt and impolite! My husband had to wait in line behind 3 other disgruntled parties to seek a refund. Never returning!

This place is chaos. I’d recommend using their drive through option as compared to walking in to the store while expecting a fast and better service. Use the drive through! The benefits of using McDonald’s South Albert street drive through, you can’t hear them scream at one another, you can’t see the manager disrespecting the trainee for missing the order, you can’t see that they don’t use gloves when preparing your order, you can’t see the cross contamination of food from one order to another. My order didn’t have any meat in it, but because the person didn’t wear any gloves and picked bacon with his bare hand and without cleaning his hands or using any gloves, prepared my food order. Thanks for the free bacon fat oil on my order. It took them 10 minutes for instore pickup order placed using their kiosk. Anyhow, it was a fun trip to my local McDonald’s.

The service was unbelievably slow and it was not busy. Over 20 minutes for 1 cheeseburger, 3 fries, 3 cokes and 2 coffees.

That McDonald's was disgusting all the way around. It was filthy. There was dirty tables. Any glass had all kinds of finger prints. The floor looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in months. The burgers were slapped together. The buns didn't cover the filling. Just a very disgusting experience

Pretty sketchy place, but the food was actually some of the best McDonalds i have ever had.
The security guard definitely makes a person feel safer.

Worst McDonald's in Regina. Order is never correct. Will not serve menu items. Same guy everytime. It's horrifying.

I got burrito breakfast on May 09 at 6: 45am and got a reheat-hard burritos from another day.

Talked to the manager and mentiones it is the due date of the burrito. Never seen that. Have you?

Recently dined in here with wife and daughter, this mcdonalds staff had no hair nets, no gloves, the one food prepper touched his phone and his hair numerous times and went on prepping food…the location and tables had garbage littered everywhere…and no staff was cleaning it up…health code violations reported.

This location has bad customer service. I have experinced it many times. It takes a long time to get food it takes them 23 minuts to make 4 smartie micflurry.
