I have been going to Rochdale McDonald’s for a long time as it’s the closest to my home. After these renovations, it’s gone VERY downhill. They will sometimes be closed at random times (they’re 24h), the staff is so rude and unintelligent, and I waited in line for 25 minutes with two cars in front of me, none behind. The new hires clearly are not prepared to be working. It’s painful

I juSt visited the restaurant. Restaurant is as classic as normal mc but the service of the staff was bad. There is one lady named Katrina was rude we are just having fun with bloon and the way she take it also the expression were not gud at alll. Please take action because we know mcd by service and the food. It feels like racism.

Food was good as always, but after the new renovations I have no idea what happened but the staff are completely incompetent. And I have never written a review in my life but my experiences have been so bad lately that I just had to. Pulled up to the drive thru, nobody took our order. Okay cool, that’s fine we pulled up to the window and proceeded to get ignored by all the staff inside. Sat there waiting for them to ask what was up for 8 minutes before we noticed that people were going inside. We were really confused to be honest but that wasn’t even the worst experience. Couple days later we’re back and decide to skip the drive thru this time and go inside. None of the self checkouts work. Spent 10 minutes switching from every machine and none worked. So we go up to the cashier to order and again we are ignored? The cashier was on the computer doing something while I stood right in front of her? Eventually I asked if I could order and she took my order but literally did not have a clue what she was doing. She even asked ME where the cheeseburger option was on the machine! And I asked for a habanero sauce on the side and even clarified with a different worker that I didn’t want it on the burger but on the side just in the bag. Guess what they did? Put the habanero sauce on the burger. Even if they were having issues with the whole renovation thing and all, I don’t understand why you would even open if you weren’t ready. I was honestly just super confused by this. Please bring back the old staff because these new workers, SPECIFICALLY the night shift workers, are spoiling the experience.

Food is consistently cold. Fries older than me. Wrong orders and bad attitudes. Most staff are rude and surly when you point out you out they gave the wrong food or it is old. Overall they act like you are lucky they serve at all. I have been to McDonald's all over the world and this is the worst one I ever went too

The quality of the food here is terrible. Barely ever hot and it tastes like it has been sitting out all day. Avoid if you can!

This quite possibly the worst McDonald’s in Regina. Every single time we order from here our order is completely wrong or missing items. The person who takes the orders through the drive thru doesn’t even let you finish speaking. Horrible establishment.

Spent over 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru not moving. When I finally got my food I was more upset that it took 35 minutes just to get 20 chicken nuggets then I was hungry.

I just ordered a Big Mac (which is always order) and the top patty looks like it had a giant bite taken out of it… I live East so I rarely ever go here but this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten my order messed up somehow. I will absolutely not be going back to this location, I have never had my order properly checked and always had some sort of issue with this location

Put their hands all over coffee cup lids where people drink from. Ill drink my coffee elsewhere.

This location has gone downhill in the past while and every single time I go the fries are old, too salty and hard. The big Mac was absolutely horrendous with the bun being hard as a rock. Can't ask much for a fast food place but I would assume that things would at least be edible. I thought I would give it one more chance after not going for about a year but I won't be going back to this location.

Ordered kids customized burger in drive thru.without pickles and onions, lettuce instead. I went home and my kid didnt eat his buger seeing the pickles n onions and no lettuce which i believed i get charged.
