McDonald's

The made my mcgriddles wrong, no problem. I call in, they give me a code and I continue my day at work. A week later I come back with the code. I am told the code is wrong and there is nothing they can do. I was told that if I ever get a code I should know the employees name. The employee almost made it seem like I was making up a random number for free food. Kind of felt disrespectful. I definitely won't be eating McDonald's for a long time and if I do, it won't be at this location.

Do not eat here. Wait 20 minutes and my order was not processed and the bathroom was occupied by homeless

Ordered take out for family of 6. One bacon, egg mcmuffin that was paid for was totally missing from our order, returned to order counter and did get one after another 5 minute wait. Hot chocolate received didn't actually have any chocolate in it, was just warm milk. Good thing I like warm milk!

Bought 2 big Mac meals and it came to 25 bucks. We were Still hungery. Burgers are getting smaller I swear. Same day went to superstore and bought prime rib for supper for $8.99 lb. How is this possible. This location is prone to getting your order wrong also.

Weirdest set up of a McDonald's I have ever been in! Walked in, ordered then had to go up a set of stairs to the dining room. If you needed condiments or refreshments, you had to go back downstairs near the front counter. The bathroom was down another set of stairs at the back of the dining area. Bathroom was cold and dingy, and the one sink was plugged so water wouldn't drain. Food was typical McDonald's quality, nothing spectacular. Very little interaction with the workers. A lady took our order and then another person gave us our bag of food. That was it.

We went in and they lied about their system being down? We ordered off the kiosk after they said it wouldn’t work and that’s the only reason we got food because it did work and as soon as we started ordering from them and the manager went and hid in the back once we had an issue. They continued to take orders from skip and drive through so they were obviously still serving food they just didn’t want to serve us.

I have been here a number of times before, but the food wasn't the greatest yesterday. Specifically the burgers. The burger tasted stale and old.

Why is the service so slow? No line up in the drive thru at 7pm but I have to park and wait for my food? And when it finally arrived, the fries were cold and the horribly thrown together burger had very obviously been reheated. So dry I could only have 3 bites. And the congealed cheese added to the horrible taste.
I get that you’re a huge corporation and don’t care, but you should start caring.
The service is horrible, smiles most definitely are not free anymore!

I ordered large fries
and medium ice coffee frappe for take out but seriously is this the size for a large fries? And when the crew hand to me the fries its cold.i will never ever coming back to this branch at 8 street worst mc donald branch at 8street

Used the mobile app, showed up to get my order after driving about 15 minutes. I select drive through pickup and get told at the window to park in the curbside pickup spot. Even though I did not select curbside pickup. Then they take another 10 minutes to get the order out to us. There was literally zero people in the drive through so the app actually cost me much more time then just using the drive through. Not impressed.

All was good… we went early in the morning on a Sunday… No other place was opened
Egg BLT was well done and the coffee was not bad at all.

Food quality is dwindling, that is if they even give you the right order to begin with. The restaurant is always disgusting and dirty with garbage strewn about the floor and giant wet spots on the floor. It's a hazard even walking in there. This McDonald's gives me the ick.

Tried the breakfast burrito, i was amazed it came with salsa packet. They need to add that to their condements. I will order the chicken wraps for lunch and would love if they had that option. Id pay the ten cents or wichever to get them. As much as i like the burger id order wraps more at lunch for healthier option and the salsa would be perfect cause i find them a little bland otherwise

Place has no air circulation in dining area so it's kinda hot and uncomfortable. No gloves were used while prepping food. I think I saw an employ wipe sweat before packing food. Not recommended.

At the Mcdonalds we were at there was a very hard working employee named John. He checked on our table and made sure everything was going smoothly. He made our experience at McDonald's great!
