First of all i put 1 star its because of iresponsible staff

i bid tires and when im going to pickup them they said its MISSING

I called them 3 times its because im tired waiting for there return call

And one more concern here is i drove 3 hours away total of 6 hours just for NOTHING

I find it funny hearing their adds on the radio about how McDougall are "experts" I contacted them a week ago and have still not heard back. I called, talked to a women about what I had and if they would take it, was told "Yup! " She put my call through to some man who clearly had speaker phone on, was rude, and could hardly hear him, only to be told "We don't take that stuff anymore" the guy didn't even ask if i had any other questions, didn't say goodbye. The reason given "It wasn't making money" Hard to call yourselves "experts" when you can't sell basic items that have been action mainstays since auctions have been around like household items, Antiques ect. Shows such incompetence. Experts. HA

They might and I mean might be good to deal with when buying, but the effort they put in when selling products they are horrible. Descriptions and photos they post for you are horrible, I am sure my 10 year old nephew would be more skilled.

McDougall Auctioneers will list anything from sellers who lie about their product and they won't inspect or verify the products they list. They will sell anything that stands upright on 4 wheels because they want the seller fees and your fees, the buyer fees, for purchasing any vehicle they have. While you get a car that's totally irreparable for a high price in a lose-lose situation they get their money and laugh if you suggest they should inspect their products. Save your time and go to the Dump if you want junk, not a headache at McDougall.

Very efficient and friendly, just too many extra fees, a bit deceiving on getting a deal if you forget about the extra fees

Buyer beware they give misinformation on their vehicles freind was busy at work and trusted their info to be correct they told him he was buying a 5.3l v8 he planned on towing a camper and bought their truck to find out it's a v6.

Great place to find a deal with a wide variety of items listed.would be nice if there's no extra charges for using credit cards

Just fantastic. Bought a couple items. One on site and one off site. On site was easy and flawless. Off-site we went to pick up and couldn't fit the item thru the doorway. The McDougall rep there had a drill and bits to help take the item apart so we could fit it through the door. Just an awesome experience and we thank you for your help off-site. Thanks again.

Got lost in Regina trying to con be the place, that is until I called them an bf they were more than happy and patient to guide me in how to get there. The service was exemplary and the staff very pleasant an be helpful. One got the feeling that each of the folks that work there cared very much about their company and its customer's experience with the company, and sometimes that makes All the difference!

Terrible company! They ripped me off for $2800. NEVER will I deal with them and I'll make sure everyone I know doesn't either!

Great to deal with, online auctions opens up the market to a broader audience. Very few issues with any service, but if there is a problem, they will make it right and make you happy! Highly recommend.

Was bidding on a vehicle and had some questions on the vehicle and process. Call and Doug was extremely helpful. As I was proxy bidding for my brother in law, we needed a bill of sale in his name. Tammy, Mgr of Accounts Receivable was very helpful and provided great service in getting this done. The vehicle was as or better than advertised. When we picked it up, staff even printed off the Carfax report for our records. Every part of my experience couldn't have gone better. McDougall seems to really care about their customers!

I noticed that you are willing to show results of land your selling on behalf of the government of Saskatchewan. How about all the rest of your customers items? Why don’t you show results weekly/ monthly/ yearly/ running history of sales completed? I believe that most auction houses are now providing history of past sales, why don’t you? Is there any thing stopping you? Your customers have asked for years!

Great place to deal with but they should give a better description of what is for sale. Sizes or measurements would be excellent.

It was easy and smooth.also felt very safe at pick up.
The young man who helped us at the yard was nothing short of amazing as was the lady who took our payment and the gentleman at Yard B who helped me with printing my pic slip or paid invoice

Walked in and payment process was quick and simple. Went to the yard and the young gentleman loaded me up and off I went.

I bought a 2003 dodge truck at the auction. Although the truck is a lot rougher than I was expecting, Mcdougall auctioneers disclosed everything they could. They were as honest and upfront as they could be. They were really flexible and easy to deal with. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience.

Just wanted to let you know, I consigned sports memorabilia awhile back & was very pleased with the amount of exposure that my items received. I feel like my consignments were properly marketed and I got fair market value and very pleased with all aspects! Will be consigning in the near future once again! Thankyou!

Fairly easy to manage. Hours for pick up can be a bit tight, but that could be due to virus as I've only started using the service since the virus had started.

The crew at McDougall are all great at there jobs very helpful and willing to go that extra mile to help you

Straight forward online bidding process, immediate notification when outbid and status of bid at close. East payment and pickup. Have bought through McDougall’s several times and will continue.

Have bought mostly new so have not had any problems with junk. Find every one helpful and friendly in office. Still not impressed with the charging the buyers few. Find it to be a double dipping and kinda government like! Would probably buy more if not for this fee

The process from when the bid was won to the pick up was done smoothly. Instruction on process was given and all questions where answered in a timely manner and with honesty and Integrity I felt.

Employees there are very helpful and knowledgeable. The auctions are interesting but straight up.
Have been bidding through them for many years.
