Customer service is incompetent and unresponsive. Two emails sent requesting quotes no reply, Two phone calls made requesting quote, said a quote would be delivered by end of day on both calls, still waiting for the first quote going on 10 days. Can not comment on any of the products McGills sells because they won’t give a quote.

Do alot of work with these guys. Whenever I need them, I can give em a call and they can help me out! Very reliable and a great team of people!

My town hired them to do some connection flushing as a result my connection got some obstruction pushed closer to the house causing it to back up.they came out in a timely fashion and cured the problem.the guys were great and very professional.thanks again.
